Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our team’s priority is to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all our members, which is why our club rules are in place. Allowing non-members to access the facility without authorization is a breach of your agreement and compromises the experience we strive to provide. Unfortunately, despite previous warnings, you have broken this rule multiple times, which led to a fine (of a reduced amount) being issued. When this matter was discussed, our staff followed protocol and acted professionally to uphold these standards. The details of each conversation our team has is meticulously documented and timestamped, and footage of each incident of breaking the rules is saved. It’s never about the money—or else you would have been issued multiple fines for each offense to the maximum amount allowable under your agreement. Our focus is on creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone. And in fact as a result of the interactions our management made the decision to proactively terminate your Anytime Fitness membership, and allow you to go and join another gym which better suits your needs. The offer of a complementary personal trainer was extended as a courtesy to all our members who may have taken a break from training. Moreover, I can see that we attempted to reach out to you in both January and March for check-in and courtesy calls. Our intention was to offer support and see if there was anything we could do to help you get back on track with training. We apologise if these efforts did not meet your expectations. Regarding the size of the facility, we understand that space is a crucial factor in creating a positive workout environment. While we may have limitations due to the size, we continually strive to optimize the layout and equipment to ensure an efficient and enjoyable experience for our members. We'd also like to clarify that members have the option to control the curtains/blinds – they can either open or close them based on their preference. It's ultimately the choice of the members training during the daytime, and not a decision made by the staff. Hi Phuoc! Thanks for going to the trouble of writing a review, and sorry we didn't meet your expectations to get a full 5 stars. Anytime Fitness gyms don't have dedicated bench presses (we have several power racks which can easily be set up to do bench presses). The reason is for safety reasons, as a 24/7 gym we want our members to be doing an exercise such as bench press in a power rack which has the supports on the sides in case the barbell drops. No Anytime Fitness gym is actually approved to have dedicated bench presses for this reason. We do have heaps of power racks though. Hope that explains the reason.
