Fantastic experience: Love the classes and teacher who guided me through my pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: The best mat & reformer classes in Byron Bay! The trainers bring the best energy. I recommend the Strength Mat class if you want a real sweat!!

Negative experience: Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First the class are ALWAYS overbooked. The reformers are too close to the other so you touch hands and foot while doing some exercises. While the regular teachers are okay, the experience is frequently disrupted by substitutes who clearly lack preparation. They don’t know how to set up the music, so sessions are often silent, and they fail to guide the class on important details like the intensity of springs to use for reformer Pilates. It feels unprofessional and disorganized, leaving clients to guess and figure things out on their own. To top it off, their customer service is terrible. Overall, not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Bende is just wonderful! The instructors are incredible and so very caring. If you are recovering from injury or illness they make sure you are doing ok, or amend the exercise to aid in the recover and to make sure you don't over do it! Such a welcome relief as I was so nervous when I started with them. Thank you to the Bende Team! You are all so WONDERFUL!

A lot of the classes are very hard for me but the Yin classes are some of the most relaxing and enjoyable parts of my week. And I really value the form classes too. It’s convenient and the instructors are gorgeous - highly skilled, friendly and encouraging.

I am totally hooked, and very impressed with all the instructors, so far, as well as the spacious light-filled room. The staff are highly skilled, professional and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend Bende to anyone interested in yoga or pilates.

Lots of class options, amazing teachers, and a really friendly atmosphere and experience in all of the classes. I would highly recommend.

The studio spaces are beautiful and all of the instructors are so lovely and encouraging. It's become the best part of my week. I really look forward to my time in class and I'm feeling so much stronger and more confident.

Fantastic experience: I started attending Bende regularly in December and honestly just love it. It's been easy to keep up a regular practice, the studio space is really lovely and I just love the whole vibe. It's been nice how the instructors have got to know my name and ability. I really commend all the teachers for their different ways of leading classes, the variety is great for keeping me engaged and mixing up the challenges. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for Bende after having three babies in five years and losing touch with my body. I love the reformer classes, the instructors are lovely and really good at pushing us but never so hard that we’re injured - they’re very injury conscious and they’re happy to modify a series for you if your injury prevents you. I feel a lot stronger and more aligned and at home in my body after twelve reformer classes and I look forward to feeling even better in my body. The booking system is really good for people with busy and unpredictable lives. My only gripe is I wish I could buy five reformer classes in a bundle because the upfront cost for ten classes is a little prohibitive for me. But we’ll worth it once I’ve forked out. It’d be nice to have Afterpay or something as a payment option to spread the payments out.

It is so easy to access since there are classes every day from 5:30am to 6pm so you can go before of after work. Also the variety of classes and instructors make the workouts more exacting since are always different. I am so glad I am part of it, totally worth it.

As my work is really physically demanding, I see a huge difference in my core and overall strength since practicing at Bende which is preventing injury. I feel so much stronger. Fantastic experience: I have a (healthy) obsession / addiction to Bende‚ I must confess! Since I started 2 weeks ago I have been to the studio almost everyday. I have to force myself not to go on the weekends to give my body a break! :P I love the variety in classes (all types of Reformes‚ Barre‚ Pilates Mat‚ Yoga) and the teachers are just NEXT level. so knowledgeable AND friendly! My mind and body feel amazing after every class - so STRONG! I would definitely recommend anyone that lives in Byron or that is passing by to try Bende out. You'll probably become as addicted as I have‚ though :)

Fantastic experience: Bende has changed the game. Improving my core and full body strength. Improving my weights training ten fold. I am usually one to get niggles and small injuries constantly that hinders my training. Yet Bende has been the core reason why I have stayed strong, lean and injury free. The classes are challenging and never stagnant. Plus for someone who loves a sleep in, it’s easy to get out of bed for a Bende class. Could not be happier with the amazing staff and challenging, fun workouts.
