Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience at this gym. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. On one occasion, my friends and I encountered an issue with another member, but the owner promptly resolved it within a day, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. The recent renovations have significantly enhanced the gym's appearance, and the addition of new equipment provides a variety of options for muscle training. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and well-equipped facility.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been back to the gym in a while, so was a bit overwhelmed, but all the staff here have been amazing and have made me feel comfortable. Lexi in particular is friendly and super helpful. The app they have there with videos of workouts is such a bonus! The equipment is everything I need and the place is always clean with good community vibes.

Negative experience: Management investors of this franchise are money oriented and not fitness oriented, they couldn’t care less about your health but more about their own personal greed and couldn’t care less about you. Staff(Tanya) don’t care about their jobs and are more interested in laughing at the people that are financially struggling and cue on Mondays for food. The gym is full of people of that you see on You Tubes Joey Swoll, females video record you and continuously stare at you. Toilets are unsanitary because staff are too lazy to clean them. Your paying for 4 staff are and don’t have knowledge(qualification isn’t knowledge) in fitness and sit around and do nothing and drink coffee and play on their mobiles, this is where your money goes. Area is dangerous at night time I’ve personally seen a female bottled and chased by homeless men. Drug addicts and drunks roam the front of the venue at night times. Seen them personally enter the venue and try and break into it. Snap fitness needs to do better hire better management, staff and respect people that actually that use the gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym is an understatement. I joined Snap Fitness Footscray over 5 years ago. At that time I was in the early stages of learning how to navigate my way through life with a prosthetic leg. This gym in particular & its personal training team, helped transform my lifestyle into one that was much healthier, both physically & mentally. I was able to progress further in my recovery & would go on to run for the first time as an amputee with a running prostheses. The PT’s Zalen, Caleb & Cam all played huge roles in making this happen & I’ll be forever grateful for their help. It ticks all the following boxes from clean & hygienic, great atmosphere, It’s a fully accessible gym with wheelchair access throughout. All staff are helpful and fantastic people. From the owners who are passionate fitness enthusiasts, to the gym manager, assistant manager & reception staff. All equipment is of a high standard. Members are friendly & happy to help out. It has a great community vibe & definitely has a safe feel about it. I can’t thank this place enough for everything it’s done for me. Thank you Tanya, Matt, Mon, Lexi & the PT’s I mentioned earlier for helping me find my calling & getting me back on track with life. Best wishes for the future to you all.

Positive experience: Mostly all the equipment is good and tidy. All member engaged put away all the equipment after used. However, I would like Prone Leg curl machine instead Hamstrings curl machine because I like this machine much when I do leg day but they don’t have it. Anyway if you’re looking for cable machines and upper body exercise machines quiet completely that you are looking for.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Monday Thursday and Saturday classes they hold each morning with PT Caleb. Honestly. It's so good. I told him I want to get in shape for my upcoming. Wedding and he has been making sure to whip me into gear and pulling me into line when I look like I'm slacking off. Honestly a great location. Fantastic experience: Great Footscray gym - Tanya and the team go above and beyond with hygiene standards and friendliness. Even when it's packed there's always space and you're never waiting around to use equipment. There's plenty of power racks and I've never seen them all in use at once. Good vibes and one dude constantly plays Led Zeppelin on the communal playlist, you can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym. It’s in central Footscray, it’s 24/7 and the equipment and set up is first rate. Best thing about Snap is that once you join you’re getting access to all their gyms anywhere in Australia and internationally. Very convenient for those who travel for work!

From important aspects like the good quality equipment and friendly staff to the smaller details like their sustainable approach to hygiene and how there is always plenty of space to work out, even when its busy. Snap Fitness Footscray is my favourite gym in Melbourne and I look forward to training there for years to come.

Facilities are new and clean and I feel safe going at random hours when it's not staffed. There's also free classes you can attend if you need to up your motivation. Could not recommend this gym more

Fantastic experience: Xalin is an incredible strength coach. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is a passionate teacher. His focus on form and autonomy means you will feel confident and comfortable to continue building on what he teaches you quickly. I was apprehensive to begin as I have a history with lower back issues, but through Xalin’s guidance my back is feeling stronger than it ever has before. Highly recommend .

The customer service, cleanliness and not seeing constant signs of broken equipment shows that they care about their clients! Zalen is one of the personal trainers, he’s experienced, knowledgeable and a top bloke. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me! Also Tanya is a lovely with great taste in music!
