Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for about 5 years and I can say that the staff are great the whole gym has changed a lot in the time I have been going and with the new management I can see that the place has changed for the better. l love getting there every morning and training it's a awesome gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Platinum for the past 6-7 years, and to say this gym deserves more then 5 stars and is one of the best places to workout, find inspiration and just stay fit is an understatement. What Marc has done to this place is remarkable from the machine variety, constant cleaning and probably the best service from his workers with there help, tips and friendliness, I can only say that this gym is one of a kind and one of the top gyms in our state! I just wanted to say thank you for changing my life the past years and I highly recommend anyone that wants to try this gym out to give it a shot because you wont be dissapointed!

Fantastic experience: Nice little gym, older fashioned but lots of good quality equipment. When I needed to end my membership it was a quick and painless process, unlike other gyms I’ve been to where it’s like pulling teeth. So I appreciate that factor too. Always clean in this gym as well :)

Fantastic experience: One of the only gyms that offers casual and upfront costs for memberships. Not only that, but one of the only gyms in the west where I feel comfortable working out as a female in the female only gym. So grateful for the attentive team and services available here.

Positive experience: For basic cardio/weights the facilities are ok. It hasn't really changed much and is still the same. Some of the machines have aged and just needs some tender loving care. Some carpet has worn and needs some repair. Pricing is competitive in this sector. Platinum has some good value memberships, which is a plus. It's open 24/7 and staffed as well, which is another plus. There's a separate ladies' gym, which I get. There is plenty of parking but gets busy in the evenings. Overall, 4 stars. I didn't give 5 stars due to some ageing of the equipment. Otherwise, it's good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Always feel better having staff on 24/7. There are some good equipment available and in general there is a good vibe about. Also there is a boxing section which is really awesome.

Would recommend to anyone who is interested in a workout. Fellow gym goers have been super helpful too. Such a great environment to work out in.

Fantastic experience: Manager Michael, had a genuine smile when he greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. I joined because there is a women's only gym room upstairs. Heaps of equipment in the main gym, plenty of cardio machines and the place is staffed 24/7!

Negative experience: Absolute scam of a business. Be wary when you try to end your membership and make sure you stay there while you try and get it cancelled. They will let you know that its "all good" and when you leave, they wont cancel it. Fast forward a few weeks and you get contacted by their debit company for outstanding payments. Would not recommend to ANYONE that wants a good gym. Go to Crunch down the street, they offer the exact same membership and the facility is brand new. This place has had the same equipment for the last decade thats all breaking and rusting. All the seats are breaking and tearing and I have cut myself multiple times on the underside of seats while trying to reposition them. Weights are never placed back in the correct places, nor do the staff move them back. They also do not provide a clean drinking water station and have random tradies coming in every once in a while that perform exposed welding in the gym area. The layout of the gym also needs a massive update and ventillation needs to be fixed. They rely on having a garage door open to make ventillation work at all but during the summer its waaaay too hot to be in the facility. The womans facility is also embarrassingly small of a section and I've been told its full all the time with people that don't even take it seriously.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, always service with a smile. Gym equipment is really good with ample parking as well. Evenings are really busy but 24x7 access makes it easy to exercise at your own ease and pace.

Fantastic experience: Undeniably has the best prices for gym membership. Has various gym equipment to accommodate all your needs. Staff are great and the community in the gym are pleasant to be around. Showing so much support and help from fellow gym members. Definitely deserves its 5 star rating.

Positive experience: It's one of those rare places which is not a rip off! I would say better than the overrated ones around. The plans are very reasonable. Everything is super flexible and I love the fact that it doesn't have any hidden costs and any b.s. membership cards and such. Additionally, Im a very busy person. Therefore, I love the fact that it's 24/7. As per improvements, I believe it's a bit over crowded at times. I would like to see they improve the service by adding a few more, frequently used machines.

Positive experience: Have been going as casual for over a year. While staff are generally friendly and the 24-7 business hours work great for me, the lack of exciting workout classes, state of gym’s condition and minimally equipped women’s gym area kept me from committing into a membership. This morning I embraced myself and tried to work out outside the women’s gym area to get access to more equipment, kettlebells and slam balls. Asked the counter where the slam balls are kept and was dismissed nonchalantly to go find them myself around the gym. Welp, suck it up for the $5 casual rate.

Positive experience: Gym is alright. Equipment needs an update, but there is plenty of it available. Been going here for 3 years. Biggest bonus of the place is all hours $5 casual. Anytime of day, it's always staffed and you don't have to be a member.

Negative experience: My phone got stolen from this gym in front of surveillance cameras. Management were unhelpful. It happened to many customers. The gym itself is outdated and overcrowded, very old equipment and some of the equipment are OH&S concern and not recommended. This gym doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Great joint for blacksmithing and pumping iron

Negative experience: I went there three times and it was 3 times too many! I was in Hoppers Crossing on vacation and it was so hot upstairs I had to stop my cardio and cool off. There is only one fan upstairs to cool off the whole cardio room and you can't even feel it! I would hate to see what it is like in the summer. The weights are very old and crappy. Good variety of machines, but they are so old. The place is dirty, the staff is lazy and I only went there until I found a better gym. It wasn't worth what I paid to use it.

Negative experience: one star is even too much for this place, unfriendly and rude staff, equipment so rusty, dirty and old that members might need tetanus boosters just to be safe. be warned: signing anything on paper for memberships has no validity as they feel they can change their terms and policies to suit their own greedy needs. better off heading to RAW- much nicer place to train, ill definitely be signing up with them.

Negative experience: Nice gym..but the music is too loud and i hate it

Negative experience: Workout Machines are very old and out of date, which may cause serious injuries to joints and muscles if you overload and don’t concentrate. Some are even broken. Dumbbells are old and the weight writing on it is confusing, not sure if it’s pounds or kilos. The good thing is it’s a large gym, but i feel is very dirty and unhygienic, as people don’t use towels to wipe after they finish from machine. The layout of each section is good, but in terms of atmosphere and decor if feels bland and old. If your looking for a modern gym this is definitely not the place.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and very affordable. Perfect for those who are regulars at the gym or just want the occasional visit, with $5 casual entry. Some of the weight equipment is a little old but everything is still In working order and will get the job done.

Positive experience: Fairly decent gym. The size is fairly moderate however well equipped. It's set up not to be too cramped and really like the dedicated parking available for gym goers. Would recommend going here if you live near by.

Negative experience: This is not a place to go, one star is even a lot for this gym. The facilities are outdates. Filthy environment. There's Nowhere to Stretch. It's Too Hot or Too Cold. The Equipment Is Old, and you see a lot "out of order" signs on the machines, which expect longer waits, broken equipment not getting fixed in time. Lack of equipment you like to use. We don’t recommend this gym at all!

Negative experience: Old and rusty equipment, some of the equipment is not even anymore considered standard equipment , physiologically. I have got a knee and back pain after using the old unstandardized equipment here; after I changed my gym I am improving. We not recommend this gym at all :(

Fantastic experience: Went first thing in the morning. Was hardly crowded and first gym I've found with a cheap casual entry rate instead of expensive contracts.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few other gyms and this one is the most welcoming. They're well equipped, have friendly staff/service and other services like a chiropractor and massage therapy available. Definitely recommend it.
