Negative experience: Was a member of this gym for over 10 years? The new management increase their prices to $1400 One year. I inquired about getting a better priceThey said they will get back to me. Never heard fromThem again, I guess my money is not good enough for them. They are more interested in getting new people on the books instead of keeping their old ones on.

Fantastic experience: I signed up in June 2024 with Anytime Fitness Kings Park, as part of my dual total knee replacements rehabilitation I had in April 2024, the facility is always clean, and all the staff are all happy and welcoming, I have trained on my own and am enjoying it, I've progressed enough to now work with a personal trainer to teach me correct ways of lifts etc, I could not be any happier with Anytime Fitness trainer Michael, he makes the work outs enjoyable but pushes me to get results which I like. If you're after a trainer to assist you, I highly recommend Michael From John T

Fantastic experience: I signed up here 2 weeks ago and this is the best gym I’ve ever been to WOW. The facilities are well taken care of, gyms always clean and smells good, they have so many classes and on Saturdays. The staff are amazing - Tegan is the manager and she spent so much time with me and making sure I was getting the best care I could. The space is huge and the app is so good and it tells you how busy the gym is - I couldn’t recommend this gym more to anybody !!

Positive experience: Without any doubt, this is the best Anytime Fitness in Sydney, and I’ve been to ALOT! Theres an amazing variety of equipment, the interior is spectacular, and the air conditioning is set just right. My only critique's are the bathrooms could do with a deep clean or a renovation, and the vending machine is severely overpriced, but otherwise this gym is faultless

Negative experience: Not in great management. I joined a year ago. "Hey you have been busy, what happened" now I really can get busy and forget about gym especially with personal issues. This new personnel just in my face "are you cancelling? You have to pay the rest of the contract". They reply quick but zero customer service. And where are the disenfectant sprays now. Atlease the blacktown one has wipes.

Negative experience: Good gym. But management cuts corners to save costs. Does not have proper heating. You will freeze in there going in winter. Everyone is working out with big jumpers on to keep warm. This is why I have been visiting other anytime fitness nearby and it’s great.

Fantastic experience: This place is super cool. It also boasts a great environment and experience for any person whether a beginner or an intermediate. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable which honestly helps you to learn more about the machines or exercises you choose. In my case, I was able to easily approach them with any questions no matter how silly they sounded. They helped me out with any issues I had. I also hold this place dear since I actually have been seeing a lot of improvement at the location and in my training since I’ve managed to even hit some PRs!! Also they host multiple events and classes throughout the year so you can enjoy some additional activities and benefits while also having a good time. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive experience: It saddened me to hear that Giorgio Makdessi Trainer at Anytime fitness Kingspark, got sacked after years of hard work and excellent fitness knowledge, and great relationship building with members, always willing to go out of his way to help others achieve their goals. Great guy to have on your team. I can’t believe they sacked him after all the work that he has done for the company and even after the free labouring help, he did to set up the new gym, with no pay! Good-luck finding someone as dedicated as he was. I wished that managers and owners would react to members complaints, about the setting of machinery and poor placements of the machinery as swiftly as they did in sacking Giorgio for a minor issue. He was the most genuine person there. They have lost and awesome employee. What a shame!

Fantastic experience: Really great atmosphere to train in. Love the renovations, there is so much equipment, but I also love the amount of floor space available for functional exercises. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental and genuinely want their members to achieve their goals!!! Well done ladies, I have been to a few AF’s and your customer service tops them all so far . Great customer service makes a marked difference to customer satisfaction and therefore retention. And well, consider me satisfied and retained lol.

Positive experience: hi , m member of this Gym arround 3 years, i love workout here, great environment , every equipment here so any exercise they can do, i want to ask and m dissapoint, why we can’t play our own music ( Punjabi music). 75% indian people( punjabi ) come this gym nd always we listen english music, i don’t have any problem about english but why not indian music ( punjabi song). plz i hope u understand our request.. thanks…

Positive experience: Could definitely improve their equipements. Reintroduce anti-bacterial wipes instead of the messy obsolete paper tissues. And can definitely do with major upgrade to the venue including the toilets. Otherwise a pretty basic gym with wonderful staff and people.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Blacktown is a wonderful place for those who are starting their fitness journey (like myself). The staff are very kind and great professionals. Loved every minute of my time there. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: A bit sketchy memberships. Was told that putting down a deposit for the key card would be returned to me after I left the gym. They did not return the money to me and told me to keep the keycard "In case I come back". Don't believe a word they say, read the contract back to front. Even though they specifically make it verbose and redundant to discourage that. The staff are friendly enough, place isnt that clean and the price is not worth it overall. I've gone back to home exercise and dont plan to come back. Now I have a useless piece of plastic that they took my 90 bucks for.
Hi Jordan, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you are upset. I am not sure who you dealt with at time of Joining up and not sure if it was Kings Park as i tried to search your name and we have nobody that has cancelled recently with your name. We have been operating since 2012 and not once have the keys ever been refundable. We have no reason or need to mislead anyone. We give everyone a copy of their agreements and we are completely honest and transparent with everyone. All staff past and present know the keys are not refundable. the key is programmed to your name with your personal details on it and that is also another reason why we do not take back any keys. Please feel free to call me on 0475 045 485 to discuss further if you like. in regards to the cleanliness, we have actually had some great feedback lately on how clean the gym is. we have a designated cleaner who works 3 hours a day, 7 days a week ensuring the gym is clean. we also then require all staff to clean throughout the day, especially during and after busy periods. The cleaning is also part of our audit process, so we do take it very seriously.

Negative experience: Pros: Has all the necessary equipment you need to support your training. Have group classes available to members with no added cost (set times-check out their website/social media for times) Email updates and staff responses are quite good. They get back to you within a decent time, emails are informative and somewhat engaging/interesting. Cons: Membership prices are pricey considering the size of the gym, the quality of the equipment and the cleanliness. Medium sized gym however feels a lot smaller inside, too many machines stacked next to each other. The gym and the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest. Equipment is quite old, definitely due for some upgrades or proper deep cleaning. During peak times parking is painful and waiting for machines is too. Gym definitely needs a makeover - considering the price they are charging, Glendenning AF is charging the same but have recently gone through a renovation which makes it more worth while to pay.
Hi TJ, the good news is that we are taking it to the same level as Glendenning very soon. We will be changing machines, adding more mezzanine and the place will be completely different. Hopefully you can re review us then and give us a better rating.
