Negative experience: IF YOU ARE THINKING OF AN YEARLY CONTRACT? EMF COOMERA ISN'T THE RIGHT OPTION! Go weekly, otherwise it’s harassment by the staff! Their system isn’t sending money to my bank and there has been delayed in the payment and the manager of the gym asked me to pay at the reception. Now they are charging me for late payment. When asked about it, they areasking me to contact their direct debit company Quickpay. And the manager says her mother works at the bank and all the problems are from my end. And the receptionist keeps repeating the same thing again and again & declined to support. Very bad service and disrespectful staff!

Fantastic experience: Day Oner here, amazing gym, awesome & helpful reception staff, great PT's and our members have good gym etiquette - always putting away weights and wiping down equipment.

Negative experience: The incompetence of this gym is astonishing. They can’t manage to setup and maintain a direct debit, sending invalid dishonour fees on multiple occasions to the point I asked to pay out my membership which they still couldn’t get right and tried debiting my account again. I had to pay out my membership on 2 occasions due to them incorrectly calculating membership charges. After all the issues I then decided to cancel my membership with access up to 28th September, had confirmation on this and then as of 3rd September I have no access even though I have paid up to 28th and have email confirmation to reflect this. The incompetent staff are not responding after 2 business days, clearly they see no issue with their actions so fair trading will be involved.

Negative experience: Music is absolute trash! The vibe at this gym is dead. Browns Plains is so much better.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at EMF Coomera from day one and have witnessed the club grow exponentially over the past few years. I’m impressed with the layout and all the latest equipment on offer. The layout is split into various sections including weights, boxing, cardio etc. There is ample room to workout. Staff are very friendly and polite too. I would highly recommend EMF Coomera.

Negative experience: Went for a trial here and it’s not a very clean gym. Mud in the sauna, dirt and sweat all over the machines. Really disgusting, will sign up else where, this is a germ festering place.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best equipped gyms on the Gold Coast – a lot of equipment that you don’t find in other gyms that are necessary for a total body workout are there – the people who run the classes are lovely – but I mostly do heavyweight training – and if you are serious about building your body and doing heavyweight training then this is the place to go – I’ve been with EMF now for nearly 3 years and I don’t believe I would go anywhere anywhere else– good on you guys never seen any better on the coast

Negative experience: Good Afternoon, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received today from a staff member at your reception. After purchasing a milkshake, I observed the staff member engaging in a 15-minute conversation with another individual instead of preparing my order. Furthermore, the staff member proceeded to prepare a milkshake for the other individual before attending to mine, despite my order being placed 15 minutes earlier. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
