AF Sutherland will have a BRAND NEW venue & BRAND NEW equipment early next year ‍♂️ But for me after spending 30+ years in the fitness industry myself as a personal trainer and gym manager, for me the most important thing is the staff and the energy they bring to the gym that creates the environment for all of us all to train in. Brooke & Charlotte are amazing, they always great me with a genuine smile and are more than too happy to help with any enquiry that I have. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Anytime Fitness Sutherland thanks to Brooke, the club manager. As someone with social anxiety, I often feel uneasy in gym settings, but Brooke made me feel completely welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her kindness and support really made a difference. Highly recommend this gym, especially if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: In August 2022, I diligently canceled my gym membership at your store location, as per the instructions provided. I was assured that my access swipe would be deactivated automatically within two weeks, and I trusted that this process was completed without issue. I recently discovered that I have been continuously charged on a monthly basis for the past 20 months, totaling approximately $1600. Despite contacting the store manager, I have encountered nothing but delays and excuses. I was informed that due to changes in management, resolving the issue may take time, and she confirmed that MY swipe had never been used in any of the franchises during the period. And Apologised that the staff at the time should tell me the correct procedures. Now I am being informed via email that no refund will be issued. I was a member since 2011 until 2022, as a long loyal customer, I never cancelled my membership before and rely on the staff to tell me what to do. But the result is that 1. wrong information was provided upon cancelling 2. The current manager had no willingness o intention to help with the matter as this is a new management of managing Anytime Sutherland. There are so many options can be explored for my case, but the answer I got is not even a phone call, just an email. This situation is completely unacceptable. Not only have I been unjustly charged for a service I have not utilized since August 2022, but the lack of accountability and resolution from your management team is appalling. UPDATE- Fair Trading had made multiple attempts to contact Anytime, without success. Attached photo for reference. For anyone who is considering to join this club, if you got a problem, you will get zero response or attention from them.

Fantastic experience: Extremely welcoming staff that are great to chinwag with, Brooke and her team can't be faulted. Big plus for me is that the air conditioning is always on and keeps the place cool, I tend to overheat easily. Not that crowded in peak times, you can easily get the gym to yourself late evenings and you'll find your regulars in the mornings. Great range of equipment to target most cardio and strength applications, geared towards a balanced approach with a healthy lifestyle in mind. Just give Brooke a call and pop in to check it out for yourself. Plenty of free parking right outside the gym, close to the train station, 24 hour access, showers/ toilets, facilities and equipment regularly cleaned by staff and member etiquette is fantastic. Pretty hard to find any fault in the gym at all!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to numerous gyms, fitness classes and group training sessions over the years. Sutherland anytime fitness is a breath of fresh air. It’s your everyday gym for everyday people. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable and approachable. One session with a PT he ran me through a movement screening. I learnt more about my weaknesses than anyone else had ever told me. He gave me genuine advice to improve my running and weight training. The atmosphere is nonjudgemental. Good range of weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. They provide valuable extras like body scans and PT/nutrition plans at reasonable prices. If you're searching for a gym that genuinely supports your goals, try Anytime Fitness Sutherland. Would recommend!
