Negative experience: I am really enjoying the Reformer Pilates classes, having a great variety of instructors makes the classes much more enjoyable so you are not constantly doing the same class every day which can be very boring. The only downfall there is currently no air flow or air conditioning in the Pilates room which can make for an uncomfortable session, the main gym music if often too loud and you cannot hear the instructor. it is also embarrassing that the gym is forever running out of paper towel to clean the machines.

Negative experience: It’s not bad in terms or variety of equipment and machines and I like that there’s a ladies gym. But, since I joined about 2 years ago there is a 4kg dumbbell missing and no one seems to care about replacing it. Same with frequent broken equipment and little to no maintenance. The floor is constantly filthy and the attachments are spread all over the place since the plastic box disappeared months ago. Summer is approaching and the air conditioner at the ladies gym is never working - who needs a sauna?!

Positive experience: I really do enjoy this gym and think it has a great variety of gym equipment, the staff are friendly and i love the pilates classes. However! This would have to be the dirtiest gym I have been to- the women's gym in particular. The floor is ALWAYS so dirty especially at the end of the treadmills. Hair, dirt and dust. The equipment is also dirty and dusty and is definitely not cleaned properly. The Calf raise machine has split shoulder pads and it always leaves blood dots on my skin and almost cuts me- this needs to be taped. They are ALWAYS running out of paper towel and half of the spray bottles don't work. All of these issues just ruin the experience. It feels unhygienic.

Fantastic experience: I always have a fantastic experience training at Derrimut Gym Noarlunga! The staff are incredibly supportive and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Kylie, the manager, for her exceptional leadership and dedication.

Positive experience: Far superior to Melrose park where I usually go. Great facilities, clean, machines aren't constantly broken down for months on end. Good real music being played (not remixes or horribly inappropriate music to be played when people grandparents workout as well). So much more motivating to workout at

Positive experience: I’ve Trained at Derrimut for years, absolutely love the gym, wish I could give it 5 stars, unfortunately the reason for the 4 star review is the state of the male bathrooms and showers and sauna currently, it’s really unhygienic and needs a solid clean, it’s starting to get bad, the smell is unbearable, if you could please organise for it to be cleaned regularly that would be great thanks :)

Positive experience: So I did have a 5 star review before, but not now. I used to come here for reformer Pilates but recently the way booking is done has been changed “to make it fairer” apparently, but since these changes I can never get a spot, and since then, I once managed to get into a class at the very last minute and there were 2 spare places in the class! So it’s pretty disappointing. Facilities new and clean, great sauna, very hot unlike some other locations.

Fantastic experience: Love Derrimuts reformer Pilates now that there is a variety of instructors. Every class is different, making them more challenging and fun. Please keep the mix of instructors. Iva and Chloe are great. I really hope this review is read by Management.

Positive experience: Review for REFORMER PILATIES - Great classes! Can be hard to book in, always full. Instructors are great. When the classes first started it was very frustrating, with many class cancelations, some at the last minute! It has been much better since IVA has taken over! Iva brings great energy and fun to the classes. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: A decent gym however bit pricey for non members and also very confusing on where every workout equipment is only good if go there a lot.

Positive experience: I really enjoy the reformer classes, it's just a pity that the timetable is limited, the classes are always full and that you can only book 2 days in advance.

Negative experience: Only started doing gym type things maybe 4 weeks ago Was using a different gym till had my first session this morning. While this is a cheap gym go to its far from ideal. The sauna is a great option but the shower look and smell like piss trough you'd see at a country pub. Trying to find a machine that I normally use took ages then it was out of order once located. Oh for those that like using cash. It's useless here. Card only. And now some 8 weeks later derrimut is trying to extort money out of me. Never use this gym don't sign anything with them and dont give them any of your details. Pure grubs.

Positive experience: Lots of equipment, haven't had to wait to use stuff at the times I go. Always clean, and always see cleaners around. Nice relaxed environment to work out in. They offer some classes if you want that and have a women only section also if needed. Only thing stopping it from 5 stars for me is sometimes it is a little warm and sometimes the music is a little loud. The music it depends on who's working, and I get some people love it cranking so not hating. Just a touch loud for me so can't give it 5/5. And yeah please turn up the AC haha not always just some days. Also price is very good also.

Negative experience: Staff are amazing. But it so annoying need to walk around the whole gym to find a machine that isn't being used just to get weights. I was doing leg press this week and was annoyed because there wasn't enough weight to even try and hit my pb. The weights got taken to a diffrent gym last year and they have never got them back. Super annoyed with this.

Fantastic experience: Only go at night time so can only comment on the staff there who are always great. The girl who works nights is always really friendly. Most of the time I'm greeted by staff if they aren't off doing Cleaning or something else

Negative experience: Setup a payment plan for a 12 month membership which expired today. I now need to pay ANOTHER $79 "establishment fee"? I already have a membership, whats the $79 for? For you to click "restart membership" on your computer? absolute joke! I'll jump over the counter and do it myself for free!

Fantastic experience: Emma was really great and assisted those who needed tweaking in their movement

Negative experience: If it wasn't for my son that enjoys going to Derrimut I would not of bothered trying to get an simple Invoice from you guys what a mess around.

Fantastic experience: Large gym with lots of equipment. One of my favourite Derrimut locations in SA for that reason.

Negative experience: I'm a regular going to the gym, but hadn't purchased something from the store before. When I did, the staff were rude when I pointed out they had mislabelled the price on the product I purchased. I had already overpaid, and suggested they remove the mislabelled sign as it's illegal to be misleading by falsely advertising prices, and they should have sold to me for the lower price, not asking for a refund but trying to help them comply with the law. The staff were rude and didn't know what they were doing, denied that what I purchased was above the price tag, when there was clearly only one missing from the display, and haven't been trained in basic consumer law to be working on sales and selling products. Won't be buying anything from the shop again as it was a negative experience

Fantastic experience: Great large gym with plenty of equipment. Can get busy during the peak hours but generally don't have to wait long for a bench or rack as there are many of them. Good value with membership deals on all the time, would recommend.

Negative experience: For 6 mths I have been going late afternoons, 4 times a week and ALL the staff members have been so friendly, helpful and professional. I had to change my schedule to lunchtimes and today, whilst I bought a protein shake after my workout, I was completely ignored by the regular day shift girl (who I find regularly offhanded in her demeanour) As she scanned my shake and waited for me to pay with my card, she did not acknowledge or speak a word to me as she continued flirting and talking in a personal manner to another male gym member. It was rude, unprofessional and completely disrespectful. She's in a customer service role and isn't fulfilling this, and isn't good representative for your company.

Negative experience: Not what it used to be, cut way to many morning classes from 5 cycle on weekdays to just 1 on Thursday. Very disappointing as there was q great group atmosphere when I paid for my membership for a year.

Negative experience: Great equipment but you need noise cancelling headphones because they absolutely blast the music. The single person sauna that you have to reserve and is 15 degrees colder than it needs to be is also essentially worthless, which is such a shame because a proper large community sauna kept at 85c would be amazing.

Fantastic experience: Was very reluctant to go to any gym or fitness class as hadn't been "since COVID". I'm very glad I did. There's way too many fit people in the room for my comfort lol, but I think anyone could go there. I did a class and used the infra red dry sauna for at least 30 mins as it's very good for you. The yoga class was amazing, the sauna is exceptional and no I didn't take photo there. Derrimut 24:7 is so sparking clean and modern. Lots of equipment for many types of exercises and sets of (!?) I don't know yet. For Yoga, remember a yoga mat. Or the floors kind of like lots of yoga mats. There's a small boxing ring (!? Not sure really as never seen one in real life before) I'd recommend doing a class unless you know what you're doing fitness wise. Which I don't know. The group class was very very good.

Fantastic experience: absolutely brilliant place, the staff are so welcoming & friendly as well as everyone i have come across during my workouts, have had a lot of people give me tips & help along my journey at Derrimut Gym & i wouldn’t go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The staff at Noarlunga are absolutely brilliant, day time nights. Grave yard shift staff are also awesome. Should be a sixth star that's how amazing all the team are .

Negative experience: Very disappointed when a friend went there they said it was around $8 for a casual visit, when I rang they said it was $10 (fully accepted that) then she said from April 1st it's $16.50 per visit. Which is a massive jump. I told her 5 of us girls wanted to do a dance class Wednesday nights, but she repeated from April 1st it was going up to $16.50. Care factor was very disappointed. Good thing is got into a class somewhere else for $7.50 locally. ❤️

Negative experience: Refused to give me a refund of my money when they messed up. I cancelled my membership over the phone and the guy I spoke to told me this was all okay and that I'll still be charged for one month from this date. A bit annoying but it's in their contract which I signed, so fair enough. The real problem came when they continued to charge me past the month date. When I called to see what was happening and to get a refund they claimed there is no record of me cancelling and blamed it on their casual staff member who wasn't trained properly. Not only has this shown a complete lack of carelessness by management but they're unable to take any responsibility for the situation and defended themselves by saying it was their untrained staff member. How is that my fault and why should I pay for their incompetence's? I chose the no lock in contract to avoid this sort of thing. The gym itself is pretty good but definitely think twice before coming here.

Fantastic experience: Impeccably clean bathroom, mirrors so clean I saw my own future, and showers so immaculate I could eat my creatine off of them. Music was lyrically impeccable and staff was incredibly based and always ready for a chat!

Positive experience: Gym #2 of the 10 Day 10 Derrimut Challenge Larger than the Seaford Derrimut. Plenty of machines. Very clean. Hot water was hotter here than both Melrose Park and Seaford. Well set out bathrooms with a separate change room with lockable lockers which is nice. Much easier to use than in Rundle Mall where there isn't any space to leave clothing items when showering. Also a provided ironing station with ironing board and iron if clothes require ironing post-workout. Sauna was quite large, with colour changing lights which was fun. It would be useful for an online booking system to use when using the sauna so you don't have to go to the front desk whenever you're considering using the sauna.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience with derrimut, their prices are notably cheaper than almost all other gyms, yet the derrimuts gyms are alot nicer. Their gyms are pretty well kitted out with a great range of high quality machines, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time today. It was awkward at first but I can say that 3 hours just melted away. Had an absolute blast working out, I would 100% recommend this place. There is a broad range of machines to fuel that hunger.

Negative experience: Rang with a membership issue was told i would be called back that night. Am still waiting people really need to learn what customer service is these days. After joining up I was able to work out for 2 months ended up getting a hernia was told to stop immediately after 9 months just had surgery asked if they would be able to possibly extend the membership for a Couple of months to help me rehabilitate as I had only gotten 2 months from a year membership and was met with a big fat no and no one wants to help cheers
