Fantastic experience: The trainers here are second to none (I talk to trainers that train here). They tailor a program specifically for you and are always getting feedback from you and tweaking the program. Constantly looking for better equipment to improve your workout. I am a 50year old male that is overweight and went from struggling to pick up a bar with 20 kg on it to picking up 160kg in 9 months I love how strong I feel. If you want strong person strength or functional strength, here is where you go.

Fantastic experience: This gym was amazing It had all the facilities I needed/ never knew I needed and it was a great environment. All the gym goes were friendly and happy to help me with exercises. It was almost like having multiple PTs at my disposal as everyone is so helpful. The owner Brad was also amazing who is much a friendly and kind person who was attentive and listened to my goals and need. Would highly recommend for anyone all sizes, ages and genders.

Not only is there an extensive range of equipment available to use, including niche powerlifting equipment, it also has 24/7 access. There is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere at Stronghouse, and a very knowledgeable gym dog called Oscar who will spot you if you need it

Fantastic experience: StrongHouse is not the kind of gym I thought was for me. The closest I’ve gotten to powerlifting is power washing my car. What I wanted was a place that welcomed total beginners - including 50-year-old women - and valued progress over perfection. The people are low-key and friendly, and Brad knows his stuff. He has the patience to meet you where you are - bad back and all - and encourages you to take the next step and pick up the next weight. Going to the gym feels good but feeling stronger in my everyday life is the real win. Sometimes you don’t know what you need until you try it. I’m glad I’ve found what I need at StrongHouse.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Stronghouse highly enough. I joined in late March 2023 because I was looking for a gym where I could focus on my lifts and StrongHouse did not disappoint! Excellent range of equipment, the members are super friendly and Brad is extremely knowledgeable. He has been an excellent coach, supporting me to improve my technique and form drastically in such a short time. I’m already feeling so much stronger and no longer experiencing niggling pains like I had previously. If you’re considering getting more serious about powerlifting, go and see Brad.

Fantastic experience: I never really cared about the nuances between different types of barbells because the gyms I went to in the past only use cheap, generic bars. But after training here for a few months, I have come to appreciate the craftsmanship, the weight distribution, and the knurling of high-quality barbells. Stronghouse has different types of well-made bars for different kind of lifts (O-lift, strongman, squat, deadlift, etc.). Highly recommend coming here if you are serious about strength training.

Fantastic experience: Went to strong house gym for a competition and it’s a top strength gym. All the right equipment with calibrated plates. Everything was neat and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful and so were the other members of the gym. Would highly recommend and they definitely get 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I booked casuals at StrongHouse for a "pr day" (basically an amateur powerlifting meet) to test our max lifts (squat, bench, deadlift). The owner and regulars were so welcoming and friendly and joined in the hype culture of pushing ourselves to our limits. I had a quick tour of the place and the variety of equipment is incredible, especially for powerlifting and strongman training, with much thought put into its selection. One major stand out was the environment and culture in this place encouraging loud screams and for everyone to give it their all. I live a bit far from this place, but if you're somewhat close (around Ringwood) or don't mind the travel I would definitely recommend being a regular at. At the moment they offer weekly group coaching for a decent price. I'd love to come back to train here again sometime. Thanks for a great time StrongHouse!

It isn’t crowded, the owner and staff give full support and guidance to members, the knowledge they have evident in the results they produce and equipment they have like strive machines, mag grips, over 60 specialty bars it really has set the bar for standards of gyms and is the only Ringwood gym you should consider. If you’re also a powerlifter or strongman they have coaching for powerlifting and strongman and competitions
