Fantastic experience: Great gym with a view at Marina Mirage. I enjoy watching the boats from the window while running on the treadmill. Trent and Lana are super friendly and helpful. I have been to several gyms. The White Zone Circuit is unique to Milon with machines for different types of training. The amazing thing is all machines will automatically set up according to your weight and height. This literally acts like a personal trainer. Overall a fantastic gym. I highly recommend it for anyone.

Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and they are always keeping an eye on us when we’re working out, offering advice on how to improve our technique. The group classes are great and lots of fun. Not only is it located in a convenient spot inside the Marina Mirage (with plenty of parking) but the equipment is new, spotless and has a variety to play with. The service is also great - Trent will go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is positive and you feel taken care of. Would come back in a heartbeat!

I want to also extend a big thank you to Lana, who helped me with a machine last Wednesday. She was very professional, helpful and made it very easy for me to understand.

Fantastic experience: Milon Gym is the nicest facility I’ve worked out in. The treadmill has a beautiful view of the Gold Coast Broadwater that you could stare at for days. The trainers are so knowledgeable and genuinely want you to be the healthiest version of yourself. They’ve changed my whole outlook on fitness. And the equipment is top of the range and cleaned regularly. I could not recommend Milon Gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Equipment is top-notch, and who doesn't love Hammer Strength! The Milon gear is super cool, although I did not try it. They even have a sled for those people trying to work on their knees. This gym has everything... even snacks.
