Fantastic experience: A great gym with all the equipment you could need. The staff are super friendly and helpful with everything, and all the facilities are always extremely clean :) It's not too overcrowded at all, and overall it's always a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Fairly well equipped gym for a smallish sized gym, has most things I need. Variety of equipment & updated as well (free weights, machines and cardio things). Staff are helpful & friendly, made enrolment quite smooth. Only minor issue is that it gets a little tight when it’s busy but otherwise it’s really good.

Fantastic experience: Mowbray Road Willoughby: I've trained at the gym for two months now. Staff are welcoming and friendly, which makes for a good vibe for the whole gym. The set up is well thought out with great machines and plenty of free area for floor work. there are also enough squat racks. I recommend it to all locals.

Negative experience: Went to this gym once or twice with my good mate Jim. I immediately walked into what i though was a sauna, the place was burning hot and filled with sweaty guys on the Lat pull downs wearing NBA jerseys. Great atmosphere however, but it needs work regarding the people and the heat

Fantastic experience: Just had a fresh upgrade so everything feels new. All the equipment you need, ample cardio, free weights and guided machines. Smart NFI access as well, so no need to carry a dongle around. For the price you are paying, it's a great 24 hour gym. I don't think I've ever had to wait for equipment.

I've seen the gym managers change over the years from Georgi to Lilly to now Mel. Each of them has a slightly different approach to their style of management, and the club has grown slowly and steadily over the years. Summary: The gym's 24/7 accessibility and supportive environment make it appealing to a wide range of people, emphasizing flexibility and convenience. It is a safe and judgment-free space with moderate hygiene standards, excellent maintenance, floor plan, and an outstanding staff. This gym has unique qualities that set it apart. It's simple and welcoming, and the convenient location and loyal community make it easy to blend in. The staff's leadership provides a good sense of direction, and the equipment is well-maintained, except for minor issues. However, improving the variety and quality of miscellaneous equipment would be beneficial. The club maintains moderate hygiene with a strict no towel, no train policy, and disinfectant wipes. However, attention is needed in bathrooms, storage lockers, and the vanity mirror area where items are left unattended for days. A thorough bathroom cleaning is necessary. The return of the community board, which embodies the club's essence, is eagerly awaited. The vending machine should stick to reliable choices rather than testing new products. Too much emphasis on progressive aspects distracts from what truly matters—prioritize simplicity. Focus on maintaining consistent cleanliness in bathrooms and equipment. We don't need a renovation; we love the club as it is. Paint touch-up would be nice. Get rid of the chalk wall and replace it with a nice sitting area featuring a news or latest info wall. Focus on getting better equipment and paying attention to the little things. Perhaps a redesign of the feature wall could add a fresh touch as well. With that being said, this club overall has 5 stars from me. My friends and I have grown up with the club, sharing tears, laughter, and countless memories. For that, this club holds a special place in my heart, speaking to the core of its essence.

Negative experience: As an Asian I do not feel comfortable coming to this gym. Very strange manager.

Fantastic experience: Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt in Sydney das Gym zwei Mal besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Gym ist angenehm gross und hat viele tolle Geräte. Es gibt kaum Wartezeiten und es herrscht eine gute Atmosphäre. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und man kann rund um die Uhr trainieren. Wir danken Mel und ihrem Team für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und ihren täglichen Einsatz!

The facilities are always clean, bathrooms well stocked with the necessities; deodorant, hairdryer and straightener, women sanitary products etc. They have all the equipment you could possibly need and the gym is well organised. Great staff, nice, open gym with tons of light, all equipment in tip top shape, and you can really tell management really care about us. They’ve fostered a beautiful community and I find myself excited every time I get ready for a workout.
