Fantastic experience: Elizabeth is a lifesaver! I could barely turn my head because of the neck pain and shoulder soreness before I saw her. Within 24hrs I was back to almost 100%. She took so much care in working on my sore areas. She explained the cause of my pain so I understood what I had done and why I was in pain & took into account how much time I have when giving me exercises to do.

Fantastic experience: We searched for a new Osteo after our physician moved away from the area and couldn’t be happier. Jess has a wonderful, accomodating manner and is extremely attentive to my needs, aches and pains. It is great to be at ease with the treatment and the knowledge of a professional physician

Positive experience: Some years back I saw an osteopath here about a knee issue. I was not sent for scans but was treated based on assumption that it was some kind of tear. After months of treatment there was no real improvement and so visited another physio. After a physio sent me for scans it turned out to be a minor miniscus tear and strengthening exercises was the correct treatment. Not sure why I wasn't sent for scans but the result was lots of wasted time and money. Have been back since to see a physio here about an unrelated issue and treatment and result was good.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Shane. I have been a client of Williamstown Health + Lifestyle for over 4 years. Shane is by far the best Remedial Therapist I have come across! I refer to him as 'hands of God'. He always relieves any pain or discomfort on the first visit. His clinical knowledge is excellent and he is extremely professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Alana twice for remedial massage/myo and found her to be absolutely fantastic! Her mixture of methods means she has an answer for everything that might be going on with shoulders, hips and lower back (my niggles to date) and I have never had dry needling so precise and “hitting the spot” with each one before. Highly recommend and will be part of my regular physical tune up from now on.

There is the offer of heat packs if you need them while you wait which I've never seen before so they definitely know their clients needs! One of the few places in Williamstown to offer floor pilates classes (mixed with reformer)

I feel listened to and cared for during my appointments and I have also received follow up care post appointments. The centre is quiet, clean and has a relaxing vibe. Reception staff have been wonderful at each visit.

Tom always gets the diagnosis right, gives effective treatment and supports the rehab through practical advice and actions I can take. My first osteo experience, but no hesitation in recommending.

Rachel was so knowledgeable and fully explained to me what could be happening and what we could do to fix it. Having never been to a physio I didn’t know what to expect, but after seeing Rachel I would come back time and time again. It’s clear how passionate she is about her job.

I went in scared about what was wrong and came out comfortable after consultation and 1st session. Felt better already and looking forward for full recovery in coming weeks. After visiting many osteoporosis specialists over at least 4-5 yrs, Sharon identified my real issue was due to a lower rib rubbing against my centre spine. After being to my doctor who referred me to a number of Osteo therapist many times without any relief. I truly cannot believe that after a session today with this business, I feel virtually reborn. I suffered with an intermittent pain in my back for so long I just tried to put up with it. Today, February 4, 2021, after a full consultation with Sharon, including recent ex rays , I didn’t realise the real issue was as mentioned above.
