Positive experience: Feels like 60degrees inside. Can't imagine kids having a good time playing sports in there.

Positive experience: The place is Awesome, uge inside and always buzzing with exciting action.

Negative experience: 1: Airflow non existent, needs large fans or air conditioning. 2: Spectate seating is atrocious, not enough of it which makes people spectate from the walkway which then gets clogged that creates a fire hazard. 3. No water fountains, had to fill up my water bottle in the bathroom. 4 No soap in men's bathroom, up there with the most unhygienic sports facilities I've experienced around Australia. 5. Rock climbing wall looked cool though.

Positive experience: Staff are lovely, facility is great and staff communication is pretty solid. My only gripe is the one time I called, during staffed hours to try and get information about the gym facilities, the phones went unanswered which was pretty frustrating, as the gym was seemingly unstaffed as well. I did find the website pretty unhelpful only due to poor formatting. I think it would be a very smart refresh to add a new page with a tab at the top for your businesses operating at the sports centre. Even when looking, I didn't initially find the information even though it's available on the "About" page, as it's below some poorly formatted content with large white gaps between sections. Otherwise, a great centre with friendly staff. Very glad to see the climbing wall re-opened. Intentionally came back for the smaller gym. Very sick of Powerhouse

Negative experience: As me and my team were leaving the venue after our game which finished at 10:30ish an employee called me and my team “retards” for playing on the little hoops. Completely unnecessary and rude. Once our coach stepped in he became quite and acted like nothing happened, if this is what he does to young adults regularly and becomes a reoccurring thing. I will take it further then a simple review. The man was roughly 5’7 with grey hair and light skin and was roughly 40-55 years of age. Possibly the owner of the sports centre.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the complex and the people who manage it, on two occasions now I have been in the past month and both times the disabled parking space has been occupied by vehicles NOT displaying permits.. it’s definitely not a good look for the community that supports this venue!

Negative experience: One of the WORST VENTILATED stadiums I have ever been in. Surely a Heath and safety issue. Fix it! Put in some fans or at the very least, turn up the 2 that are above the courts! The spectator seating is very poor and crowded, making it even hotter. I don’t care about social distancing but there’s no way it could happen anyway. Horrible stadium. To make it worse, partition boards set up intermittently stopping any ventilation with dangerous legs on them which stab into people’s feet. Very poor. I dread going there!!!

Negative experience: My girl had her gala sports event here. There were about 100 girls from all different schools and there was NOOOO soap!!!!! 3 dispensers in bathroom and ALL WERE EMPTY!!! A few teachers and other parents had told the frpnt desk and they done nothing about it!!!! NO SOAP!! This is a basic human right!!! How gross!!!

Negative experience: Stupid owner... Yelling at kids. Centre management is rude and rough with parents and kids. Yelling at parents when they are talking to them. Dont even try taking to him, he’ll be loud and rude, and make you even more angry. P.s. Sandwiches are bad.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all sports under one roof. Used to bring my son for his outdoor soccer matches and now seeing him play indoor futsal.

Negative experience: Clean, covid hygiene protocol observed. Keep up the routine, we should be good. Everyone should do the right thing, social distancing. The is an update. Whilst previous comments are still true, and relaxation of restrictions, shower room amenities should begin to open up for use. And I think the management and patrons should be considerate of other users in the complex, such as very loud music. They inhibit other users from hearing each other, which can pose a danger in their sport. This is a shared facility. RESPECT for others and oneself is critical. For this it will be 2stars for now.
