Fantastic experience: Great place for swimming. Also a library, gym, volleyball, and swimming pool. Really good prices as well, Highly Recommended if you love these activities

Fantastic experience: Great place to take the kids for a swim. Has a library connect, a gym, volleyball and swimming pool. Really cheap prices for swimming. Only thing is you need to pay a spectators fee if you watch your kid swim but aren’t swimming yourself but it’s only like $3. They also have a Creche if you need.

Negative experience: If U thinking to take your kid to swimming lessons, don't bother. I get in there really early with my son and it takes me 10 - 15 minutes just waiting in the queue... It's not the first time... it happened on multiple occasions. There's an old lady or an old guy sleeping at the recepion... Don't waist your money if your kid gets only 1/2 a lessons because of them...

Positive experience: Here for children's party - well supported and organised by staff team. My only reason for 4/5 is that it would have been great if there were some wall mounted fans in the party section for the adults not swimming!

Fantastic experience: Good center, the barcode scanning into the gym can be very slow at times when there are lines of people trying to sign in for swimming lessons etc. Gym is great, everyone is friendly, has all the equipment you need, a large variety of classes including aquatic ones. Good library with views of the duckpond. Vlad personal trainer, highly recommend to attend any of his classes. Huge reason myself and my partner have maintained our membership and continue to go.

Fantastic experience: We did a Preserving workshop at the library for Campbelltown Council 10.30am to 12.30pm. We work for the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living. The venue is great. We do at least 4 workshops in the Macarthur libraries each year.

Negative experience: rude receptionist, tiny pool, too many people, congested and dirty

Positive experience: This is a good local pool. It's small but well run and clean. There's also a good gym here and a steam room. They have lanes set aside for rehab which I have used extensively following major surgery and it has helped so much. The staff are all very nice and always ready to help. There's also a library here, the staff always try to get you the books you want.

Negative experience: So apparently, this organization thinks it is appropriate to STEAL money from struggling international students due to the SHEER incompetence of their own staff. I will let you be the judge... I signed up to receive swimming lessons and was charged 70 per lesson. My instructor was all of a sudden unavailable and would not be available for several months. When I called to cancel my sessions, I was informed by their staff that my sessions would be cancelled on their end and I would not have to pay since I never received any services from them. I asked to make sure and was told that my sessions were cancelled.. WHY THEN did I notice not one, not two but FIVE individual session charges on my account. When I called to inquire about what was clearly a mistake, I was told that the case would be escalated to a manager. I waited 2 weeks to hear back. and what did I hear? This manager asked me if I read the terms and conditions. When I informed her that I actually called and got my information straight from their organization, she asked again about the terms and conditions. I am a struggling international student in this country. I do not have hundreds of dollars to give organizations like this for free but they took it from me anyways. This is the WORST I have EVEER been treated by any one organization. While that money means nothing to them, it means a lot to me and my family and it is wrong to take money and not provide services, especially when I did my part and called to make sure everything was taken care of on my end. All I can do is hope no one else falls for their organized scam. Please take your money to people who care more about the service they provide.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The staffs are are incompetent and do not know how to give accurate information! If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: Heated Pool, Hot water shower, Family shower room, water is always clean, 2 sizes for kids pools well separated. Plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: We do swimming every Sunday for a gentle/recreational exercise at the pool. They open at 7:30am on Weekend. Better to come early as there are kids doing swimming lesson at 8am.

Negative experience: Sorry to say but I’m not happy with it as 30 minutes 5 kids so each kid have 6 minutes only for class and after class kids can’t practice by themselves & if parents go with kids they charge $7 we already $17 or &18 for only 6 minutes so how can kid can learn swimming in 6 minutes if we can’t help them or they don’t to practice, other swimming centres they don’t charge any extra after class for practice with parents so what you gays think about this??

Positive experience: Toddler pool was cold, parent change room was dirty, water wasn’t clean. I been there on Wednesday at 1pm , was few customers only, I am wondering how come this place was so mess ! Also staffs are always rude, in a hurry for no reason.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Over crowded. Water not clean. Band-Aid floating around in water. Absolutely disgusting. Swimming water not clear all blurry. Staff members specially an Asian origin swim instructor and the swim coordinator with curly blond hair have horrible attitude. No work ethics or customer service skills. Acting as if they are doing a major favour turning up for work. The center is short staffed but that does not mean you will just hire any of these incompetent workers. You will just loose your business if you don’t value your customers @campbeltowncouncil Hope you look into this and address the issues.

Negative experience: Learn to swim staff members in the centre are extremely rude and mannerless. They block off swim lanes at least half hour prior to the swim lesson start. Then they keep swimming, giggling and chatting amongst themselves. Also, the way they speak is horrible. This is the kind of examples they are setting in front of children.What a shame! Terrible experience.

Positive experience: Nice, clean and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the swimming pool section, from a greeting with a smile at the front desk, to friendly life guards to clean bathrooms. Outdoor eating and open space to dry off, enjoy some lunch before another dip with the little ones.

Negative experience: Very good facility and staff, however giving this review because some dude was coughing a lot in the gym and two days later I got the most severe flu I’ve ever caught in my entire life. High fever for many days. If you are sick bloody stay at home. Gym is for healthy people and a voluntary activity. No one forced u to come, some individuals may be immune compromised and with a flu like this, you could cost their lives. I hope gym have better health screening for people coming in… and grab the neck of sick individuals and throw them out the door. No one deserve this kind of sickness. And for the dude, if you ever read this review, I hope you die of guiltness or a heartattack

Negative experience: Came to bring my kids swimming ask there teacher if my daughters are in her class and she said no after checking with front desk they told me they are in lane 4 then another worker tell me there not in that lane or her class then I go back to the first lady I saw which is lane 6 and she just lied to my face saying I never asked her all within 10 mins of time after me going back to the desk to tell them they have told me the wrong lane could we have taken care of Incase of next time now my kids have lost 15mins of there class time and nothing was done about it And also the play alot of music with swearing in it while this place is ment for family and kids it's a bloody joke

Negative experience: Please bring back monthly payment for gym membership, paying for 3 months instead of monthly is ridiculous and expensive. It's a great way to lose customers, whoever thought it was a good idea to make customers pay a lump sum of $300 for 3 months at a time sucks at business....I've been going to this gym for years and now I finally have to cancel my gym membership because it's just become way to expensive.

Positive experience: Not a bad centre. The pool is good and the gym is adequate. Plenty of swimming classes going on so check for times if you want to swim as limited lanes available when they are on. The membership is a bit expensive but you can use it here Bradbury and mac fields so you have options. It's for gym and for any of the pools. Chlorine is not as bad as Bradbury indoor pool.

Negative experience: So rude of the staff. "I don't need to explain the reason why the pool closed." I can't believe she is working at council. I understand the public service might be closed all the sudden. But when people didn't know the centre is closed and go whole the way to centre, it's very rude what you got the answer is above. Rude people.

Totally opposite the receptionist. I hope one day someone from campbelltown council will get them with their rude attitude.

Fantastic experience: With their new renovation I recently paid them a visit after like 16 years and it really surprised me how modern they have gotten Loved the new update to the venue along with their revamp now known as Eagle Vale Central Although I only went to the pool area I wouldn't mind checking out their gym Great to see they've came back with a vengeance

Positive experience: Very good and 5 stars for people with mobility problems for any reason. Temperature is just perfect for all who need gentle walks and other softer exercises For aqua exercise classes I find the water a little too warm. But that is "just me???!!!" Very friendly and helpful staff. I also love the steam room as a little bonus for a few minutes after the pool.
