Fantastic experience: I love the experience with the team members and the place is almost best than any other branch/Gym of anytime fitness I have gone to different branches to experience but the place and stuff is not in the quality and suffocating than this one

Positive experience: Was a member last year. Due to being pregnant and very sick, (multiple hospital stays for weeks at a time at some points) I was unable to go to the gym. I was wheelchair bound also. Anytime fitness continued taking my payments regardless of my informing them of my circumstances. Fast forward to this year, debt collectors have been hounding me for payments for the year I didn’t go to the gym. Spoke to the new manager Christian. He was empathetic on the phone call told me he was sorry for my experience and he’d get it rectified however debt collectors are still calling me and Christian has continued to assist me with getting this resolved.

Negative experience: I would make it zero stars if I could. The equipment is ok, their customer service with regards to conflict resolution is 0. Management lied, sending me an email claiming they tried to contact me over the phone, when I had no calls from anyone that wasn't accounted for. Job not well done. So two weeks ago you responded to my review. Ash has made no attempt to contact me, another job well done. They're more than happy to take the fees, but making a phone call is too difficult.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in August and have already noticed a big difference! The staff are absolutely lovely, and an especially big shout out to my trainer Muzdah! She is an amazing motivator and lovely human who will make you feel unjudged and supported in your health improvement journey. Ash is also an amazing trainer who has also pushed me to succee in my efforts while with this gym! Both ladies are absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend this gym more!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming to this gym! Ash is one of the best consultants there and she is so friendly and nice. She will come and talk with you about any concerns you might have and check in to see how you are. Heaps of equipment and space to utilise too. If you are thinking of signing up here, just do it!

Negative experience: Overly expensive compared to other Anytime fitness gyms around Melbourne. I used to pay $40/month at Alphington anytime fitness compared to double the price here. They're trying to cash it on the fact that there is no other gym nearby.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 we would. Not happy with their service they provide. My partner signed up with anytime fitness over 4 years ago with another anytime fitness gym and we have recently moved in the area which he went to this particular anytime fitness gym and wasn’t able to access into the gym. One of the workers advised he had to travel back to who he originally signed up with and sort it out with them as to why he isn’t allowed access here. Why should he have to travel back to where we moved from to sort it out when we live local to this one and contract says he is allowed to access any anytime fitness gyms? why wasn’t the work able to help him? Because of this matter he has cancelled his membership and is moving elsewhere.

Step right up and sign up at ANYTIME FITNESS WYNDHAM Vale today You'll pay more than Derrimut, You'll pay More than Eagle Stadium, Snap fitness and what the heck throw in, in-balanced fitness in there too. With extra perks such as group excercises, courts, and even aqua pulse at the other gyms.which some offer 24/7 access You'll pay $23+ a week which includes but is not limited to a lock in contract they FAIL to mention, worn-out equipment. Unclean facilities. And if your lucky. You get ✌️Staff✌️. That treat you like a wall unless paying extra for them ✌️PT✌️ Sessions of course. You also get free Judgement From(SOME) staff members. ONE in particular who I approached to ask if he could show me how to use the equipment. He paused, Scoffed and looked me up and down as he continued to walk away. Did he help me? NO but he showed me the excersice of Walking away. For casual visits you wont pay $5 $10 or even $15; here at Anytime they say double it and give it to the customers with a whopping $30 for a casual visit. Whatta BARGAIN RIGHT? BUT Thats not all folks.. you see the $300+ Gift card promotion... IS applied to that contract so your $23 a week is not expensive..Its a Save Because without that $300 giftcard they throw in you'd simply be paying TOO Much as one staff member said "You're getting a bargin" so be glad that $23+ a week is the ✌️DISCOUNTED Price✌️ ... I originally joined because of the location. I realise. I should of setteled for a crack alley where a meth head can give me a run for my money . Shoutout to anytime fitness wyndham Vale.

Fantastic experience: This location is always well kept, staff are always happy to help and chat, if they see that you’re not quite doing the exercise properly they will help correct your technique and explain the reasons why. I prefer this location over others I have two closer to home but travel to go to this one. Great atmosphere, space and equipment.

Negative experience: I hope the girl who signed me up enjoyed her commission because your club in Wyndham Vale stole over $900 from me over 9 months without my consent after I was lied to. Escalated to not only their regional manager Ashley, though their ‘resolutions’ team (if they don’t knowingly wrong their customers, I don’t know why a gym has a resolutions team, this is a red flag in itself) and have had absolutely nothing but speaking to s brick wall. I was lied to and told I was signing a plan which would NOT auto renew when expired. Fraudulent, deceptive and nothing but laughing in your face when you politely and patiently ask for assistance after they’ve defrauded you. anytime fitness should be very ashamed at the illegal conduct that this owner/franchisee/branch conducts under the anytime fitness name and image.

Fantastic experience: I just drop in and do a workout for 45 minutes or an hour with no trouble. The staff greet you when you enter and there are classes you can join if you have time for it.

Negative experience: 2 YEAR LOCK-IN CONTRACT This "business" is a scam. Staff promise membership can be cancelled anytime without penalty then threaten you with debt collectors when you hold them to their word. See other negative reviews.

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave such negative reviews, but I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. I signed up over the phone in 2021 and was VERY clear that I did NOT want to sign up if I would be locked into a contract. The lady on the phone assured me multiple times that I wouldn’t be locked in, so I gave my card details and signed up. On my first visit I signed the terms and conditions, unfortunately missing the small print which said there would be a 2 year contract period. A few months after I tried to cancel and was told I couldn’t due to the lock in period. I explained that over the phone I was not informed of this, but they have never cared at all or done anything to rectify the issue whatsoever. They have only ever just told me to pay and threatened with debt collectors. Now thanks to their dodgy and deceptive business practices I have lost a lot of money to them. Stay away, or at the very least do not trust anything they tell you verbally! Read the terms very carefully.

Positive experience: Member of Anytime Fitness, Wyndham Vale since its opening. Great facility equipped with pretty much all machines & weights. Very spacious. I love working out here..

Positive experience: I joined on an off depending on my schedule. Gym is good but no pools. I use a gym to maintain my fitness not a social club as I have kids and limited time. Feedback for head office: Would be good to have flexible monthly contracts rather than 1 year like other gym's. I will join if this happens. I'm not paying daily.

Negative experience: Personally, I really love to workout at AF for a years. Facilities are good and people there are friendly. But recently the hygiene need to improve especially the toilets and the floor.

Negative experience: Avoid like the plague. The environment is not good for anyone gender diverse, they don’t call back, cancellation is a nightmare, the like to lock you in and hide behind the contract. I once asked about pausing and cancellation said that you could pause but would have to pay out, to later find out that you can pay 50%. They will never have the decency to inform you when they go month to month. Asked for the corporate number they gave me the one to US Anytime fitness. There are way better gyms in area that actually provide good customer service and value.
