Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Caroline Springs is a fantastic gym! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines to suit all fitness levels. The 24/7 access is incredibly convenient, especially for those with busy schedules. The staff is super friendly and supportive, always ready to assist and motivate you towards your goals. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the members are respectful, creating a positive and encouraging vibe.

Fantastic experience: Caroline Springs Anytime Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve been to, friendly staff, friendly members, top class hygiene standards and great music selection! The team is amazing and always so welcoming, Chey, Alexia and Jas are always happy to have a chat and greet you with big smiles and funny stories, these girls are the heart and soul of this branch and they really go the extra mile, Brad is also a great PT and helped me with a free session and a personalised program! The team at Caroline Springs make you want to go to the gym and continue to motivate myself to be better! Can’t wait to continue my journey at Caroline Springs Anytime Fitness!

Negative experience: The gym refuses to supply a copy of the membership contract to read through before deciding on a membership purchase. They insist you come in to read the contract on the spot and sign and will not provide a copy to read and decide if the gym is a good fit. Gave vague answers to questions that referred to the contract. Wont give information around how to cancel other than referring to the contract that they wont supply. This is especially concerning as my enquiries were around a membership for someone underage and I am wanting to avoid a gym that uses predatory contracts. Be careful. Anytime Fitness response below also does not address any concerns raised in my review. What are you hiding? Just send me a copy of the contract! 0 stars

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym. The staff are very friendly , helpful and always have a smile on their face. Have never had to wait long for a piece of equipment. Parking is just outside the gym. Great vibes and close to the town centre.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone. I’ve been a member for over a year. I’m a very happy member. This is an excellent gym with very good clean facilities . There is something for everyone no matter what type of workout you want. Has a great atmosphere and exceptionally pleasant daily admin team. The girls in the office are very friendly , smiling and up for a chat . Parking can be tight but you can easily park in the shopping centre if you like.

Positive experience: The best decision I’ve made this year. The team at Anytime Fitness have been great, supportive, welcoming and professional in helping me get started, and organising access and my Personal Trainer! A smooth process. Highly Recommend. Training areas filled with great equipment. Looking forward to getting fit again here!

Negative experience: I had an absolutely terrible experience with Bradley at the gym yesterday. I got injured during my workout and was in serious pain, so I approached him for help. To my shock, he completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to listen to what I was saying! It was obvious I needed assistance, but Bradley couldn’t care less. This is beyond unprofessional and shows a complete lack of basic human decency. If you’re going to work in a gym, at least have the decency to help people when they’re hurt. Bradley’s attitude is unacceptable, and he shouldn’t be in a role where he’s supposed to assist people!

Fantastic experience: I’m really glad that AFCS is conveniently really close by and happens to be one of the environmentally cleanest (smells good and I have observed people cleaning after themselves very well here) anytime fitness centre out of 5 I have been to around melb. Well done! Hope I get my two weeks free haha but seriously this is a good centre.

I have enjoyed and loved my experience working out at Anytime Fitness CS. The staffs are incredibly friendly and super approachable, especially Alexia and Shane. The facility is always always clean, equipments maintained well, just a very good environment to get your workout done.

I also want to give my gratitude to Bradley and Cheyenne! Bradley was able to help me to use the equipment correctly, while being patience with me on some of the exercises I struggled with. While Cheyenne supported me in transitioning to Anytime Fitness without any issues and would always say hi to all the participants that comes in including myself! More importantly I was injured a few months ago and they had no problem with me freezing, after providing a doctors note - they were extremely understanding 10/10! Unfreezing was no problem once I got the green light from the doctor! Will be with them for many years to come :)
