Positive experience: Great place to be. No one really cares about what you looks like. And all the staff members are always happy to help

Negative experience: I had to cancel my gym membership because of the following. I was wearing a TRUMP mugshot tshirt and i said to a staff member would the shirt bother people ?. Her response, was if it was a trump supporter shirt then it be a problem. I asked why is that, her reply was that trump is misinformation. So I can’t be a member at this gym with that kinda stupidity. TDS mind control, trump derangement syndrome

Negative experience: I have cancelled my membership after having a bad experience with a staff lady. I came to the gym, after finally having motivation after a surgery procedure I had a month ago, and when I checked in the lady approached me about some money I owned it to them in 2021. When I asked for clarification because it was a long time ago I find her answers very unhelpful and rude. I felt very uncomfortable, and when I requested to talk to the manager he was able to assisted me in a very polite and sweet manner to solve the issue. It was not about the money but the approach from the staff and how she handle the situation with little experience on the system and kindness. I didn’t feel motivated to continue visiting Planet fitness after that.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with plenty of equipment and relaxation area for afterwards , massage chairs and hydrotherapy beds. Far better than the past 2 sites in this area for Planet Fitness. Friendly helpful staff and plenty of parking. In over 10 years prices have not increased too much.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym. I wish I had joined earlier. Affordable prices are always accessible with their opening times. There are plenty of machines available and its really clean. The best part...the massage chairs with the black membership. No issues with parking and lovely friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: Just walked past, was not very busy , so probably the best time to go about 2pm.

Positive experience: Overall good gym.All ways clean. Only down fall is that alot of the machines are missing the adjustable knobs.i have mentioned it to a few staff. The lat pull down one has been missing the knob for over a month. Some of the attachments the fabrics are frayed.Seems a little unsafe when the equipment is not replaced or repaired.

Fantastic experience: After retiring & only getting minimal amount of exercise this was the best way to keep fit & moving. Enjoy the fact I can go wherever I want 24/7, no more sleepless nights after a good workout and massage.

Negative experience: Hands down worst gym on the Central Coast staff are rude machines are old and outdated and always out of order.

Fantastic experience: Planet fitness at West Gosford, is a great place to chill out & train. For me it’s the perfect stress free environment... From the moment you walk in the door, you will be greeted with a smile. I certainly know how this place works, been here for 15plus years! You need a 15yr shirt lol. The improvements over the years, are certainly noticeable (1st class facilities) I have moved with this Gym 3 times and this time they have it right. The place is always clean and has a wonderful vibe to it.The staff are friendly, professional & Helpful. Everyone always takes the time to chat to me, It’s nice to feel part of the planet family! I have also met some wonderful friends here. Special mention to Candi, Dakota, Josh, Hanna, Sharni & my good friend Angie! Let’s not forget the rest of the team also! My daughter is now visiting with me, thank you for making her feel welcome too. If I could give you 6 stars you would have it! Cheers les.

Fantastic experience: Love Planet Fitness Gosford. Dakota and all the Staff are friendly and are an awesome lot. Staff are always available for assistance with using the equipment. Nothing is ever a problem.

Candy, Chloe, Noah, Michelle, Justine, Logan, Riley and all the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and I'm proud to call them my mates! It's like one big happy family at Planet Fitness West Gosford. Hands down, thumbs up, the best gym with the best staff!

Positive experience: Some equipment was in very good shape, unfortunately many others Street in very bad condition. The storage is very well kept and staff friendly. Membership is not too expensive.

Positive experience: The gyms themselves are very good, plenty of equipment affordable, honestly can’t complain, my experience at Tuggerah PF on the other hand was very bad due to staff members constantly gossiping and making negative assumptions about clients.

Negative experience: Cheap but so many broken or tattered pieces of equipment. Even 12 out of the 30 TV screens don't work. They don't even stock batteries for the rowing machines but rely on monthly serviceman to fix them. You tell staff but falls on deaf ears. I would be happier paying more if they were proactive in fixing things.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facilities for a gym. I am mainly using the cardio machines. During the late mornings the gym is empty and most machines are free. Great value. Wife has a black card membership and uses the massage chairs and red light therapy rooms. For $5 a week, I can not see why this isn't a great option for a gym membership. The staff all seem very nice. It pretty simple scan and work out. Easy parking.

Positive experience: Classes are always the same. There is no variation on the types of classes and times available.

Positive experience: NFP business, cool, hygienic. Trained staff on hand and you can bring a gym-friend :)

Positive experience: Amazing gym with a great variety of machines and equipment. It’s very spacious and everything is kept very clean and tidy by the staff. Unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience with a staff member by the name of Dakota. He “reserved” a machine by leaving his stuff on the floor and left for at least 10 mins. I noticed no one was on the machine for a while so went over to get a few sets in. He then comes over and rudely tries to get me to give him the machine back even though he wasn’t using it for at least 10 mins. I think this is extremely poor gym etiquette and is especially bad from a uniformed staff member who works at the gym. All the other staff members were really friendly and helpful and I have only had positive experiences with them.

Negative experience: I love this gym and have had a very good experience with all the staff but unfortunately a staff member by the name of “Dakota” Is extremely rude and disrespectful to gym members and this spoils it for all the other great staff which are at the West Gosford gym. We were using the cable machine for at least 10 mins (3 sets) - after 10 mins Dakota approached us (while still wearing the planet fitness uniform) and said “can’t you see my phone here mate - I’m using this machine”, he then kicked us off the machine and continued to use it himself. Planet fitness have great staff but it’s a shame that someone kicks members off the machine even when they leave the machine for 10 mins and are still wearing the planet fitness uniform. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Always a delight to go there. Staff are friendly and helpful . Place is kept very clean. Always check the cleaning stations to replenish the disinfectant spray and paper towel as well as changing the garbage bags . Could not recommend them more highly.

Positive experience: Plenty of machines and things to do. Staff are generally helpful. Although I left a bottle of Ginger water on the bench (by accident ) for all of twenty minutes when I entered and went back to see if they'd put it behind the counter but they threw it in the bin because another customer apparently said it was there 'for ages'. Stuff like this, you should just leave it behind the counter at least till end of shift or have a lost and found.

Negative experience: Notice how the workers don't go to planet fitness. But honestly why have a sign saying 'No Egos'. The whole point of going to the gym is for self improvement. If no one hade ego, why would anyone go to the gym. Machines are fine but the whole vibe is just off.

Negative experience: Very Annoyed with planet fitness as I have taken money out of my account still not back in my account no phone call from management have been in spoken to them has continued to take money out. you like to Blame your system It should NOT take this long at all for a response I would not recommend planet fitness to anyone As you are Quick to take money out but not to return to the rightful owner Shame on you planet fitness

Negative experience: It’s 7.99pm on Saturday night. Been told there closed but the web page said 24 hrs. Not happy! Come from Terrigal to Gosford!

Fantastic experience: Best thing is they provide onsite training and classes for the starter together with a weekly plan! How good is that, you don’t have to pay extra for personal trainer. Wide range of machines and big area. Great resources for massage and gym!

Positive experience: Good value gym and good facilities including massage chairs and spray tanning booth etc. I would have given 5 stars but they don’t have a barbell rack which is pretty disappointing.

Fantastic experience: PF has a great environment, the place isn’t too crowded, it’s clean and offers variety of fitness options and the staff are helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from Adelaide for a couple of weeks and wanted to find a gym close by to keep up fitness away from our own local gym. Joined up with David who was so helpful and showed us around the equipment. Here is the kicker!! It only costs us $6 a week each!! Bargain!! We are returning each month for the next 2 months and won’t be here for half of each month but it is still value for money. Would highly recomend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Everything I wanted in a gym every type of equipment I could want and plenty of it in a big space. Love the massage chair and lounge. Free PT at a great price.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 I would. When you sign a 12 month contract they actually have a small print disclaimer that they will continue to charge you past this point even if you’re no longer attending the gym. When called to speak to about this I was spoken to in a disgusting manner with no regards for me as a person. Now have to pay a late fee and 5 months of membership to cancel. Sneaky, rip off, horrible customer service. Ridiculous that I have to pay even though I haven’t been there for over a year.

Positive experience: Good gym ,nice staff a typical planet fitness. Dont go here if you want to train too heavy. They max out with 34kg dbs and no free barbells so no deadlifts or over head press. Still would recommend if these thing dont bother you.

Positive experience: This gym is large, cool, clean with new equipment and friendly staff. Strangely there are very few barbells, but there are lots of machines. Price is low so great value. Lose a star for saying that they don’t judge people, with a massive sign judging a certain type of gym-goer (so-called “lunks”).
