Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Marty. The battery on my motorbike died when I was filling fuel.(front of snap) So I went to snap and asked Marty if I could charge the bike using the plug point. There was no hesitation at all to help. Invited me in offered water had a chat for about 2 hours till the bike started. I'm not a member of any gym but definitely recommend it good atmosphere and lovely people. Blessings to your business Marty.

Fantastic experience: Came down today for a day session to trial the gym and was very impressed with the atmosphere and whole vibe. Very relaxed and easy to settle in to a good workout. Friendly staff as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Popped down to see Martin today for a casual visit, he was very accommodating! Very happy with the gym. I must say it is the cleanest gym I’ve stepped foot in, very impressed! Great setup, the gym had everything that I needed and equipment all looked brand-new and was in great working order, No complaints here! And if I lived in Perth , I’d be very happy to join this gym. Fantastic experience: Snap Yanchep is sooo clean, it smells clean, feels clean. I recently visited another gym and it was not nice. The equipment at Snap is of excellent quality to. Owner Marty and co-worker June are really friendly and very accommodating. Give Personal Trainer Scott a call if you want to kick it up a notch, his guidance broke a stagnant patch in my fitness journey. Snap Yanchep Rules!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym well placed, amenities are kept clean and tidy! For the price it's worth it considering that they're located all around the country aswell soil you're on holiday you can jump in one elsewhere. Friendly staff and a great owner too!!!

Positive experience: $15 for a single visit, as I am not in the area enough to warrant a membership. Nice facilities, just be sure that you check the website to ensure you go at a time that the desk is staffed, otherwise you can't get in.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Have been trying to cancel my membership as I have moved to another country, and I am still getting charged and the run around when I ask for a refund.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, been trying to cancel membership since 2021 due to other work commitments, they kept saying I have to go in but they all finish before I could get home from work. I've been paying this membership for 2 years with out been able to go, sent plenty of emails and phone calls explaining how I'm not able to get in, finally got in and they still charged me 2 payments to cancel, what a rip off company.
Disappointed to read your review Mark. You say that you had been trying to cancel since 2021 yet never visited the Gym once to complete the cancellation. You are also giving false information as you never called, you did not message and you also never replied to our email when you mentioned cancelling. We even sent you the form to complete and return but you NEVER responded! Considering that you own a local business in Yanchep and the fact that you did not cancel sooner is a reflection on you and not our customer service makes this review even more disappointing because you should know better being a business owner yourself!
Negative experience: Told them to cancel my membership over a month ago still trying to charge me and threatening debt collectors. Very unprofessional and rude staff that overtalk you
Hello Rhys. Very disappointing to read your review after we have done everything to try and accommodate your needs. Even after the verbal abuse our staff experienced from yourself using abusive language you seem to believe is an acceptable way to speak to people who are just trying to do their jobs. We have no control over your actions Rhys and cannot do anything if you do not reply to emails and or other correspondence. We have over 210 5 star reviews with happy customers so I'm pretty confident the issue here is not our customer service!
Fantastic experience: I popped in to Snap Fitness, Yanchep while staying with family. Immediately I was very impressed with everything about the place: the equipment; how clean it was; and, most importantly, the staff. I’m sorry I can’t recall their names (I think one was Marty- the owner?), but they were fabulous, always welcoming, and they gave me a great deal for the week I was there! If I was living in Yanchep, Snap would definitely be the gym for me, and If I’m back again visiting I’ll certainly be signing up for another short-term contract :)

Negative experience: My initial experience at Snap Fitness Yanchep was fantastic, but it took a nosedive recently. It seems they're actively discouraging younger members, displaying blatant ageism, and mainly catering to older population
Hi Aussie. I can see that you have changed your review. Also seeing that you have edited your review within the last 7 days leads me to believe that you are one of the members that was issued warnings for not wearing shoes in the Gym and walking around the free weights area in your socks. Snap Fitness Yanchep encourages all people of all ages to workout. We have specific programs and membership types for under age members and definitely do not discourage younger members from training at our Gym, but that does not mean you do not need to follow Gym Rules. As we explained to you on the email notice, we have received multiple complaints about some of the younger members breaching club policy. This is unacceptable as we keep Snap Fitness Yanchep up to the highest standard. Aussie, simply put. If you don't want to follow the Gym rules around Hygiene, appropriate Footwear and general Gym etiquette you are welcome for yourself and your friends to workout elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I struggled to find a gym I felt comfortable working out in front of people and trying new gym equipment. Fantastic experience: I visited this gym a few times on my recent visit to Yanchep. The gym is well laid out, looks to be cleaned regularly, equipment is all in good condition and of decent quality. The guy at the front desk was friendly & although I was only there a few times I often noticed him taking an interest and talking with members which was good to see.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym, has a couple stair master machines which I always look for in a gym and am disappointed when they don't have them. Gym is always pretty quiet at the times I choose to train, so there is never any issue with availability of machines etc

Fantastic experience: I've been with snap for a few weeks now, Marty and the team have been very friendly and professional. They keep regular contact and always have a genuine interest in how I am progressing through my journey. The gym is manned throughout the day and Marty is very approachable. The gym itself is very clean and tidy, great amenities and the equipment is state of the art. No lock in contracts and no joining fee. There is no pressure to sign up and you can have a free trial before you decide if you want to join. There are great incentives on offer and encourages everyone to get amongst it. It's a gym is for all levels of fitness, whether a beginner or advanced. Disinfectant hand wipes are provided to wipe down the equipment which is a big + Yanchep Snap is a great place to train.

Negative experience: Music is way to loud. I didn't sign up because of this reason. It's honestly a real issue
Hi Adam. Appreciate your feedback. I can see you said you did not join the Snap Fitness Yanchep because the music was too loud, when did you workout at Yanchep? I do not have any record of your trial workout? I agree that the music can be a little loud at times, it depends on the song that's playing, the volume on some songs can be a little louder if its say R&B vs Dance music, this would be the same at all Gyms. We actually have the music level set at one of the lowest levels. We also have Nitelife in the Gym so you can choose your own songs if the song choice is not to your liking. Fantastic experience: Great gym! Marty and the team at Snap Yanchep are super friendly and easy to talk to about anything you need to discuss regarding you health and fitness. Gym itself is always really clean with everything you need. I’m FIFO so can get down there at middays when off work which is a good time as far as crowd factor goes. Had a bit of time off the gym and this Snap made it really easy to get back into working out.

Fantastic experience: very welcoming gym and would highly recommend to anyone no matter what. owner is very relaxed and easy to talk to and so are the workers. marty especially is a very down to earth guy and is very welcoming to everyone. love having chats with him and very helpful with form. would definately recommend this gym to any locals and will be staying at this gym for years to come. Negative experience: Was a member for 2 years had a notice that a late payment was going to be sent to debt collector over 30 dollars. wouldn't recommend signing there contract as they make you give them 1 months notice aswell money hungry
Hi David. I can see that you changed your review comments after I replied. Firstly your debt amount was 3 x payments, so almost $90 not $30 and all Gyms require 30 day notice. This was made clear when you signed up for the Gym. You trained at Snap Fitness Yanchep for 2 years, just because you are disgruntled that you needed to give 30 days notice when canceling does not warrant negative feedback, . . . Hi David, Marty here at Snap Fitness Yanchep, we met earlier today when you attended the Gym to clear your overdue payments. I am sorry to hear that you are upset regarding the letter that you received. As mentioned this is an automated process when a member's membership has been overdue for more than 30 days, the system makes multiple attempts to let the member know that your account is overdue. After 30 days if the membership is still overdue the customer is sent a letter outlining payment options and given a further 14 days to clear the overdue payments. As you mentioned when we caught up in the club earlier today and you cancelled your Gym membership because you had not attended the gym for a while and wasn't using it, you gave the gym positive feedback and stipulated the only reason you cancelled was not having the time to workout. I understand you are upset about receiving a letter outlining your overdue payments but as you attended the gym and cleared your payment so this isnt an issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you could adjust / delete your negative review as we, nor the Gym has done nothing wrong here.
Fantastic experience: The owner Marty is a very relaxed down to earth guy. Easy to talk to and makes you feel very welcomed. He has made the best effort to make his members feel safe while gyming after hours by including necklace security buzzers. He keeps a nice clean gym with everything you need. All the best equipment you could ask for. This gym is right in the heart of Yanchep and not to mention extremely reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get physically motivated. Marty, you’re awesome

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It's so friendly and so much fun . Marty the owner is awesome and has created an amazing atmosphere. Jake the PT and sometimes manager is motivating , friendly, funny, and really knows his stuff, he has been training me since forever and thanks to him ,Marty and Skye, I'm now 50, fit, fabulous ,flexible and strong. Walk through the front door of snap yanchep, you won't be disappointed. Always a happy, positive environment!!
