Negative experience: If you are a swimmer, you will be extremely disappointed! Why? Because this facility currently doesnt have a 50m pool. It doesnt even have a 25m pool. It only offers a 20m sq wading pool and thermal pool which are woefully inadequate for all of Moree. Council awarded a contract over a year ago to Crystal Pools to build a new 50m pool but dont know when its gonna happen.

Fantastic experience: Great place for a relaxing mineral dip. Staff where so helpful. Work being done to expand the facilities. Even have a towel hire for those who just walked in for a look.

Negative experience: Customer Service Experience I recently called to inquire about whether the spa would be open on Christmas and Boxing Day so we could plan our holidays. The person who answered, I believe his name was Clinton, informed me that the spa would not be open on those days and abruptly hung up. I tried calling back to clarify but my calls went unanswered. This left me feeling disappointed with the level of customer service, as it felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Although the hotsprings was being upgraded we were able to access what was open and at a discounted price. Was very relaxing day with family

Fantastic experience: Friendly greetings from all rhe staff, cheap Cost $8 for 4 of us. Got in the 41 deg pool, it was just so relaxing. Then went around to the bigger pool that was 32 degs. Both pools were so enjoyable. Canteen was lovely we had chicken burgers and chips. Showers were a little run down but very hot. Finished up with a wonderful coffee when we left. Get day out.

Fantastic experience: Two hot pools open at the moment while they are renovating two others. Fantastic clean facility with one pool at 40 degrees and the larger one at 30 degrees. Only $2 entry fee while the other two pools are being worked on. Coffee and sandwiches available after 10am. Only a few people there at 9:30 on Monday and even less when we left an hour later. Effervescence on the skin in the hot pool was fascinating. A credit to Moree, the staff and the community.

Negative experience: The council has closed the baths with no date given as to when it will reopen. The council will more than likely sell off.

Negative experience: Hot pools closed until further notice, and seem to have been closed quite regularly over a year or so. I rang today to find out what was open in the centre and was told "The cold pool." I asked if anything else in the entire centre was open and was told no. It's difficult to find out what is going on here. The website looks incredible and tells that a multi million dollar upgrade has been completed, but checking other reviews, it seems many facilities have been regularly closed for some reason over about 18 months.

Fantastic experience: Stopped off at this place to refresh myself on a 10hr drive. Lovely staff, coffee and beautiful warm clean pool on a cold winters day.

Negative experience: The pool is closed without the notice on the website We came from Brisbane for 4 days and pool is closed next 3 days Unfortunately,we will never back to Moree, absolutely disappointed with customers service, staff, pool condition, overall nothing worth to come again

Negative experience: The consistency is all over the place. It advertises it is open at 6am but we are left standing outside waiting to be let in after 6 at times. It is becoming very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Sensational.... great experience, and nice set up. Staff were super friendly, and helpful, with great info and knowledge of the area. As a local, myself and Dr Green thumb applaud the outstanding service! We will be back!

Negative experience: It's a shame that such a wonderful asset to the Moree community has become a mere skeleton of it's former self. The renovations have ruined the benefits to the community and visitors who visited year after year to witness it's gradual demise and mismanagement.

Fantastic experience: A lovely visit, hot springs pool and gloriously cool swimming pool with ample shade on a hot morning. Wonderfully enjoyed part of our holiday. I loved the information in the foyer and the familiarity of the entry steps just as they were 40 years ago, only newer and cleaner!

Negative experience: Hot Pool out of action for over a year, other pool's not hot enough. Waste of time, better off finding other pool's to visit. Intestate driver and seams every time I go through and have time the closed for some reason or another or only minimal use of facilities. Today it's no power.

Positive experience: We've been going to those pools for 10 years now and we've never had a problem and nobody tells you anything and it's a shame that they still haven't been fixed and they're going on for 2 years and they haven't finished yet..Not even the private pool is fixed because they broke everything right now? Positive experience: I would love to be able to give this place rave reviews because when you're in the hot water it feels like bliss. Unfortunately, there was only 1 small hot pool operational which was very crowded, the upkeep of the pools just doesn't seem to be high on the council's agenda despite them being such a big drawcard for Moree. I must however, praise the staff. You couldn't find friendlier or more helpful staff anywhere, they were fantastic, especially the young lady at reception who greeted us, what a treasure!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place to go for a sit down in hot or cold water, if the kids want to go down a water slide, there is a water slide over there where up the top the there is a lifeguard guaranteeing safety and only letting one person on the slide at a time, and once you are done, you can get some hot chips or chocolates

Positive experience: They were renovating at the time so only one pool open. Looks like a public pool. Needs a clean up. The staff were so friendly and the water was lovely.

Positive experience: If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, this is the place. There are three pools here each of varying temperatures to allow you to get your hot steamy water fix. Water gets in each pool and also a kiddies pool which was unfortunately not open at the time we visited. Lifeguards in attendance, and generally goodwill across all visitors.

Fantastic experience: Great place to soak in warm water on a cold winter's day. Nicest bore bath in the area - clean and some varieties of jets and enough space to swim. Even a ramp for handicapped people to easily get in and out.

Fantastic experience: Easy, accessible hot Artesian spa pool near a load of simple Moree motels. Works on one pool happening now - and a bit noisy. Great start for us early morning before a day back on the road north. Modestly priced. Friendly staff.

Negative experience: The last 2 times we have been to this establishment, there has only been one pool available to use. There are too many people and the pool does not look clean by the end of the day. We travelled a long distance , so won’t be coming back until it has all been repaired. When we first went there there were 2 pools available , and we have never been to the inside wellness pool. We are looking forward to this, when it reopens.

Negative experience: I have been travelling the long haul to Moree to these pools for over a year, and the health benefits are fantastic. A year ago, they had the active hot pool available, but it has been under construction/renovation and has been closed on and off for quite a while. The wellness pool has been offline since I can remember. At present, there is only one pool operating, and it is overcrowded. Not worth the travel until they are back up and running, which they think will be around July...

Negative experience: Disappointing - only 2 pools open and only one was hot. Pools were overcrowded and in the afternoon dirty with a lot of floating scum. Best avoided until all pools are reopened. Hopefully by next spring.

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to visit

Negative experience: Disappointing , the hottest pool was closed for renos, the internal pool was being refurbish as well. The Olympic pool was still closed after 3 years. Hopefully it gets sorted soon. It’s one of the great treats when your in Moree , and apart from this there’s not a great deal to do when it’s hot.

Fantastic experience: Very good hot bath, i felt relaxed after the swim, i recomend bring a hat as the pools are not in shade when the sun is high.

Negative experience: Under construction. Only 2 pools in use. No slides. Crowded and dirty. Alive insects floating in the pool with you. Toilets are also unclean. Disappointed after driving from far away.

Positive experience: A few pools closed so its pretty crowded and music needs to be notched down ...its a bit screaming teenage disco which negates the vibe of going somewhere to wind down in a hot spa. It's not old people's home silence that's required but it isn't a place to smash tunes out either. A balance would be good.

Negative experience: I visited these baths in July and was dissappointed to see that the hot pool was closed and had been for 4 weeks as council assessesd how to fix a leak. the problem was that I did not find anything online to say it was closed before i travelled to Moree esp for these hot baths. I wasn't even told on entry. When I queried it I was told they are still charging the usual entry fee as there are 2 other pools available. Unfortunately I was there for the hot pool not the tepid or cool ones. The pools were lovely when I was there in june and to my embarrasment I have been spruiking them to all and sundry on my travels. I won't be doing that again!

Positive experience: only one hot pool @ 39C today non-holiday Saturday - with maybe 20 folks in it when we visited - most kids were in the larger cooler pool @ 30C today (other closed for renovation) but totally worth 2 seniors for $5 each - hot auto-sensor shower first, and changing rooms after - I brought my Speedo Chamois Sports Towel in a compact tube which is good for touch-drying, water can be squeezed out and good to dry again. spiral slide not working today - probably a summer thing. they sell pies, sausage rolls, hot chocolate so could be a kind of breakfast is you want to visit from 8am weekends, 6am weekdays compared with my first visit of this as a government pool 35 years ago, this is a different privately-run complex and now more like a Chinese/Vietnamese Old Folks Spa and Social centre. But whatever colour you are, it's goooooood to soak in that hot water in the winter sun - in fact, we're going back again tomorrow !

Negative experience: A sad run down reflection of what it once was. An extremely rude girl at reception no information as to costs. Repair work every where only one hot pool working don't waste your time disgusted!!!!!

Positive experience: When we arrive m we just find out that they are under renovation.only swim pool and one of the hot pool still open. But the water was so beautiful. The staffs are very very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The famous Moree Hot Mineral Baths originated in 1895 when the bath's mercurial waters were accidentally discovered. While searching for a reliable source of irrigation water, a bore was sunk into the Great Artesian Basin. Amazingly, this bore derived hot mineral waters, heated naturally at 41 degrees Celsius. This is why we travel from Brisbane to experience this & love the setup. Their facility setup is excellent for everyone to relax.

Fantastic experience: Exceeded my expectations. I loved having the 3 temperature options in the 3 different pools. Everyone was very kind there and we came home feeling so soft and relaxed.

Negative experience: I left town 7 months ago and called them couple of them but still they are charging money from my account so please try not to become member with this club they are big fraudulent people and I will call to fairwork as well regarding the charging of money from my account even I called them to stop payments from my account so I won’t recommend et all to anyone who is not checking their bank account regularly.

Negative experience: Under it's so-called Covid plan, this centre now has a single session price of $8 for anybody over 10 years old. That means full price ticket is $1 cheaper than normal but seniors pay $1.20 more! Also they've done away with day passes so every time you go out and come back in that's another $8. The pools were checkers full of people! This isn't a Covid plan, it's a plain rip-off and price gouging. Not impressed at all!

Fantastic experience: Three pools and the waterslide were open. The Olympic pool is yet to be completed. Following the $7million rebuild the Pools are looking fantastic. One Pool is 40°, the middle one is 38° and the cooler pool is just perfect for cooling off and gentle laps between hot soaks. The waterslide looks great and the children were certainly enjoying it. At $8 per session for all customers during Covid it is great value.
