The people I've met here are just fantastic…everyone is so encouraging, positive, and upbeat. Good service with friendly staff specially Ronni, she’s very fun to train with and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. The facility itself is so good it has everything i need even a private upstairs room which is so beneficial when privacy is needed!! Also has all the equipment i need target every body part :)

Beautiful vibe, well maintained gym, top notch equipment with clear instructions on how-to-use. Washrooms are super clean too...Highly recommended...Cheers

Negative experience: Very dirty and disorganised Gym. Machines are constantly breaking down or out of service. No offence but Toillet and equipment some of the dirties I've ever seen. People constantly GETTING IN FOR FREE in groups every single night, specially on weekends getting into the Toillets in large groups doing despicable thing truly! Very unsafe environment for anyone really. Not to mention it's the most expensive Gym membership around lots of hidden fees and impossible to cancel your contract if you need or want to do so. Very disappointing in deed.
Hey Chad, I am sorry for your experience here, this does not reflect our values at all so upon receiving this I have been doing camera audits and making sure we stay on top of what happens in those early morning hours. to help us further into our investigation if you could recall any dates of any of these incidents in the bathrooms I will make sure to get to the bottom of this. in regards to the machines, again if you could outline any machines you have had trouble with I will happily action this. We do bi-weekly equipment audits to ensure everything is in top condition so if something has been missed we would greatly appreciate any feedback on anything we have missed in our audits. In regards to the cost of the gym, I'm not sure where you have received this information but on the contrary, we are one of the cheapest weekly costs on the beaches and in Sydney. Given all payment information and a membres account has the necessary funds no member will have any hidden fees. the cancelation process here at Anytime Fitness is very straightforward, if you are within term it is only 50% to pay out your membership to end, and if you are out of contract just a 30-day notice period, both all needed would be a cancelation form that can be done in the club or emailed to you at your convenience. we hope we see you again in the future and hope you have a better experience next time :)
Negative experience: It's a pretty understocked Anytime. Most of the weights are missing, I couldn't find a cowbell over 20kg. It's just messy and disorganized.
Hey Josh, thank you for the review and we are happy you came to brookvale. in regards to your experience, we will take this feedback and make sure we have a more uniform weight section in 1 area, as currently 1 set is shared between the stretching and functional strength area. in regards to the kettlebells, unfortunately, we don't have any above 20kg here at brookvale but as they are clearly in need we will look into getting more in for our members. Negative experience: Most expensive, busiest, unorganised and worst customer service ever in the Northern Beaches. Employees are absolutely the most rude and disrespectful people you’ll encounter in the Northern Beaches. It’s basically a Mc Donald’s Gym run by school kids because cheap labour. Incredibly dirty, machines are constantly broken down, toilets facilities are a breading ground for diseases of kind, absolutely horrific. Weight everywhere on the floor constantly and machines fully loaded with them when there are not broken down.
Hi Solo Rider, in regards to your experience i can only apologise as this could not have been recently. As the manager i hold myself and my staff to a high degree of courteousness to our members and the public. Regarding the condition of the facility and equipment, we strive to fix any broken equipment in a timely manner within a 48 hour window so that our members have the best experience possible. We hire an external professional cleaning service that comes in every morning without fail to keep our club clean and sanitised for our members. Positive experience: Ausreichend für ein Training, jedoch sehr klein und recht alt. Wir waren nur für eine Drop in Session dort, die uns 20 AUD gekostet hat. Ein zweites Mal wäre ich eher nicht hin.

In regards to your membership we did cancel you and your partner within term and the time it took time for the correct documentation from your self and her to come through to us was the reason for the wait. We understand your trouble and did all you could within our power to finish up both of your memberships as soon as we could under the circumstances.
Negative experience: Couldn’t get these guys to attend a booking. Now I can’t get rid of the emails. Unsubscribe all you like. ☹️
