Positive experience: Fun fun fun for kids. Another good way to keep them from gadgets. Tire them out .

Fantastic experience: A/C was bloody cold whilst waiting for the kids but understandable for the kids as they were sweating there butts off haha

Positive experience: We’ve been to rebound twice now since it’s taken over and WHAT A VIBE!! The music is great, set up is fantastic!! BUT very military style on the staffing policing the rules, my toddler was having a melt down in-front of me on the edge of a trampoline, I was also sitting with my youngest toddler in my lap right there trying to calm her down, my toddler took her socks off and straight away had someone come up to me and say that she couldn’t jump without socks on whilst my toddler was still having a melt down, she wasn’t jumping was just sitting there having a tantrum. Also the same day was told at the counter that my youngest who is crawling didn’t need socks on to crawl on the equipment but I was pulled up by pretty much everyone on the floor for it. The second time was a few other incidents in same regards but we were a larger group. I totally understand safety and rules, I deal with it for a living but it was a bit full on.

Fantastic experience: No problems great place to go

Positive experience: This was fantastic for the kids but very minimal seating area for parents. There were birthday parties booked which took up almost half the seating so parents had to sit up near the trampolines which was frustrating as we couldn’t eat up there. Great for the kids though the set up was amazing, music was great and my kids had a ball. Thankyou we will be back.

Negative experience: The ambiance is too dark, the lighting is too distracting, and the cafe seating layout is looking away from the trampoline, so I couldn't really watch my child from afar.

Fantastic experience: We love Rebound! The staff are helpful and friendly and it is definitely the best and easiest place to have the kids parties! They were also generous enough to donate vouchers to our school.

Negative experience: Descent facilities for a 4yo, however it felt very militant with the staff marching around and being very quick to come tell you what NOT to do. I have never seen so many signs in one centre telling you what you’re not allowed to do. I understand its for safety reasons, but common sense is needed… if a parent is entering the ‘height limit’ area to help their young child get to safety…. It’s not the time to march over and tell that parent off. Also, when a child is opening the exit gate and their parent is quite obviously asking them to close it, it doesn’t require a staff member to march over and tell the kid to shut the gate. Didn’t have a friendly vibe… it felt like they have some legal cases pending and they’re on high alert doing absolutely everything to avoid any minor mishap and its spoiling the fun.

Negative experience: Not that entertaining for some 12 year Olds more enjoyable for little kids

Fantastic experience: Took my good friends little 5 year old boy here, I’m used to bounce and jumpz on the Gold Coast so this was a nice change, very busy when we went but everything was handled well, staff were in control but also polite and respectful making sure safety was priority. Price was similar or same, a few extra (paid) games out the front which was nice. Funny system where you actually walk through the trampoline area to pay for your session at the back. Recommend for anyone from young kids to teenagers.

Fantastic experience: Attended first week of school holidays with my children and their friends. We were 15mins early so had to wait for our session to start. One of the young ladies working said it was OK for our children to play early. Thank you to this young lady, sorry I didn't catch your name but thank you so much. My children were happy to wait for 15mins but you young lady made their day by letting the kids play. Shout out to Rebound, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at rebound mandurah ! 2 hours was perfect amount if time to explore all areas , I would recommend for all ages - staff were amazing with their supervision,making sure everyone was safe using all the equipment. Different height restrictions in a few places ensures the younger participants cab enjoy them selfves without the fear of being hurt. Cafe served a beautiful coffee and the hot chips and gravy was divine- our family will definitely be back soon .

Negative experience: It would be great for older kids but every thing has height restrictions that is either under 1.3m or over. Meaning you as a parent can not play on anything with your younger kids. If you want to actually play with your kids I suggest flipout port kennedy). very disappointed. Otherwise the place seems clean and well supervised will try it out again in 2 years I guess. Your safety rules in the parkour area are not the issue. The issue is more that you can not participate in the activities with your kids. So as a dad I can only watch but no one tells you that when purchasing tickets.

Negative experience: Dissapointed with our visit. My 8 year old son was told he could only play in Dodge ball or in the big green trampoline area with all the older children. He suffers anxiety and was then separated from his siblings and isolated. Will not be back any time soon

Negative experience: Went with my child today and disappointed is an understatement. The staff looked miserable, were grumpy and just plain rude. Considering it is a child’s play centre there was no engagement or smile from staff, the food was salty and stail.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Rebound in Mandurah. The facility was in poor condition with dirty and broken trampolines, and the staff were unhelpful. To make matters worse, one staff member, who had an obviously bad haircut, seemed more focused on their appearance than on providing good service. Overall, the visit was a huge disappointment and I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Facilities and play areas are good but it's ridiculous that they don't let parents on the play gym and bouncy castle. So basically you're not going to get anywhere near your money's worth if your kids are under 3 or more cautious.

Fantastic experience: Our kids love this place - we like the weekday playgroup as its quieter and is great value for money. The place is very clean, staff are friendly and positioned to ensure the kids are in the correct areas etc. Love that there's a little indoor playground at the back as well - the kids enjoy having the option of bouncing and playing in that area during our sessions.

Negative experience: $75 not told kids can only jump on 1 or 2 things staff on the floor say than staff behind the counter said something different, when someone says to you that they don't have much time with their nephew and daughter to spend together and been over a year, I'd think yous would explain things or train staff better. All yous asked me to do was to pretty much go tell people they don't know their job properly not worth my time and effort I'd assumed this was meant to be a managers job not mine. Oh and no refund just money off next time and I can't use that place for my daughter so the staff told us besides one behind the counter...

Positive experience: Took my grandchildren...theyvhad a very good time. Bit crowded though. Well worth taking your children but maybe when a little less crowded.

Fantastic experience: Kids love this place. Try to get in on a special like an after school special or toddler play time special, which makes it so much quieter and more worth the money!

Negative experience: Hi thank you for your response to the bellow issue. However I understand you are a franchise, but as you can see franchises do abide by rulings they all have to follow, but not all franchises are the same, some are better than others and are set up better, to use your business and it's standards as an excuse to throw back to flip out as a whole is poor business. You have to choose to make the small efforts inside of your business franchise and how you choose to run, and how much care you put into making your customers at your branch have a good experience for what they pay.... You have the power to make small touches as you wish, like how you set up your party rooms and maybe some small food options to what you did and also how it smelt. Don't put that on the flip out franchise, own up and take responsibility for your branch and runnings there. We paid a good 370 dollars for a party room. It was very business money vibe and rigid, the time it started was straight into the kids jumping time, where they had to organize socks and bands which is time lost for them. The Jump time is very rigid and to the second rather than a little flexibility especially the money you pay. The party room itself is very basic with a basic picnic table seat two bowls of packet chips some little Lollie's and cordial and water. There was no music or any other thought in that room, it also smelt bad. The food was just a bit of pizza that was cheap basic stuff and that was it. For the money you pay, the effort to supply a variety of finger foods for the kids was absolute poor to say the least. This business has a lot to work on, in regard to what they charge and the experience they produce. Crocs have party rooms for similar prices and offer a lot more food and better experience, plus offering a flexible open play experience for the kids, to come and go. Flip out.... pick your game up....

Fantastic experience: Great fun for all ages

Negative experience: This is my second time visit flip out. My first visit was fun and perfect. Second visit I’m always being told whatever my kid did. This area for bigger kids my son is 2.5 years old, and I know cause I followed my kid to take him out there. My son not even stay there for about 30 seconds. (Take note no other people, kids, adult in flip out during our session just my son and one other kid only. Before we start we have to wait 20 mins before my son can use the facilities being told 3x. 10 mins pass by kicked my son out on the trampoline and say have to wait 2pm before he can use the trampoline. Why you can’t just let the toddler play, how can I explained to my kid stop you’re not ready to play yet. (there are only 2 kids including my son) after an hour 4 toddlers in total. Just annoying really.

Negative experience: Your sock rules are ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to buy socks to supervise my children. Unless you’re going to get the ball every time it gets stuck on the wall, I’m going to whether I’m wearing the right socks or not. I also don’t believe you’re getting paid to babysit my children so how about lay off on the stupid sock rule and I’ll watch my kids I was not jumping more than any other parent wearing normal socks to help their kids. However you keep doing business this way. I’m sure people love the way you speak to them when you tell them off. Don’t stress guys I won’t be back Overpriced and rude team pretty much sums up this absolutely rip off of a business

Negative experience: You have to walk to the back of the centre to get checked in, staff were rude.

Negative experience: Sort out your children running the place! I went there with my 4 year old today both wearing non-slip socks and got told my daughter could not participate as they weren't flip-out branded socks.... but of course I could purchase more there! Absolute scam with kids running round acting like security guards in a kids playground....

Negative experience: I was approached twice within 10 minutes for seemingly minor infractions. Firstly, I was reprimanded for helping my crying 3-year-old off a bouncy castle because I exceeded the height limit. Despite explaining the situation, my explanation was dismissed. Then, while supervising my 2 and 3-year-old by the trampolines, I was told to purchase specific socks for myself, even though I wasn't on the trampoline myself and although staff wore boots and other parents had different socks. It's disheartening to feel singled out for prioritizing safety and supervision. Considering these experiences, I'll have to reconsider future visits unless there's a fairer approach to rule enforcement.

Positive experience: Great equipment - although terribly unenthusiastic staff who could use more skill when dealing and speaking with younger children

Fantastic experience: Kids loved flip out, we really loved that there was an attendant at each activity keeping an eye. On the kids making sure rules were followed. My son hurt his back the attendant walked him to me and hot him an ice pack which was lovely. Would definitely come back. You do have to purchase flip out socks if you don't own any but they are super grippy and great quality

Fantastic experience: I had decided to have my daughters birthday party here as I had just given birth and wanted to take the stress out of planning the event. Was the greatest decision of all time. Quick, no fuss and no clean up. The Party Hosts and the staff across the venue gave us a fun and memorable party. Also considerably a lot nicer on the wallet compared to an event I would usually host at home. I spent a lot of time with Mums group previously also as the coffee is good and there are certain deals throughout the week.:) I am stoked the previous owners are back and look forward to returning to the centre to see their smiling faces! Would highly recommend for all age groups! Great way to tire all the kids out too!

Fantastic experience: I took the children and two of their friends to Flip Out Mandurah. They had a fantastic time with a great variety of activities. I was particularly impressed with the young staff members who were stationed at each activity. They interacted well with the children and were diligent with their supervision. I would not hesitate to take them to Flip Out Mandurah again.

Negative experience: I went to flipout mandurah and I was quite disappointed with the lack of inclusion for people with disabilities. I attended with my family 2 adults and 2 children 1 who has a disability. This child thoroughly enjoys being bounced by others as she cannot bounce her self. Usually family.I put on the under 10 area trampoline and was standing next to her gently jumping. I was told by staff that I wasn't allowed on this trampoline as I was over 10 . I completely understand age limits however at this time it was very empty with no other children in this area. I explained to staff that my child cannot bounce herself and needs support. I was told to go into the adult area. Or into the dodge ball area, which isn't suitable as balls go flying and I don't want her to get hit. The staff weren't really interested only telling me there is a weight limit on the 10years and under area. I also notice many times other children who were older than 10 in this area. After paying $90 it was not so enjoyable Very dissapointing. Time to be more inclusive flipout.

Fantastic experience: Great way to entertain the kids. They can bounce from one area to the other. 2 hour sessions is enough to wear the most energetic child out. There's enough places for even the littlies to play with loads of soft toys , and very safe. Special socks must be worn including adults who are with their kids on equipment. Food is available with tables and chairs to sit on.

Fantastic experience: Kudos to one of the staff working in Flip Out. It was my daughter birthday when we visited the playground, however my daughter was crying non-stop due to the fact that she doesn’t want to remove her shoes. She let my daughter play even with her shoes on stated that we don’t want to see her cry on ber birthday. That’s really heartwarming. Thank you so much. Great place for kids and also for families.

Fantastic experience: Took the kids while down visiting family. Was a great time. The 2 year old had a ball. Older kids were knackered by the end. Definitely worth a visit.

Positive experience: Great if you are attending a playgroup session with lots of options for littles to explore and learn from jumping, climbing and coordination. Can get very expensive very quick! Can only wear their flip out socks and no outside food so make sure you have enough money to cover it all! Did not purchase food but assuming it is expensive as all prices had been wiped off.

Second time coming here and it was filled only just got a table had no room for pram access, and it was over filled with people no space to move getting bumped into and table knocked a lot What made it worse was travelling a hour to come here , and the food was old Coffees were cold! Our experience was not the best and I don’t recommend coming weekends for family time was a disappointment!

Positive experience: Kids love Flip-Out, there's heaps of fun trampolines, a ninja area for older kids, and play gym for the younger ones. Iced coffee tasted amazing. I normally get a hot coffee and sometimes gets some chips to share which has always been good. Downside today, which is why I am giving 4 stars, is that it is understaffed so cleaning has not been considered and the eatery area is really messy and dirty. Generally they are ok but I can see even the littlies play gym area is even pretty dirty. Definitely needs a good clean. They have done up the foam pit area, last time bits of foam were getting into kids eyes and now they have covered it so they are doing some up keep. I went on a Saturday.

Negative experience: Extremely rude owner. Do not recommend. Your child entered the facility in a moon boot with the intention to let the child jump in a trampoline , so to prevent any further injury we cannot allow your child to use the equipment. You must abide by the instructions of the arena’s staff at all times or you may be removed from the premises . This is to ensure safety and enjoyment in all participating guests. We do not accept abusive or aggressive behaviour, However I still issued you a refund . Patrons cannot participate under the influence of drugs, alcohol , while pregnant or with current injuries Flip Out reserves the right to remove patrons at any time . Wow, thanks your your reply. Perhaps you should make sure your staff are properly educated on your rules as it was your staff who advised us it was ok for him to continue playing as-long as he took his moon boot off. And as for the refund yes you did but also said that the 4 year old can not eat any food when there are 10 other children eating in front of him when his already upset that he cannot participate after being told he can by your staff. You would think a grown woman wouldn’t be so petty to a 4 year old Child. Especially when his Aunty was already paying $300 plus for a party.

Fantastic experience: What a AWESOME place!! Wish i knew it sooner. Took my 2yr old to the toddler session and what a set-up! Playground, cafe, and lots of trampolines. And they we're padded and safe. Even the foam pit was fun! It wasn't busy so plenty of room to run around. I'll be definely be bring my toddler nack along with other kids. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: definitely worth the long drive our kids loved it especially the older ones who stayed in the parkour section mostly.....will definitely book in our OSHC group for Easter school holiday

Negative experience: Unsafe. My daughter broke her ankle by jumping in a shallow foam pit. They accepted no liability as they said CCTV showed that she was running and they have signs up saying no running.

Negative experience: The facility itself is fantastic for kids, unfortunately it is run by some pretty rude people. Would not get your hopes up regarding the customer service or value for money, despite it being a fantastic facility the manager Marco is much more concerned with himself and there is no helping your children on the equipment what so ever despite paying for adult entry also. Marco who identified himself as the manager was extremely aggressive.

Negative experience: Would give it minus 5 stars if I could, have come up to mandurah for a small holiday with this being a highly anticipated destination to come with the kids, upon arriving the staff have been pushy and rude with one guy orange hair and beard being almost aggressive, tried telling my 5 and 3 year old to get off the small playground that they met all requirements for, even followed me around for abit making me feel very unsafe to be honest.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Mandurah Flip Out are incredible. The kids (and I) have an absolute ball, they always ask to come back every day when we drive past. My fave is the monthly "After Dark" nights. 10/10 for an amazing vibe, high energy and attentive staff and a great event. Thanks Legends
