Fantastic experience: Great gym with amazing staff and trainers! Mark is very helpful and cheerful in the mornings. I can see him taking that little extra care with his clients. The equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always positive. One suggestion: installing blinds would help block out the strong morning sun, especially during summer, to keep the space cooler. Overall, a fantastic place to work out

Gym is well equipped and the club manager Manny is doing a great job running this place. I recommend everyone interested to give this place a try. Fantastic experience: I’ve been at SnapFitness Zetland since the start of the year and I can’t recommend it enough. The gym is fully equiped with plenty of machines and weights. The manager is always willing to help out, giving exercise demonstrations and general gym advice. The gym is never too crowded and its members bring a very positive atmosphere. Negative experience: In this gym, there is a coach named Mark, who is a strong racist. A total of five Asian people were forced to give up their card by him. He would disturb us every time there was a training session, which caused us a very bad experience. The manager of this gym said that he would deal with this person but he didn't. This gym became very bad because of this man named Mark

Fantastic experience: This gym is well managed and has a fantastic, relaxed and friendly vibe. It’s perfect if you’re a shift worker like me and require working out outside standard business hours. The manager usually around to respond to any queries and always responds in a helpful and prompt manner. And it delivers regular improvements and updates to facilities.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym! The equipment is abundant and always well maintained! Whenever there is even a slight tear in any seating or the pads of benches, it is promptly replaced! Fantastic experience: The new manager Manolo Mangieri is very responsible and he handles a lot of things. He is very friendly and helpful. After Nick, many managers didn't deal with my affairs. Manolo Mangieri was the only one who took responsibility. I believe that with him here, this gym will get better and better.

Fantastic experience: I been working out for the last 2 weeks, the gym look great, clean and spacious. The new manager Manolo has been very professional and i felt like at home. I will keep going my fitness journey at Snap Zetland.

Negative experience: The new management is horrible, new guy treats patrons like the big commercial gyms treat people - just after our money. It used to be better when Nick was manager and the place felt like a local community gym. It seems like this gym has cycles of horrible managers then good managers and after a few years it's now back to bad. Also wash the front steps! It has looked like this for like a month. It's not rocket science.

Positive experience: Reasonable price and love the 24/7 feature, I am a sort of nocturnal animal myself so it's necessary to me. (This gym is filled with people even if it's 10pm so I'd recommend you to come early like coming here in the afternoon.) Equipments are usually well-maintained but a few are damaged.

Positive experience: Pros: - Generally good equipment (good dumbbell collection, cardio equipment and machines) - Good location - 24/7 access which is ideal Cons: - Literally the worst organised gym I’ve ever been in (plates and dumbbells thrown all over the floor, dumbbells not in the correct places, weights not being put away, no safety pins on the bench but still placed up against the wall so no room for a spotter. Just some examples, I could go on) - Frequently guys standing in front of mirrors posing with tops off. I’m not generally fussed by that, but if I’m pressing/curling/whatever by a mirror, don’t step in front to pose - Could use another bench for free weights - Space by the rigs is pretty tight Generally a good gym with good facilities. I think it’s more the persistent poor etiquette of the members that’s frustrating

Fantastic experience: A really nice gym in Waterloo Zetland area. The staff are super friendly. Also the gym has good location, equipments and super clean. I was there for 1 year and no complain at all.

Negative experience: Fake/dodgy security system! I had my wallet stolen from the cubicles provided by Snap to keep the members belongings , as I notified the club manager Nick he said that there was a camera pointed to the place where I left my wallet but he could not see my wallet or who took it ! If there was no blind spot why couldn’t they identify who took my wallet? How smart you have to be to set the cubicles provided for member belongings right where there is a blind spot (that’s negligence), there were 3 people at the gym when my wallet was stolen and next day one of the guys who was around my wallet was chatting with Nick and then Nick took the guy to see the cameras inside his office, when I asked Nick why he did that Nick said that the guy was not his friend and he was just getting his motorcycle key to give to the guy (would you give your motorcycle key to someone who’s not your friend?) I checked their monitors and there is no camera pointed to the area provided to people keep their belongings. I know that for a fact that Nick was lying! When I signed up I was told that they had a state of art security system and the gym was safe but it’s a lie ! I spoke to Matt the operations manager and he told me that they could not identify who took my wallet but this guy who is Nicks friend was kicked out from the gym so why this guy was kicked out from the gym if they could not identify who took the wallet ?!?! It’s a dodgy gym

Fantastic experience: Joined it just for a month while was living in Waterloo. Good quality machines and overall well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Not very crowded most mornings. Areas for improvement: - the wifi is pointless, my bad connection 4G is better than it - clean the weight plates of the machines (where the cable/pins go)

Fantastic experience: IV never been to a gym thats been so easy to deal with and so welcoming when training , the atmosphere is what you want , not to many gorillas but enough to get you motivated to train harder , the staff there I must admit easily the best IV dealt with shame I had to come back to Melbourne as this was a fantastic gym
