F45 Training

Negative experience: Beware of wordy cancellation email replies when you go to cancel a membership. See my attatched screenshots. I see this as clearly unethical bussiness practice and sly. Have a read and make your own mind up before doing bussiness with this gym. I notified in writing to cancel my membership on August 23 2024. They replied on that day saying “No problem at all, I will apply the 30 day cancellation notice from today so your account wil be terminated from 22 Sept.” (Highlighted in green on the attached photos.) Then they write more (highlighted in orange.) Which they are using to justify charging me another $595 worth of monthly fifo memberships. Yet they clearly acknowledged my cancellation and said the date the cancelled from (highlighted in green.) When I contacted them, rather than say oh sorry it was a mistake, they are holding onto that I didn’t reply to confirm, based on what they wrote (highlighted in orange). I’m sharing this so other people can check to see if they have continued to be charged for months in the same way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience here at F45 Duncraig. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable and happy to provide assistance. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating and inclusive. There’s a sense of community and teamwork. The classes offered are great and are a mix of cardio and strength training. It also has great equipment and has additional amenities such as showers. I would highly recommend it to others who are starting out or experienced and need a change of pace!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about how amazing the team at F45 Duncraig have been! Welcoming, community feel and most importantly extremely motivating at every session. No matter what time of day the energy at the training sessions are inspiring to give your all and aim for improvement in ourselves. Great environment and definitely a great environment for beginners.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff, really helpful during the sessions. Everything is done make you confortable during the work out. The place is well located, big enough to welcome a big group of person. The programs are different so you don’t get bored. The 45 min training are going fast. It’s my first experience with F45, and so far, I don’t regret it.

All the trainers are amazing and take time to coach each participant and motivate us all! I become fit in very short time and lost a lot of weight.
