World Gym Marsden Park

Fantastic experience: I would say World Gym is the best in this part of the World. Me my wife and my son go the Gym. My wife likes this gym a lot because of the yoga and other classes. Shoutout to Nej and SEZ for getting our family into Gym. Wish Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for all of the staff in World Gym.

Positive experience: The GYM itself is really good, I go every day with my girlfriend, even when it’s crowded you have enough machines and spots to do your work out. Its well decorated and it has a really good front desk, with shakes and meals. A good shop with sport wear and supplements too. The Staff was always really friendly, we saw Chris at Rouse Hill working on a fitness store and at the gym everyday, he is really kind and friendly. On the other side, males bathroom it’s gross. Theres an urinal that’s always stuck with pee on it. The toilet paper is so thin that when you try to take it out from the roller it breaks, so theres always toilet paper on the floor. I only had one bad experience with a personal trainer named Iqbal Qadri, I told him in a really nice way that some of the bins were out of cleaning wipes. He said “thanks” in a nice way too, but when I turned away he mocked me with a guest he was training. So coward and disrespectful cause I use to say hi to him every day. Anyway I recommend this gym 100%, just bring your own toilet paper cause we all know that pre work out makes you poo lol

World Gym Marsden Park has been the best gym I've been a member of, outstanding facilities and culture and its a real pleasure to train here every day. All the staff are friendly and offer the service you expect from a Gold standard gym. Special mention to Ockert at reception for his brilliant service the type of bloke who would be my first hire if I opened a gym, professional and consistent service he also makes a mean shake. Nej too is the type of calm but strong personality you want for an employee in a gym environment. Well done to all to making it easily the best gym in Western Sydney and best gym I've trained and been a part of.

Fantastic experience: Been training at world gym for almost 2 years now and every time when I do bring my kids to kids world ATTY & all the staff there always makes my kids feel welcomed every time. So we vote for atty hope she gets the award hehe. My kids love it there, defs recommend taking your kids along, the staff there are genuine and lovely.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Nej highly enough as a personal trainer. When I first started working with Nej at World Gym, I had little motivation to prioritise my health or well being. Nej's approach to fitness wasn't just about lifting weights or hitting specific goals, it was about helping me understand the deep connection between physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Nej took the time to understand my struggles, not just in the gym but in life, and helped me set realistic, sustainable fitness goals that fit my personal circumstances. Nej's support was always uplifting and this motivated me to push my self-doubt. Through our sessions Nej taught me how to take care of both my body and mind. Nej emphasised that good physical health isn't just about looking good, it's about feeling strong, energised and confident. I started sleeping better, felt more focused at work, and found myself handling stress with ease. I found myself more present and patient with my family and more productive in my career. What started as a focus on physical fitness evolved into a transformation that positively impacted my entire lifestyle. The changes in my work and personal life have been a blessing. With Nej’s guidance, I learned how important it is to take care of myself so I can show up as my best self for others. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at World Gym Marsden Park for 2 years. The facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-maintained, with all the equipment I need for a great workout. A special shoutout to my trainer, Nej who has been absolutely amazing. He really take the time to understand my goals and customize workouts that challenge me while keeping things fun. Since working with Tavisha, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my strength. My hip thrust has increased from 30kg to 150kg, and my shrugs have progressed from 10kg dumbbells to 40kg. Fantastic experience: Tavi at World Gym Marsden Park is not only an amazing trainer but also the proud owner of some seriously impressive delts! Fantastic experience: Good day!! I was just scrolling on my Instagram page and found the video regarding the best employee of the year! When i saw this, i immediately thought of Tyler and had flashbacks of my memories with Tyler. When i first met Tyler I did’nt like him because he always smelt like cookies and to be quite frank with you, I don’t like cookies. But his selflessness to help me and other in the gym over came this cookie smell. I soon began to realise that tyler is a really really good person and a really really good trainer, so ive been told and SEEN. He shall have my vote this year

Fantastic experience: Don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I had to, I very recently joined the gym with no prior experience of lifting weights and this is a very big step for me as I’m a very anxious person, as soon as I came in to do my first workout, I panicked as I had no idea what to do, where to start and how to do it, I hid in the bathroom for a few minutes then built up the courage to ask an employee to help show me how to the machines work, the young man at the front helped me with no hesitation and walked me through different machines and helped make me a workout plan, could not thank him enough, whoever hired him did a great job! If I remember correctly I think the young man’s name was ockort

Fantastic experience: Great gym, it's got everything. They even make protein shakes after a decent workout. Hence why I think Ockert deserves staff of the year. Honestly the nicest guy, always happy and love having good chats with him. On top of memorising my protein shake order , he brings this high positive energy to the place which makes the customers feel as if they're part of a family. Fantastic experience: The best gym, especially for reformer Pilates. Ash & Sami are always so attentive and motivating, which makes them amazing instructors. The gym is always very clean and the front staff are so friendly. The kids world crèche it makes working out so much easier as a mum!

Fantastic experience: The reformer Pilates classes are fantastic!! Love the variety of each class where different equipment targets different muscles…the magical circle is a personal favourite. Knowledgeable and friendly instructors, Sunday’s mornings with Leanna and Ashley’s classes are particularly awesome!!

Negative experience: Only good thing about this place is the equipment it’s always crowded & I found the staff to be very untrustworthy. For me the straw that broke the camels back was when they said my account was on hold but then still charged my weekly fee & slapped me with a dishonest fee on top to then tell me that it wasn’t them but they’ll get onto it and refund me but refunds took 5 to 10 days and that if I’m not happy waiting that I could cancel my key but because I have finished my contract that I had to pay $84 to opt out ha best $84 I’ve ever spent! This all took place while I was injured and unemployed very very poor customer service and to make it even worse they stung me twice on everything because I pay my sons gym fees also, after all of this I’m more then happy to train at home and I would never advise anybody to train here.

My kids adore Atty and everyone at Kids World - even my school aged kids beg me to bring them to the 'crèche' on the weekend! So easy and conveniently located too.

I feel extremely at ease leaving my little there while i workout. The Staff, equipment & atmosphere in the gym are all fantastic! Coming from someone with major social anxiety, everyone staff & members are super friendly & you never feel out of place!

Negative experience: I am posting this review based on my wife's experience with World Gym Marsden Park, which was highly unsatisfactory regarding the cancellation of her membership. Despite being well within the 7-day cooling off period, which allows for penalty-free cancellation, the gym failed to honor this policy. She signed up on the 13th of April, and upon deciding to cancel the membership within this timeframe, she was met with resistance and incorrect charges.The gym's management insisted on a cancellation fee and even attempted to require medical certification from a specialist, which was completely unrelated to the cooling off period conditions. This not only contradicts the terms clearly stated in the membership agreement but also the consumer protection laws in Australia.It's frustrating and disappointing when businesses do not follow their own policies or the law. This experience has been stressful for her and has taken up much of her time, which could have been avoided if World Gym Marsden Park had adhered to their contractual obligations. I hope this review helps others be aware of potential issues when considering membership at this location.

Fantastic experience: We love World gym Marsden park! The ladies in the Crèche go above and beyond with all the kiddies! Our little guy is always so excited to see Atty in the crèche! As a mum it sold me that the gym has a crèche, it helps me keep motivation for self care, with no excuses!

Fantastic experience: World gym has been a pleasure to work out at thanks to the hospitable and warm environment provided by its staff members. Ockert in particular has helped tremendously in making world gym both a fun and safe work out experience.

Negative experience: I had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with the reception staff regarding my membership cancellation at the gym. It seems their lack of knowledge about their own policies or, worse yet, deliberate attempts to create delays in processing cancellation requests were the root cause of my frustration. Despite making multiple attempts—six times, to be exact—I was met with a runaround each time. They literally made me run "pillar to Post ". Finally, when they were certain that I was determined to cancel the membership, I was directed to email Mark ( for the first time) regarding my cancellation. However, Mark's response to my email lacked crucial information regarding the effective cancellation date and the facility usage period. Instead, it only mentioned the last payment date and a notice period of 30 days applied from March 28th, 2024—the date of my initial email. When I called the administrative staff on April 28th, 2024, to inquire about the cancellation date, they were unable to provide an answer, and there was no relevant information in their system. Upon visiting the gym on April 30th, I was informed that my membership was still active, why it was not cancelled, yet no explanation was provided. I was instructed to email Mark for further details. It's disheartening that I now have to go through another round of back-and-forth communication just to obtain basic information about the cancellation effective date and why I was charged beyond the 30-day notice period. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to others. Following my initial review, Mark confirmed via email that the cancellation effective date was May 3rd, 2024. However, a subsequent series of emails from Mark late in the evening, between 10 pm and 11 pm, sought to negotiate the removal of my review. Despite agreeing to discuss the matter further the following morning, Mark called me today with the sole intention of pressuring me to retract my review. He failed to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why I was charged up to May 3rd, 2024, when my cancellation notice was sent on March 28th, 2024 (per his email stating a 30-day notice period). During our conversation, Mark frequently interrupted me and raised his voice, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Eventually, I had to end the call when it became clear that he was unwilling to address my concerns and instead resorted to attacking my integrity as a customer. In light of these events, I am even more disheartened by the lack of transparency and respect for customer interests displayed by this gym. I stand by my decision not to recommend this establishment to others, as it appears they prioritize their own interests over those of their patrons. Additionally, despite my request, they have failed to provide evidence of sharing the cancellation policy, further highlighting their disregard for customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few gyms in the area and I can say wgmp is easily the best gym in the area. Very professional, very clean, staff are friendly, equipment is alway in working order and plates always returned. I have been with the gym for close to 2 months and currently enjoying the experience!!! Well done guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I moved too WG marsden about a year ago and I absolutely love coming to this gym and having Ace as my pt. They are so welcoming as soon as you come in, pushing you in the best possible way. Choosing Ace as my pt was the best option he challenges, pushes, motivates me aswell as checking in on me and seeing how I'm doing. World gym marsden is the best gym family, I couldn't be any happier

Fantastic experience: Joining World Gym Marsden Park has been a fantastic experience , great gym with modern equip n best part is it caters for both new and experienced members .. I would like to mention a special shout out for my Yoga teacher Monica Khanna.. she puts in a lot of effort to ensure all participants gain some positive impact from practicing yoga.. I look forward to attending my yoga classes on mon and fri .. Monica teaches both basic n advanced yoga so each session you do you feel you have progressed .. Thanks Monica for making each yoga class so much fun..

Positive experience: Yoga with Monica on Mon. & Fri. is a great start and end of week. She is excellent at what she is doing. She is funny too as always making jokes and advising us to smile when doing tough poses.

Fantastic experience: World gym marsden park has been nothing but amazing. The staff are always lovely and welcoming. They have great high quality equipment, everything is clean and tidy and they offer AMAZING classes in the group fitness studio. Highly recommend the double bodyattack and bodypump on a Thursday night with Kylie. She’s an absolute gem, and brings positive, uplifting energy to every class!!

Fantastic experience: I go to the World Gym in Penrith which I love. This one fits the brief - it's got all the equipment, clean, spacious and full of energy. They do charge an extra $10 for casual entry on public holiday (Australia Day) so that's something to be mindful of but the guys at the front were helpful and good sports. Would come again if I'm in the area.

Fantastic experience: joined on the weekend, Nej was absolute class and very helpful and welcoming. This gym looks and feels like a colosseum , plenty of space, equipment and free weights, highly motivating individuals and positibe environment, toilets are clean, overall just an amazing experience so far at world gym Marsden park.

Fantastic experience: Discovering Body Attack at the World Gym Marsden Park has been great for my health.The high-intensity cardio combined with dynamic strength training pushes me to new limits every session. Not only have I seen a significant improvement in my cardio endurance, but the energetic atmosphere and motivating instructors make each class a highlight of my day. Body Attack is on Thursday with Kylie - it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. The facilities and equipment are the best I have seen at any gym, that’s including the crèche for my children. All round great feel and great environment.
