Large spaces and they think of the little things especially in the bathroom facilities. Best gym I've been to so far!

Fantastic experience: Although initially I found the atmosphere quite daunting, I’m thoroughly enjoying the great choice of classes at World Gym and the friendliness. Also, the instructors take a personal interest and assist us with our form and technique. They know most of us by name!!!! I would love to see a clock in the group fitness room downstairs as well as upstairs.

Negative experience: It's disappointing to hear about the poor behavior exhibited by the staff at the gym. Customer service and professionalism should always be a top priority in any establishment, especially in a place where people go to improve their health and well-being. Management should address these issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Negative experience: Was happy with the gym when I first started but in a few months my experience is more of a negative one. The equipment is often broken with no indication of being replaced. It’s also very frustrating that if you are using the room dedicated to boxing that the personal trainers kick you out instead of working around you. This might sound ridiculous but you’ll be kicked out of a large room so that a group of 3 people can do push-ups. You won’t even be asked nicely by the staff to leave you’ll simply be told. “We are starting, you can’t be in here”. I will also add that I was told by staff that you can train when classes are on when I signed up.

In regards to the equipment can you please elaborate as currently we only have 1 T Bar Row which is being welded and a couple of free standing boxing bags waiting on pipes which have been ordered. I am not sure what has happened with the studio but cant seem to find your details on our system to give you a call. Negative experience: Had a terrible experience regarding misleading & false information upon signing contract. Required an early termination of contract. Was verbally advised upon signing up that only a medical certificate was required to cancel membership. The type of cert (GP or specialist,) & illness/injury specification (temporary or permanent,) was not specified, only that we needed to bring in a medical certificate. I had someone else with me signing up at the same time who was told the same thing & is still under the same impression. Upon cancellation, the manager advised the fee of $200 was still in place as they required a specialist certificate noting a permanent injury/illness. I had also placed my account on hold during this period as it took a few weeks of back & forth communication to discuss termination, during which I was still being charged $5/week to freeze membership. The manager advised that the employee I signed up with at the time no longer works there. However, this is irrelevant & the fee should have been waived as he WAS an employee at the time & spoke on behalf of the facility. They also mentioned I could transfer my account to another new member to avoid paying the early termination fee. However, the contract notes memberships are ‘non-transferable.’ They are able to waive fees & ignore contract specifications but choose not to for financial gain, disregarding clients’ needs. It was & is still a huge hassle dealing with them. I have made a formal complaint & do not recommend signing up to this facility. Make sure you read the contract thoroughly before signing anything & do not be persuaded by anything they say unless it is contracted!

Fantastic experience: As a mum, I've been moving from gym to gym to find something that fits me (long term) and my kids and my energy and my time, the list can go on ahas! This review is only for the prospect world gym. First of all, my kids love the crèche. Massive relief as this makes me focus better while I'm training. The gym is huge and always clean. I use legs butt and arm machines only and this gym provides all the machines im happy with. I'm comfortable here. Its cheaper than all the other gyms I've joined and have never really ticked all the boxes to meet my needs etc. Good parking space available too thank goodness. I do believe these 5 stars I have given is necessary. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy that I have joined World gym. There is a great atmosphere and so many inspirational people around you! The equipment is so good and there is just so much to offer. The staff are very friendly, the gym is clean and I am always looking forward to going there. I have used the sauna once and I really enjoyed it. They also have childcare which can be so helpful! It’s probably the best gym I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I must say it's a great gym , it's spaced out nicely , they don't charge a weeks salary for a sauna which others do , creche is also FREE and they don't put you on a timer either . I travel half an hour just to get to this gym . Also the protein shakes are delicious Cross fit style classes and even an area to take progress shots .You will not be disappointed with this gym that's for sure.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym what makes it great isn't just how well the gym is set up or how fun the classes are or even the wonderful creche staff that I feel comfortable with my kids whilst I workout it's honestly the people that go & the friendly staff that work there even on my bad days when I'm not feeling like going anywhere I come anyways you don't even have to know anybody you just have to come & check it out for yourself to see what I mean it's a vibe & it's a good one that will make you show up so thank you world gym prospect I love being a member here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at a couple different gyms in my life and I can honestly say none of them even come close to how good this gym is! Everything about it, the facilities, the very friendly and welcoming staff. I love how there’s all different places you can go and train in the gym especially the comfort zone when you want some peace and privacy. The posing zoom is a huge game changer ( first time seeing that in a gym ) and also love how there’s the cafe and shop out the front. Everything you need you can find here. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very polite and very helpful. The gym has a subtle ornate feeling to it and it is quite expansive, making it pleasant for one to be training. The equipment and variety of machines compared to other gyms I have used seems to be easily in the top echelon. I have enjoyed the experience so far, thank you WGP.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility to train at new n maintained equipment,good environment on the main floor n reception Jessie is exceptionally talented but doesn’t train legs so gotta bump him down a few points but go sign up it’s a good gym u won’t be disappointed n also ignore any bad reviews they are old n under new management now

Negative experience: Very out of date equipment, half of which doesn't work. I'm talking treadmills from 1998 with dot-matrix displays. Place is under heavy construction and many walls arent even painted. No air con. Like what the hell? Place is a sauna. Except the sauna. That's under construction. Not joking. You know that review from 2 months ago about the water bubblers being broken where they say the bubblers being repaired is their highest priority? Well, the bubblers still don't work. So enjoy filling your bottle with tepid tap water. Ew.
Sorry you had this negative experience. Be assured the club is now under new management we have nothing broken, some new and improved equipment, recovery room and functional training area :) If you wanted to come have another trial at the club if you are no longer a member feel free too :)

Negative experience: Used to be an awesome place to train at, recently has become feral with the overcrowding and still pushing for more members via $0 joining fee which apparently lasts forever and now the gym has become a zoo.
