Negative experience: Good gym, but the cleaning has recently become an issue. Not sure what happened but there’s never any wipes or spray to clean equipment once you’re done. Either there’s no wipes left or the bottles are empty. This is the case at least when I go most mornings.

Fantastic experience: Gym is easy to access with some parking on site however at busy times you might have to park at Pittwater Place shopping centre (2 minute walk back). The gym is well equipped and a good amount of space. Plenty of space do you don't feel crowded. Friendly staff :-).

Positive experience: Another great AT gym. This is my second visit at daft o’clock in the morning when no one else is about so I’m not sure if the owners know just how deafeningly loud the music is. I figured someone had left the volume up accidentally but now it’s clear this is the default setting. It’s painfully loud and quality of sound is pretty poor which only accentuates the insipid playlists it spews out. It not only ruined my time here but it makes it impossible to listen to my own music because no noise cancelling headphones will cope with the unnecessary volume of the preselected music I’m forced to listen to. Given most people listen to their own music what’s the point of making it impossible to enjoy their own music or to communicate with anyone else. I’ll probably take a detour to a neighbouring AT next time I’m passing through late night.

Bryce is my personal trainer and charges a reasonable price for every session. I have lost 14kg over the last two months and won’t be stopping anytime soon!

Positive experience: Good gym, has all you need. But bathroom cleaning and equipment cleaning could be kept on top of a bit more.

Negative experience: Some of the equipment is falling apart it ether doesn’t get fixed at all or takes ages. Threatens to charge me twice for allowing someone to walk in behind me instead of slamming a door infront of her face. She also a regular at the guy who was going to get a personal training session

Negative experience: Busiest gym on the northern beaches.. 3 or more 15 year olds deep per bench/machine all not working out just chatting.. have to park at fitness first and walk about 500m to get to the gym because there is hardly any parking..

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff who always welcome me whenever I come in. The gym itself is kept clean and tidy and is super spacious, but also has all the equipment I need for my workouts. Heaps of squat racks and free weights too! A very kind and family/community based environment and atmosphere in this gym.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym vibe! The staff make going so fun. Great facilities and the best service. Nothing but a love for Kiki and the staff.

Negative experience: Imagine having a new chronic medical condition you give the manager proof of, and they still take weeks to respond to your email and cancel your membership. It’s way too difficult to cancel and their form shows there should be a refund for medical conditions yet I got nothing, even though I couldn’t attend for months.

Negative experience: Worst gym around the beaches, you’ll have better luck finding the end of a rainbow then trying to cancel a membership here. They have an Assistant manager who knows nothing about customer service and is highly incompetent with poor communication skills. My thoughts and prayers out for that staff member. So glad I will never have to see or talk to that staff member again. If I could submit a 0 star rating I would, unfortunately it has to be 1.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyable gym to make your daily port of call. Its facilities are world class, with two levels of gym equipment. A time out room for relaxation and a large area downstairs, for exercises held weekly and individual work where you can do your floor routine. Floor exercises, dumbells and down the back of the gym on the ground floor are the heavy dumb bells. Located in a caudlersack, in a rural like area surrounded by trees and the main road five minutes away where you will find walks and places to explore, with nearby shopping just down the road, located on the corner of Pittwater Road and Barrenjoey Road Mona Vale.

Fantastic experience: Great gym!! Spacious, meticulously clean, wide range of near new cardio, pin loaded and free weight equipment, great vibe and super friendly staff. I always enjoy the fantastic workout experience there.
