Fantastic experience: This location has always been my gym, it’s very nice and the best peopl work here (AJ, Lisa & Jake). Never overly crowded like Goodlife and Revo either.
Fantastic experience: Well equipped smaller gym with friendly and welcoming staff and excellent personal trainers. We can highly recommend our trainer, Jason Stewart.

Positive experience: Good range of equipment though a bit crammed in.
Negative experience: One of the staff members (Dayne) was busy mocking my current weight 130kgs and said oink piggy
Fantastic experience: Wicked people, all willing to give honest advice as soon as you ask for it. Slightly smaller than most gyms so you have to be patient in peak hour. Has all the equipment required for a any workout.

Fantastic experience: I am a founding member who is currently not train due to surgery. Know the owners from day one and they friendly helpful and always up for a chat. It is local for us and will always support them.
