Fantastic experience: i like the pools beacues they are long and i can train there i like the red world pool, and the best part is the yellow water slide i have pot my ball down and i slided. i recamend coming here

Negative experience: This center is disgusting. It's very, very hard to cancel your membership. They charged me one month more for extra 70 dollars. That's their problem. But they behaved very rude and unrespectful. I already come here and called for five times. Every time spoke to a different staff and they never never Solved my problem and ask me again about what happened. James and madeleine And two ladies has talked to me through the phone. They never call me back and emailed me even they promised. DON'T JOIN them, Because they don't let you cancel And refund you. Very bad staffs who lie.

Fantastic experience: So stiff I could hardly walk, I did stretches and gravity-free movements in the heated 1.3 metre deep pool then more plus some laps in the main pool. The diving end is deep enough to stretch out vertically. Then I finished off in the warm spa pool, the jets were very good for the muscles up my back. I walked out rejuvenated. The possible downward spiral into immobility and pain was reversed. I followed it up two days later to prevent relapse. I took my son in law and a three-year old and a one-year old there for the first time on a Saturday, the toddler was scared at first but both loved it by the end of the visit, we stayed in the shallow kid's pool.

Fantastic experience: This pool is low key amazing, slide (open select times for a fee), learn to swim classes, play sculptures in the pool... Best indoor pool I've ever been to.

Negative experience: Came for a fun Sunday arvo with the kids. Water slide closed to public for a party, canteen closed and front desk wouldn't lend us a spoon to eat a yoghurt because they 'only have the right amount so don't hand them out'. Had potential for a nice afternoon, turned out rather disappointing for the kids.

Positive experience: Great place, needs more tables and a kiosk that sells hot food or something. But enjoyed having a picnic with the kids anyway ☺️

Fantastic experience: Just enjoyed an hour swimming here and watching Mia with her swimming lesson. Warm pool and plenty of scope with multiple pools to suit your needs. Wheelchair friendly. Clean change rooms and good parking too

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff who are helpful. They always have a life guard on duty. Just make sure to check when classes are on if you want to swim laps. Has discounts for seniors. Can do gym and pool or just one of them. I go to swim laps. Clean, well maintained and also indoors so you don’t have to put sunscreen on. Backs out to a grassy area and gum trees. Has a kids play area and pool. Would recommend

Negative experience: I visited the pool and spa today after a long absence due to family illness. I was horrified at the condition of the sauna and steam room, both areas were dirty with clumps of hair covering both drains. The floors were quite soiled looking with debris in each area, but the exterior of the steam room door had a black substance around the lower edge. I did not use the shower as the floor was so stained and greasy not to mention the black lines between the tiles. Am I the only one who noticed this ?

Fantastic experience: Great facilities (gym, sauna, spa, lap pool (25m) shallow pool and play pool with water slide) and attentive and courteous staff. Indoors so open throughout the year and it adjoins a park with play equipment Incase that helps anyone.

Positive experience: We enjoyed seeing our grandchildren having their swimming lessons. Looked like the staff was really great with the children. Also nice to see the playpool area and the lap pool.

Some form of snacks and refreshments would of been great as after 3 hours in a pool kids get very hungry and there really isn’t anywhere within walking distance to get food.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming staff, trainers, etc. I found the rpm and sprint classes to be really great with a strong sense of support. Swimming in the morning is a great experience and the showers are always hot!

Fantastic experience: Lovely ambience with bush all around and seen while swimming. G8T Kids pool and Medium 1.3M pool (heaps of pool 'toys' on hand, and Lap pool. ALL heated with chill taken out of water! Good close parking and easy to find off the Highway! 9/10

Negative experience: Saturday afternoon 20th of feb at 3:30 my sister and her 2 friends ( they are all 13 years old ) were refused entry because they are not accompanied by an adult. They have been let in on multiple occasions for years and there hasn’t been a problem except for when one staff member has been working. This pool is very convenient to where we live and is a great place for my younger sister to meet up safely with friends and have a few good hours of fun, it’s very unfortunate that this one staff member has on multiple occasions made my sister cry and feel that she is not welcome. I find that the inconsistency of allowing children in is obvious, my sisters friends ( who are also 13) were let into the pool by a completely different staff member a week earlier. I think they need to have a chat with their staff about these *rules* that they enforce and make sure that all the staff are in complete understanding as it has made these young kids quite distressed that they could not have a fun time at the pool and enjoy a swim on a hot day.

Negative experience: To the old lady that works the front desk this Saturday afternoon 20/2/21 wouldn’t let my younger sister in (age 12) not *15, I remember her being able to go in Alone at 8-1. Why has the same lady aloud the same aged people to go into the pool (12 years and younger). This lady has brought tears to my little sisters eyes a numbers of times. There is no consistency with these *rules*. I understand that this seem insignificant to most people but as this pool is right around the corner from our house and not everyone in my family drives and we all work it is extremely hard to travel.

Positive experience: Can't comment on the pool as i haven't used it, The gym is adequate but could use some improvement. The area for stretching and mat work has been moved to an even smaller space than it was already in. I think it's also quite expensive considering the small size, limited machines and how busy it gets.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility nestled in the trees on the border with Faulconbridge. Turn right at the Faulconbridge sign and follow the signs to the pool. Lovely friendly caring staff. Plenty of parking, lots of shade. Beautiful clean pool, dated but lovely facilities, single shower cubicles for privacy, (but nowhere to keep your stuff dry so you have to leave dry stuff outside in the common change area), clean toilets, pool physio equipment available to use. Lovely shallow pool for kids' learn to swim school, slow, medium, and fast lap lanes in the 25m pool. Spa and sauna for relaxing in after your swim or workout. $7 per adult visit, cheaper if you buy in advance or have a concession. Gymnasium there as well, but we didn't use that. Lovely ramp and facilities for the disabled plus a huge disabled/family change room/ toilet. Great for families, come up for a visit!!

Negative experience: Terrible service. For example, several of the Men's Locker have been broken, for at least a year.

Positive experience: The facilities are 5-star. The prices are, for this pensioner, prohibitive. The chlorine management causes me trouble; apparently not a problem for the people there.

Fantastic experience: I took my four young grandchildren (aged 7, 5 and 3) here in the last school holidays and it was a massive hit with everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and It's so lovely to have an indoor pool that opens onto grass and trees. The water car and circular whirlpool were the childrens' favourites, and they can't wait to be tall enough to use the fun-looking water slide. I also like that there is no fancy cafe on site, so families can bring their own picnic food to have indoors or on the grass outside. It saves lots of dollars, as well as the hassle of having to deal with kids' pestering for junk food. This place is now high on our list of school holiday activities.
