Cardio equipment is so advanced you can spend hours running and watching tour fav shows on the huge screens! Very safe and secure lockers and great parking space where no matter the time of the day you find a spot! Also there is this cute floof Sybia the german shepherd that accompanies your workout at times.. All in all it’s the gun amongst all the gyms out there!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many AF, and I believe this one is the greatest in terms of everyday operations and atmosphere. Bright, clean, with enough of fruits available, and staff that are responsive and active in inspecting the bathroom facilities and tidying up the equipment, making this AF stand out from others. Downsides, as others have said here, it is a little crowded between 5-7pm, really good vibe but ideally if everyone working out during these hours could be more mindful that other people are waiting for them to complete their sets and share the equipment if possible, that would be awesome, to be fair, nothing to deal with the gym itself.

Positive experience: Awesome gym in general, good equipment, and friendly staff. Maybe 1 more smith machine is needed :) The only downfall I have noticed is during peak hours (around 5-7pm) there has been groups literally sitting on the floor or standing in busy/tight spaces talking… often blocking equipment! Totally disrespectful to other gym goers and zero spacial awareness. This is not the fault of AF staff at all, but I do hope these people can be more aware of their surroundings and move their social gatherings elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Been here 1 month now, so decided to give an honest review. Big factor, on main road, easy to drive to, a lot of free parking spaces right beside and on the back. Good gym, lots of people at every hour. Everyone kinda polite, never left weights lying around, re-rack after complete, etc.... The staffs are very friendly and bubbly as well, though I don't interact much with them (I workout late into the night). Also saw a new cable machine yesterday, exciting!!! guess I can expect improvements and changes overtime as well. Love the tree and candy canes for Christmas as well, holiday mood yay yay!
