Positive experience: Staff here all always friendly and helpful, our children have come a long way with their swimming over the past year we are pleased with overall service 4 stars only for the facilities that NEED some attention. Only 4 showers for such a busy centre is just not enough especially in the woman's toilets with so many children. Freshening them up would be a step in the right direction.

Negative experience: Very disappointed at the poor cleaning schedule of the facilities not only poo in the pool but also in the showers. Disgusting, especially considering it had been reported, and 45 min later the showers were still out of action due to someone's "actions in the shower"

Fantastic experience: Gym has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, trainers are fantastic.

Positive experience: Had a few swim classes with toddler. Floors very slippery to walk on, small change rooms. Classes arent divided up in pool (there could be few other groups of children in other lessons that swim past you in yours) not enough room to perform certain things when class is full and other classes going on aswell. No option to leisurely swim in a pool while waiting for class or practice after? Might be something to look at? Instructors however, are very nice and bubbly and is probably biggest draw card.

Negative experience: 1Star-plex: Good at signing memberships just not keeping them. Charge late fees but dont advise the customer there are any fees outstanding. Outstanding effort Debit Success, losing your clients customers....

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Everytime I arrive at this wonderful establishment I am greeted by homely smiles and encouraging staff. Whenever I am working out at the gym the staff as well as other people are always nice to me and help me out whenever I require some form of assistance. The equipment here is modern and we'll maintained mechanically and up to date with covidsafe protocols

Positive experience: Very clean pool and amenities, and not too crowded in the evenings for a casual swim. The pool doesn't feel heated; it feels like it takes on the ambient temperature, so always feels very cold when you first get in.

Positive experience: Do hydrotherapy here, I personally find the large pool quite cold, but the smaller pool is usually busy but is warmer. Staff particularly lifeguard very helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: I don't hate it. It is a very good facility and have been a member for approx 20 years. Normally I would give it a good rating but currently they have No visible Covid Officer and no one is managing people not using a towel or wiping down the equipment after they have used it.

Positive experience: Great centre offering a variety of sports, swimming, gym etc. Great cafe for snacks, meals, drinks etc. Their current COVID precautions are fab, they are protecting the public well, you can see a lot of thought has gone into it to ensure they can continue to operate as close to normal as possible.
