Fantastic experience: For the price you pay, this gym has more than you would expect. Machines are well kept. Plenty of machines available. Spa has massage chairs and hydro beds which is a plus.

Negative experience: One of the worst fitness club in sydeny to attend. They have no known rules, no interest in customers, and the service is unacceptably bad. This club does not even deserve one star. I paid for a year in advance, but due to my personal circumstances, I cannot attend at the club. They do not refund money or transfer to another person like the rest of the sports clubs do. I highly recommend not to join with this gym. It's not about money. It's about self confidence.

Fantastic experience: However, since joining planet fitness I've been very consistent. Thanks to Darly taylor They created an environment where workouts are fun and enjoyable for everyone. and he is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals quickly. Negative experience: Few staff members are just rude. Asked my 15years old to get out at 8pm as he was not a member and i am struggling to get parking on thursday evening at around 8pm. Giving a reason that if he broke table or chairs of waiting area who will be responsible. Totally not understandable.

Negative experience: Stopped going a year ago and im still getting charged every fortnight , apparently im still in a repeating contract which is ultimately a scam. Dont make my mistake and sign up. Negative experience: Disregarding the negative reviews could be a risky move, as I now regret not heeding the warnings about this fitness center. Despite informing them that I was only expressing interest and had never actually used the gym, they continued to withdraw money from my account. At one point, they even attempted to deduct $70 within a span of just 2 weeks. The business practices are questionable and the managers are rude. Don't be swayed by the low prices - it's simply not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, no attitudes. Good for the beginner, as well as the experienced. No posers is great.

Negative experience: I joined this GYM October 20 22? One month after I change jobs and I had to travel and I requested that termination however they answered me that I have to fill a form physically in the gym. I filled the forms and left it trusting the staff member to process and that wasn’t the case since then I went back 3 times and filled the forms as every time they are saying that there is nothing on the system and nothing is showing that I wanted to cancel . recently I had to travel overseas and I visited the GYM in December/November and put a complaint and requested a call back from a manager which didn’t happen till today, and just last week I went to visit and asked what’s going on as the membership was still going deducting from my Bank account every month and been advised by one of the managers that Their regional Manager will be calling me which didn’t happen yet and the email Provided to complain to is not existing. This is like a nightmare now I really need someone to call me ASAP.

Positive experience: Spacious gym with plenty of equipment. Everyone is cool and staff are friendly. Great value for money. Need more benches for free weights + Bench Press. Need new cable machines - starting to lag behind new and upcoming gyms who have more equipment/machines to cover all muscle groups. Plenty of room to accommodate new machines. Need scales to track weight-loss progress!! Overall a great gym with room for improvement

Negative experience: Very disappointed that Management doesn't react for women's requests to have classes starting at 9-10am... seriously! Why all mums can't have classes when I drop off kids to school and wait until 12pm? Thats why i stopped going there.. come back in half a year hoping there are some changes towards this.. NO! Disgusting! Shame on you, managers!

Negative experience: This gym was still deducting from my account even after terminating my membership for 4 consecutive fortnights until I realized the fraud!!! And the general manager has no intention to help me get my refund because either he is an ignorant person or he is not capable of doing his job. It's been many months since following up with emails every week and there is no single response. So I'll be escalating this matter to the consumers rights. Update: Have emailed after the owner's reply to the suggested email and it's been 10 days still no response & no acknowledgement. Seems like the owner is also just pretending to be supportive just by responding to my negative review and taking no further actions. FINAL UPDATE: Finally, I was approached by their Regional Manager and was offered an immediate refund after explaining the back story. She is the nicest, kindest and most professional person I've ever dealt with who even offered me credit to my account as gratitude. So huge respect to her & her kind gesture has also motivated me to get back to the gym again. So I am very happy with how all this has come to an end.

Negative experience: I used to be a member of Planet Futness in the USA. I was always amazed with the service there. This Casula branch proved it wrong - especially that the manager Brad. I joined this gym at Casula 4 months ago. I followed their instructions and gave them direct debit. I had to go to USA suddenly for 6 weeks for a family emergency. I removed the bank details from my planet account. I also called them which was not answered. I later found that they continuously charged me at all times. I spoke to the manager Brad and explained the compassionate reason. I requested 6 weeks credit and let me continue the gym there. He was talking like he wanted to create an argument. Never friendly. He took another 3 weeks to give me an answer. It was probably to keep me in for that time because the answer was still no after 3 weeks. I asked him if that 6 weeks payment is more important to him than loosing a member for a year and more. That probably went over his head. I ended up cancelling my membership. I found they still charged my account after the cancellation. I am going to Fair Trading NSW for it and the previous.

Negative experience: It is a great gym, has amazing ventilation and very spacious. Some of the equipment is old and not maintained. The red light booth is not an actual red light therapy booth, it reminds me of a tanning booth minus the UV rays. Why I give this gym a two stars is because of their staff, they seem disinterested and two of them very surly and unwelcoming. We had a free visit and didn’t feel enthusiasm from dealing with the staff, they had unapproachable feel and a bit of an attitude. Otherwise, it is a great facility, hope they can fix their staff’s engagement, not sure of the reason why they seem so unhappy.

We always want to ensure that our members receive friendly and helpful experiences with staff, and that the equipment is in good shape or fixed in a timely manner. Lastly, without knowing your specific concern regarding the red light booth, we can only cover well-known questions that typically arise, which are about the bulb colours. The bulbs actually do look white when you are in it, but if you take a picture it looks red. It has to do with the way our eyes see the light spectrum. Negative experience: Kicked out for being too strong. Planet Fitness is the worst gym for people who are actually strong and want to get gains.
Positive experience: Good value for money buuuuttt such a babied gym. No squat racks, no dead lifts, no bench press and on top of that. Only 5 benches or so, have to wait ages for someone to finish. Would be better if they had many more benches for the free weights.

Negative experience: I have been going to ANYTIME FITNESS for over 10 years, went with my dad one day after he insisted i check PF out, whilst they offer incredible ammenities. Their machines do not cater to people of all sizes. I’m 5.1 and almost none of their machines had an adjustment suitable to my height. Whilst anytime fitness does.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. I love the space, and everyone is there to just workout and do their thing, which is great, that means there’s no one just sitting around the machines and not using it. Staff are always friendly, patient and helpful, even when I have the silliest questions like how do I use this machine and what is it for. Black card is good for when you want to bring a visitor and use the black room facilities, I personally like the hydro chair, good for before and after workouts. Overall for the price I’m paying, it’s a good gym, would recommend it.

Positive experience: The gym itself has all the right equipment. It would be great if it had a sauna or even scales to weigh yourself sometimes Or some type of size measurement but they don't have them. If you like using the massage chair all the water massage chair afterwards I suggest the black card. The big downfall of this gym is that they're not open 24/7 The only open Monday to Thursday around the clock and Friday they close at midnight. And then Saturday and Sunday is barely worth going unless you want to go in the daytime with lots of people because they're not opening the night time at all. And I'm very much a night person. It's the thing that I really hate about this gym. Also, when I asked them why they don't have scales or any type of measurement, they just shrug their shoulders at me so I'm not even sure what that's supposed to mean.

Fantastic experience: Joined Planet Fitness Crossroads Sydney, Australia when they first opened new location late 2020. I must say it's a brilliant Gym the floor area is massive well over 2000 square meters, equipment is clean and good. Always good to be greeted by the friendly staff and can't beat the price very affordable. Black card member is great too can bring a friend for free also use the relaxation black card area!! :-)

Negative experience: Gone downhill severely over the past month. Probably 1/6th of the machines are broken. Can no longer get the black card perks if you go late at night and now, no access to lockers after 930. It's a joke!

Negative experience: The gym itself is good a lot of machine heaps of space how ever it says on the wall a lunk is someone who wears body building singlets and drinks water out of a gallon water bottle and drops weights and on the wall right next to that it says judgement free zone so what there happy to call you a lunk if you wear a body building singlet in a gym and drink water out of gallon jug but they don't judge come on man it's a gym

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym at Casula, No lock in contract and we got a tour from one of the staff members there. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but she's awesome and knowledgeable. Very clean and it's not overcrowded. My wife loves the VIP room for some relaxation away from the kids.

Fantastic experience: I am with PF Casula for quite sometime now. I was never a gym person. I kinda pushed myself to speak to Jason one day. He showed me some equipment, how to use them and told me to see him in two weeks. Then he told me to attend a DYOP session and that completely changed my understanding. Session was with Kirsty. She was amazingly helpful. She took detailed notes about myself, my goal and interest. For next step Jason designed a program for me, also showed me exactly what to do and how to do. And many additional tips. It’s an amazing experience. Really great support and service. Everyone in PF team is amazingly helpful and polite. All the best Jason, Kirsty and PF team!!

Positive experience: Great gym! Their equipment is modern and not old. There is alot of cleaning going on which is good. Bring a guest and spa use on black membership is great. Bathrooms are always clean and modern looking. No bad smells etc. Their views on no judgement is good, I feel safe and not judged when working out here. There are some people that show off a bit but only seen that once or twice. I recommend not going in peak hours and using the app to advise you of current members in gym levels as I went in peak time and it was extremely busy. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and always happy to help. I recommend this gym to anyone who genuinely wants to improve their fitness without the stress of heavy weight lifters etc in the gym (like at a 24/7 gym).

Fantastic experience: Never in my 46 years of life has someone actually explained what “engage your core” means. Always pleasantly surprised to see Joe’s smiling and welcoming face at front desk. Joe then introduced me to Jason. Jason is on another level of determination! Having had back surgeries and other health issues, Jason took time out of his day to sit with me and show me what I need to do and how to do it. Jason is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about his drive, professionalism, education, Understanding, empathy and sympathy. I now have a goal and something to look forward to. He’s given me the mental strength to want to actually go to the gym to achieve my goals. Thank you so much Jason. You are amazing!

Negative experience: Sign up online but force you to come in to terminate. Then charge you for missed payments on their end upon finishing. No consideration for circumstance. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Love the clean and modern look. Hydro massage chairs and beds, plus full body tanning. But mostly love my trainer Sunny. He works so hard to give us a fun and great workout! Can be a little crowded at peak hours, but maybe that's what motivates me more. Free access to WiFi and easy and close parking available. Update- still love the environment and feel the energy. This gym has become my family. Love to be welcomed by Simon and some of the other crew members, warm and welcome greeting with the cutest smiles. Heartbreaking to say goodbye to Sunny our trainer, but a huge welcome to Christine, Thomas and Kayla. Who have really done well in replacing the classes with some intense training. Which I'm seeing so much results from. Thank you Planet fitness for giving us such great and affordable experience.
Fantastic experience: I joined Planet Fitness just recently and the amount of encouragement I found was incredibly amazing. The staff are all well chosen for the centre very helpful and easy going. Personal training is also another great element in this Gym. Special thanks to the trainer Jason who is providing me with great training programs, healthy tips and he is always there for me to support, encourage and give guidance.
Negative experience: Joined the gym. Have asked if I can pay upfront for the whole year. Paid. Now they charging me extra administration fee and when complained been told that they dont care and thats the rules. So much for customer service and creating positive athmosphere. Would not recommend at all. Gym where they dont care about customers and all about signing more people to the gym.
Fantastic experience: I love it here!!! Great gym for beginners, very friendly staff who greet you warmly when you enter and when you leave, lovely atmosphere and most importantly wide range of equipment! They have countless additional services and I feel very comfortable every time I come here. The only thing I wish would be improved was the fact that there are no heavy weights/deadlifting area but you get what you pay for. Overall a fantastic service but adding deadlifts would make it a thousand times better. Deadlifting on the smith machine is very different to freely doing it.
Positive experience: No free olympic bar and bench. Otherwise, good deal.

Fantastic experience: Prefect gym to train at , perfect facilities and especially they have great staff who are always friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend to speak to Jason who is one of the trainers. He has a high level of knowledge and experience and has really helped me throughout my time at the gym. He gives the perfect advice and is very supportive.

Negative experience: Absolutely money minded people !! I cancelled my membership within 2 months of joining and they still auto debited annual fees from my account ( after the membership was cancelled ). And they are highly resistant to refund that amount. What a pity ! I am about to file case with NSW fair trading to get my money back. Stay away from them if possible !

As per the signed membership agreement form, annual fees are normally taken out between thirty and sixty days after ones original sign-on date, and cancellations must be submitted prior to the enumerated deadline in order to waive this final billing. Positive experience: LOVE this gym. Great vibe, very welcoming, great staff, the people aren't too bad either aside for some days I go and there are some people that literally sit on the equipment talking with their mates rather than working out but there's literally areas where you can do that. I've seen a lot of people workout sweat all over the machine and jump off and move to the next without wiping down. However, I always see the staff wiping down the equipment machine, vacuuming and putting away equipment (although this one is the person who used it lasts responsibility) Plenty of equipment to use. I think the staff and the gym itself are a 5* rating but because of (some) people it brings it to a 4* rating for me. LET THE GYM OPEN BACK UP covid. I was really seeing personal improvement.
