Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars then I would. I joined at the end of August, being a bigger girl I was really nervous about working out and not knowing what to expect. Let me tell you, this has been the best decision I’ve ever made! Joining World Gym has been nothing but amazing. Everyone is so kind and supportive and all the staff are super friendly and eager to help out with anything you ask! It’s been really lovely getting to know the staff and the other gym goers. The crèche is absolutely amazing, and the girls who work there absolutely love their job and you can see it. I took part in their 8 week challenge and it was the most fun and engaging event! I highly recommend it! I’ve met an amazing PT who I absolutely adore and honestly I really look forward to coming to the gym every day! The classes are also super fun and you get to meet new people! Thank you to everyone at world gym for the support ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best gym on the Gold Coast and so worth the drive from Pimpama! I’ve trained at practically every World Gym in Queensland and this is up there with the best! Equipment is plentiful, clean and in good condition. Also plenty of equipment that’s unique. Never have any dramas with parking and heaps of space to train.

Negative experience: Something is seriously wrong with the billing department I added my card they said invalid I had so much money in it never made an effort to charge I think they want to charge extra fee. I went to the gym and updated my details bsb and account number again I get the same message have they lost it

Fantastic experience: I rate the Creche 5 stars! The Creche ladies Deb & Karen are so caring and kind. I’m very grateful to have such a good gym Creche to leave my kids while I can go train. Deb, Karen and the team are really fabulous and it’s a massive help for me so I can train knowing my little one is having fun and being well taken care of!!

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Ashmore are always welcoming and helpful. The machines are far better than any other gym on the coast. There’s no need to go to supplement stores anymore as they have everything for sale at reception. Would definitely recommend signing up here over any other gym!

Negative experience: Just wanted to stick my head inside to check it out before joining but they insisted I fill out an online sign up form. Bugger me all the questions, I walked out and the shame is I really think I would have joined.

Negative experience: I have been training at various World Gym locations across the country for years. Today, I decided to try a different World Gym than my usual spot. Upon arrival, I grabbed my pre-workout and headed to enter the gym. Unfortunately, my tag didn’t work, so I approached the reception and explained the issue.Despite showing my fitness passport, the receptionist insisted that I would need to pay $35 for a new tag if I wanted to train that day. He refused to let me in without the payment.Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I left and went to a nearby competitor, where I was able to train at no cost.To the receptionist: you need to improve your people skills and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Okay how do I start, the first second I went into the shop I was instantly hooked by how many supplements and EQUIPMENTS they have. Is rare to see gyms selling lifting straps and lifting belts. Inside the gym it was super friendly but the music is DEFINITELY TOO LOUD for my liking but I get the motivations. Love it so far, way better than other gyms in the area and will try their shakes.

Negative experience: If you are a FIFO worker, do not join world gym because they will tell you that they can put you on a FIFO schedule and then charge you a late fee for a payment. You didn't know that you were making because you've been away. If you would like to give back the 400 dollars you guys took while I was away and was unaware that you were taking it would make everything better

Negative experience: Horrible experience at the end of my contract... Because I left the country I had to pay 400 dollars to cancel mine and my partner membership which I never complained and paid because I had contract. However at the same day but AFTER I had my cancellation done, me and my partner had been charged one more week. No one never told me that it'll happen to aware me at least. When I realised that I paid one more week I contacted the gym to see what's going on. They just said that the payment was automatically even though I had made the cancellation earlier and they cannot give my money back without any reasonable reason. I talked with Tiama but she tried to offer reopening my membership for one more week even me telling her twice that I'm no in the country anymore. Pretty easy money.. very dodgy situation. Paid 400 dollars to cancel my plan and had them charging me again after my membership was cancelled..

Positive experience: It's OK, has everything you need but is very busy and not many people wipe the equipment down. Needs more space and equipment. I was hopeful that when the lighting store moved from next door that they would lease the property and extend it but unfortunately not.

Positive experience: Great gym with a good variety of equipment for resistance training. You won't see 50 treadmills here!!! (Thank gosh) Only thing that would make this place better would a REDUCTION in people! Trying to go during the day is a Joke when you can barely get around people and have to wait in line to use the benchs or racks...

Positive experience: Trialled the gym for a week, good atmosphere but near impossible to use the cables as they are either broken or in use (I blame the tik tok influencers for all the new “isolation” exercises). A couple more dual cable pulley stations would make this gym incredible.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever! Visited the place to get a membership but the staff was very rude to us and didn’t show the place around and told they cant show it and cant take a picture of the membership rates that was kept there. I will never recommend anyone, my friends and family to join this place.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it’s the best gym on the gc and i’ve been reluctant to review it because then everyone will want to go here. The equipment is perfect for bodybuilding and i’ve never had to ask for a new machine or piece of equipment because they’ve already replaced things well before any equipment may expire. Shoutout to Jaman for his outstanding customer service. He listened to some feedback and has since, made a positive change. I’ve got the fitness passport and have signed up to almost every gym just to try them out. This gym is the best gym closest to me.

Positive experience: They were open Christmas Eve and permitted casual visits! So big win there. They have just about every piece of equipment you would want or need. With many lifting platforms and more than enough dumbbells. They also sell delicious shakes that actually cover your macros well. Only flaw I found is the mobility area is kind of an afterthought. There's not much going on in there. I like to mobilise before and after.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is nice and the work ethic of the people coming to the gym is commendable. Extremely helpful staff and a great space to workout. I would recommend this as a good option if you are looking for a gym. They have options for classes such as HIIT, boxing, Pilates, GRIT, core etc. The place is worth a try if you're skeptical about how you'd go.
