Negative experience: WIFI not working and the signal inside the gym is extremely BAD. I have to get out of the gym to edit this review on google maps. Guys imagine how horrible of this place. Even it’s renovated lately the equipment still same and old. I can still smell glue in the air after one month. The got dead spiders on the wall… Update on 4th Nov not internet and no signal at all. If I can review with ZERO, I definitely will.

Positive experience: Please can you stop messing with the times on google, because putting your office hrs instead of gym hours gets rid of live view to see how busy it is. Sucks spending money on transportation to get there only to find the gym full. If you put your business hrs for office in a graphic post in your photos and social as a pinned post, it won’t mess with live view then. Pro: Facilities are pretty good, has all the equipment you need for cardio and weights. Single washrooms. Parking outside and there is a carpark that opens at 6am. Convenient that it is right by Westfield and a walk to the train or bus. Most patrons are friendly. Cons: Night time users regularly do not rack weights and equipment and often leave a mess, and 2-3x a week it smells like vodka with the late night gym goers. Keep an eye on the groups of boys that come in to treat it as a hang out. Also people using chalk leave a huge mess for other people using the benches and racks.

Positive experience: Didn't sign up. They tried to sell on pricing (being cheaper than their competitor across the road), but the gym is smaller and wouldn't let me try training there for a session to see if I liked the atmosphere. Equipment seemed basic, but complete

Negative experience: The gym was great and I enjoyed my time training in the facility. Massive problems arose when I had followed my contact and finished my last payment. Two months later sending a debt collection agency after me for a sum 3X larger than the total I had spent at the gym. I have given evidence and confirmation emails from both my accounts and the gyms accounts confirming the terminations of my account and the final transaction but still they persist to collect unwarranted funds. Please feel free to go as a casual but under no circumstances sign a membership. Absolutely shocked with everything that has transpired.

Fantastic experience: Such a supportive environment! I went in to sign up (first time at a gym) and Annabelle gave me an indepth tour and explained everything so well. The gym was busy when I came in but the girls were still very welcoming and took time to intrroduce me to the equipment. Even got a free session with PT Emily afterwards. Great facility too - always clean and the girls working are always up for a chat

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, friendly staff, all the equipment you need, never too busy. One time I was walking by the gym and I tripped and as I was falling one of the staff opened the front door, walked outside, caught me before I hit the ground, and gave me a protein shake to help me relax. This is apparently the gym that 2003 Ronnie Coleman worked out in.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing and the equipment is great aswell but the best thing about this gym is the staff and PT trainers especially Emily, she has helped everyone who has come and left and being an inspiration for me to continue this gym along with my mate Adam.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym just like anyone else but after spending 2 months here I know now why even with so many gyms around the place this was by far the best one around. The trainers here are just not trainers but friends and mentors who help you meet your goals in no time. Lost 4 kilos in 2 months and also gained noticable muscle. This gym is nothing short of epic; clean, organized and well managed. Emily and Serena are two amazing trainers so approachable and so easy to learn from. Wasn't able to upload a pic like I promised, I'm so so happy to have met you guys and learned off of you. Thank you so much for all your help and helping me achieve my goals. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to seriously achieve fitness goals.

Great value at $100 for 3 months, considering my old PT cost that much PER SESSION of one hour. Glad I found these guys!

It is very clean, it's welcoming, the members are all respectful, the staff is super friendly, open and helpful and I really love going there. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: It amazes me the equipment they’ve fit into this tiny space, and you can tell all the members respect it! You can come in on a Sunday and plates, dumbbells, foam rollers, etc. will be back in their places so it’s always easy to find. I love the culture here. Everyone looks after each other, no one is in competition. You can tell straight away the staff care about the gym floor being in a good clean state and care about the people using it. I secretly hope no one else sees this review so I can enjoy this gym by myself.
