Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying the group classes at Element fitness. The class booking system is very easy to use, which helps me to plan my week ahead. The group classes are never over crowded and the class size is very decent. Awesome gym!

Fantastic experience: I only had the privilege of coming to this gym for a month because I had to move suburbs due to circumstances but i wish i could take this gym with me. This gym just FELT good. Not sure if it was the ambience, or the well maintained machines, the cleanliness, the customer service or what it was but it just felt good. Will miss going here

Negative experience: Really enjoy this gym, however there is one female trainer with glasses here that consistently leaves machines loaded up with weight and walks off leaving it for other people to deal with. Watched her leave at least a dozen plates on the floor even next to a machine. So lazy and such a bad look when all of your paying customers are doing the right thing but a trainer is so disrespectful to everyone else there

Service at Element Fitness Health Club is exceptional The Club has so much to offer including wide choice of equipment, great facilities like lockers, showers, change rooms, even sauna, and last but not least a massive number of various fitness classes to choose from lead by amazing instructors. And all of this at very affordable prices. I couldn't believe my luck! I highly recommend Element Fitness Health Club to anyone who wants the best in the area.

Positive experience: A great gym. Lots of equipment for strength and fitness training and also classes with plenty of options. Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff, adequate change rooms and the bonus of a sauna and steam room. The gym app is easy to use to book classes, and gives you 24/7 access, and all of this for basic membership at a great price. Best of all it’s not a franchise - but family owned.

Positive experience: Joining the Element Fitness gym has been fantastic. The reception team are welcoming and helpful. I joined with a 6 week program including gym, classes, reformer and sauna plus a evolt body scan. The classes were varied with excellent instructors. (There's always ample parking even in busy times). I've since joined on a long term membership and really enjoying coming regularly to the gym.

Positive experience: Really enjoying gym. I have been afraid to join gym for many years because of my lack of fitness but I am surprised at how well I’m coping. I never feel embarrassed for taking classes at my own pace if I need to. I’m going every second day, look forward to it in advance and have recommended multiple friends. Really happy here.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Having never been to a gym before I was really unsure about the whole thing. The staff were so helpful and explained things in great detail, even taking time out to show me around the gym and explain all the group classes. I started on the free trial, then eventually signing up for membership, and the whole experience was smooth and I felt looked after during each step. I can highly recommend Element. Positive experience: Pretty solid Gym been going here for a while now. Pretty clean Gym equipment, One improvment could be fixing things ASAP, such as the bubler as it has been recently out of action. In the last 6 months it has been out of action twice totaling around 4 months out of action(correct me if Im wrong). Otherwise its one of the best gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: Been a member at this gym for over 10 years now! Never gets super busy (I go mostly in the late morning or at night), and has all the equipment you need! Staff are friendly and it's very relaxed. The gym offers a number of pilates and other classes but I've never used them.

Staff will listen to your feedback and they show respect to all members. Lasantha is an amazing experienced coach and has helped me get my fitness on track. I highly recommend him. Culture: Very supportive and friendly. Great positive gym community for all ages. You will get to know most people by name and make quality friends. Equipment: High quality and maintained to excellent standard. There are multiple machines of the main popular compounds (eg flat/incline barbell bench, Deadlift platform, pull up bars, squat racks, lat pull-down) so you can get an efficient workout even during peak times. Wide variety of solid attachments for cable machines, that are friendly to your hands and allow you to effectively target your muscles. Definitely my go to gym if I return to the area. Do not hesitate to sign up here.

They've always been very accommodating for my chronic health condition whenever I have to suspend my membership. it's one less pressure and I've really appreciated it. Fantastic experience: I had a recent sport injury resulting in a knee reconstruction which meant I had to start going to the gym which I had never done before. Element fitness has been fantastic, all staff are all friendly and approachable, there is a very good supportive general energy (which is much appreciated especially for a gym novice). In addition everything I need is here, and all facilities are kept clean and in good condition.

Fantastic experience: This time last year I decided it was high time to lose my pregnancy weight. By healthy diet and daily 5km walk, I manage to lose 20kg. But then I hit a plateau and that’s when I decided I need to join the gym. Did a lot of research and found this place. And no turning back since then! When I first started, I did a lot of cardio classes. Loved all the classes but it didn’t do much for my weight lose journey. March this year I decided to join the 28 days challenge the gym organized. It was then I learned from the experts that I need to do strength training to lose body fat. But I didn’t know what to do or where to start. Big shout out to Lasantha my PT for all his guidance and encouragement! 5 months into strength training, I’ve lost another 17kg. Total weight lost now is 37kg and I keep going. As I’ve never felt this good and strong in years! How is this gym different from the ones I’ve joined in the past? This is a place we all encourage and inspire each other! Love the support I get here. From the instructors, trainers, front desk folks to my fellow gym mates! Everyone here is so passionate about fitness and health which keeps pushing me. Which is very important when you are working towards a goal. Big thanks to all the instructors Naomi, Jacqui, Rachel, Nicole, Jade, Nicky and trainers Lasantha, Marcus, Dwayne, Rick for the constant encouragement and guidance. And my fellow gym mates, thanks for inspiring me and our socializing sessions in the gym! Wouldn’t have made it this far without you guys! Cheers!

Fantastic experience: As the first point of contact to this gym, Joey has been fantastic. I am really enjoying the Pilates classes - Jenni and Leanne are highly knowledgeable and offer plenty of alternatives for my dodgy back and shoulder. All the staff I have encountered are friendly which makes attending the gym a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym, the facilities and the classes, the parking is easy and the instructors and service is wonderful, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great gym.

Positive experience: Good value gym, convenient access, spacious and good class timetable. Only downside is maintenance not great (equipment cleaning facilities/ bathroom etc) but probably understandable given low fees and staffing levels.

I always believed to be independent in maintaining my fitness goals. I was in a dilemma, as I was contradicting to what I believed.. But to be frank, this is one of the best decisions I have made! I continue to be independent and choose what kind of fitness regime I want to follow and am enjoying my fitness journey! The app too is super convenient to plan in advance and work around to make time for oneself! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have just joined & all the classes are awesome. Zumba, yoga, body fit. There are lots of treadmills and bikes, so you can always get one you don’t have to wait.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I never thought “I love gym” would be words coming out of my mouth. It’s got everything - amazing instructors who give 110% every class, friendly staff, a extras like competitions and fitness info sessions, Pilates room, great spin room, amazing choice of classes on the timetable. Also has a welcoming, homely vibe … and even a cafe in the shopping centre if you want to treat yourself. I came from Fernwood and there’s no comparison.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, I love the fact that I have not been treated as a number, but a human being I have been checked on all the time. and offered help. First time in my life I stayed more than 3 weeks in a gym and keep on going more than once a week. I feel much better.

Fantastic experience: I signed up with the 28 day pass to just try out all of the options before committing to a full membership. To say I was impressed would be an understatement, the equipment and classes are excellent quality and well worth it. The personal highlight for me though is the staff, Baxter was the one I originally spoke with and he checked in throughout the 28 days to see how it was going. All the staff there are super nice, including the instructors in the classes, they all make it feel like a very welcoming gym and and friendly and safe environment. I have now signed on to a 12 month membership. 10/10

Fantastic experience: In the 2 weeks that I've been a member with this gym; I've been smiled at, included, asked how my day was going, encouraged and made to feel completely welcomed by all the staff and the clients that attend this gym. I really enjoy the variety of classes at the convinient times - especially during the day. I enjoy using the sauna too so I can have less Dom's for the days to come after the workout. I can't highly recommend enough and thanks guys for just doing what you do best.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! I tried some gyms before I joined Element. Element is the best! I have lots of fun in Element! To be honest, I don’t feel bored in the group fitness class although doing exercises is a tough and boring thing. Amazing instructors , very nice & friendly gym buddies around me, very efficient gym staff team and diverse gym classes to meet your different needs. No regrets in my fitness journey! Highly recommend!

Sauna is the cherry on the cake which is my fav way to finish up a workout. staff are also great and really friendly. Highly recommend!
