Fantastic experience: This massive gym is suitably located embracing the completeness of an ideal all round gym. It comprises spacious upstairs and downstairs areas, inclusive of separate rooms for group fitness activity classes. It also features an extensive variety of exercise machines permitting no-waiting times in allocated exercise zoned areas including sauna facilities. There are also numerous tv monitors and giant video screen for non stop crowd DJ selected stereo music videos. A full 7 day shop operated by friendly efficient staff serving a variety of merchandise, refrigerated food/drinks and selected protein shakes, welcome you at the main entrance during normal business hours. However, 24/7 after hours access for gym use only is available to members.Personal trainers are also available as an optional and additional extra. All this leads to a peaceful and relaxing training experience that is assured for health beneficial outcomes.

Negative experience: The staff are poorly mannered every time I enter this gym with my girlfriend she says the same thing that she is treated disgustingly. The girls on the reception think they are better than individuals that opens the door. I will not attend here if they keep it up. It was a problem before and now it’s happening again. The girls need a word.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. The set up is almost like 3 separate gyms. With a large Functional area, large Weight area and a separate smaller weights area with a lot of great equipment.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym now all the people that go to this gym are really friendly and always happy the equipment there is top notch and all the girls behind the front desk and the manager there always say hello and how are you today it makes you feel happy and gives you a lift to have a big workout and when you leave they say seeya next time and have a great arvo and a great night. Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff are really lovely, they always have a chat and welcome you when you come in and leave. Also affordable compared to smaller gyms in the area :)

Positive experience: Great equipment and space. The gym itself is awesome most of the time. A few pieces of equipment seem to go unchecked and faulty but for the most part great space to work out in. The gym staff at the front leave A LOT to be desired. They seem to lack a lot of people skills and maturity. Just witnessed a young girl (staff member) argue with the male worker there while we waited to be served. Very uncomfortable for people who was waiting. She’s Usually quite rude also which is a shame as it’s a great place to work out. The front staff seem very immature hence the reasoning for not 5 stars. Time to train your staff?

Fantastic experience: Big 2 level gym with plenty of machines and free weights. Everything always seems well-maintained and clean. Love that there's a sauna in the change room. Staff are all very welcoming. The creche is excellent too and the ladies do such an amazing job with the little ones :)

Positive experience: Overall great gym, but wayy too busy at almost All hours of the day. Also ladies only zone should have better equipment.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been to overall. It’s my new home. Love it here. Great range of equipment and facilities to accomodate all disciplines. Wonderful staff that are super friendly. And enough equipment to cover those peak times. Only thing that is missing is that it needs more dogs (this a problem for everywhere though). All in all, WG North Lakes goes hard

Fantastic experience: Greatest gym I have ever been to, from stuff to other people like myself training the community and support is just the best, they have everything you could ever possibly need or want to use to build your ideal body they have tons of Supplements/Food/Drinks and clothes also in stock at the front counter, the big tv’s add a nice touch to the gym as well and they have a girls only dedicated area for tho who want to train away from the eyes of others, backing this all up with great bathrooms, Saunas and a kids crèche what more could you want or need thanks guys you are the best especially Mr Reece who is on the front desk

I have gained so many beautiful friendships since joining this gym. The gym itself has a great variety of machines and a great womens section. The creche - as a mum who is with her kids 24/7 and was anxious to leave them. I look forward to dropping them off so i can have some well deserved mama time. My 3 daughters absolutely adore the staff in creche & reception. The creche staff give so much love to the kids. I am grateful <3 love you all!!

Negative experience: I highly not recommend to this gym . Toilets always stinks and very bad smell from last one and half years . Seems like no one even ever clean this place . Thank god my contract got finished . Don’t wanna go this smelly place again .

Fantastic experience: The biggest and best gym I have ever been to. The powerlifting area is the reason I joined and definitely has not disappointed.

Negative experience: I got 2 free sessions of PT for joining here, but the trainer didn't teach me to work out. He just sat down and tried to sell his PT program for an hour. It was our first meeting, and I never worked out with him, then How can I trust him? He said I had to decide at the room whether I would do the program with him or not. I couldn't think about it at home. Terrible experience and wasting time. Also, I'm pregnant now, so I asked them about suspending periods by their website about a week ago, but they never reply back. They are really kind when you join them, but after that, I don't know. I'm not satisfied with their service.

Negative experience: 27/02/24 just after 6pm waiting at the front counter for a good 10 mins to buy something as one guy is on the phone to someone. The other female staff too busy standing around gossiping to eachother to even bother to serve me. Hopeless comes to mind when I think of this gym staff

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best world gym I have been to. The equipment is amazing both free weights and machines, you never have to wait for equipment. The staff are also amazing, easygoing and friendly. A great atmosphere! The one thing I would say is bring your headphones, because the music is crowd DJ and one of the PT’s play music you would expect coming from a sad teenage boys bedroom

Fantastic experience: Took a free session there yesterday as it's been extended and has lots of new equipment. The staff on front desk were good, friendly, efficient. The gym overall is probably quite overwhelming for people starting out. I love the size and ability to get on equipment that I want to use, when I want to use it. It's darker than WG Burpengary so photos/selfies would look way better. Parking seems adequate. I went at 2pm on a Saturday. Never used the toilets, showers as I was on a deadline and live close by.

Fantastic experience: The latest renovations are awesome, every piece of gym equipment you could ever want.... great atmosphere, friendly staff. The gym is also in a good location with plenty of car parks. My only criticism is that the upstairs water bubler appears to have a leak, might just need a new spring or o ring but this has been that way for quite some time and i can only imagine the amount of water that is wasted.

Fantastic experience: Hello Internet, I Hope you all are having an amazing day, I'm having a Fantastic day! You can defiantly tell this place just cares about the money and not the service they provide their customers. I have been a member for a year if not 2. In that time I found the guys showers so bad, it takes a month if not 3 months for them to get cleaned. Now it was bad enough when they try and charge you when you go on holidays for 2 weeks Work pays me to go on a holiday, gym charges me??? So any way I've fallen on a little hardship, and instead of going in and letting them know. I thought I would see how they handled it(also wasn't looking forward to that conversation hahaha). I was bombarded with text telling me to pay, now they have sacked their lackeys(debit collectors)hahaha onto me sending emails. Still no phone call to maybe just see what might be happening on my side, who cares am I right? That’s alright I stopped caring about paying your bills too Hahahahahaha!!!!!! Catch Ya all I hoped this helped some people, I'm sure this gym could use some help if not to clean the showers hahaha. But it does have a lot of space, no real community feel though. So over All I give this Gym 5 Stars for being the best worst gym. Enjoy the rest of your day. I know I will

Fantastic experience: The gym is huge, has a climbing rope, plenty of weighted machines and a dedicated free weights area. Each World Gym also has an awesome mural on their wall that keeps you inspired.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very warm welcoming by staffs, unlike those narrowly packed gym, this one is very spacious, and a lot free space between machines. So you can more focus without being distracted from surrounding people. The people in the gym are so athlete looking. It pushes me working harder. I’ve been membership with it for over 4 years. Never had a thought about leaving.

Good music is played throughout the day and the staff are really approachable and fun. The attached coffee/protein shop is top notch for all your incidental gym needs.
