Negative experience: Stay away from this club. It’s a rip off. I had to quit gym due to injury and there was about 250$ owing towards my account. After couple of months i have been asked to rejoin and if i rejoin they will wave off the 250$. Which in my case didn’t happen and on top they charged me 250$ for a new member fee which i am already there member and had to be renewed. Spoke to other 10 anytime fitness club they all said the same thing that rouse hill town centre club should not have charged me for a new member fee. Its joke here at this facility stay away from them. Join other clubs instead of this one. Really really bad experience with them.

Negative experience: It’s a common sight in the gym where people will sit on equipments and engage with mobile or simply keep chatting with friends. This is very bad behaviour and the staff is not helping in maintaining any discipline.

Negative experience: System is a joke, automatically transferred me to this location from another location and doubled my fees. Apparently they can't even manually transfer me back to my old location and rate??? Now I'm stuck with having to go out of my way to ONLY go to the old location for 30 days just to switch back and I assume this means I have to pay at least another month on my doubled rates.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership after a day here. Gotta give it to the workers- generally great and lovely. But it’s a rip off with terrible facilities- rust comes off in your hand when picking up a weight. And why do you pay $250 to join? The pass costs $100…and is literally you downloading an app on your own phone, setting it up yourself and then in my case finding I still don’t have access cos my email was put in wrong (straw that broke the camels back)

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of gyms but I can say AF Rouse Hill Town Centre is the best gym I have ever been to . The staff are fantastic Dylan , Sara and Tenzyon . Top notch equipment and friendly community make it easy for me to be consistent and get results. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a gym to join.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed every workout I have had since I started using Anytime Fitness at Rouse Hill. The gym has a wide of equipment, all of which are kept in very good condition. The gym every time I have visited is clean and tidy. The gym location is easy to get to. I will continue do my workouts in this gym.

Negative experience: I had a shocking experience canceling my membership. I notified via email, got a call saying I could sign the form at my convenience visiting Gym, but 30-day notice starts from the email date. After signing the form at the gym, they flip-flopped, insisting on 30 days from the form signing date. They gave dodgy advice on the phone, denied it, and want proof in writing? The membership cost is exorbitant, recently hiked with no gym improvements. It's a cramped space, definitely not worth the price. Membership canceling was a headache with strange and hidden policies. I doubt I'd ever consider Anytime Fitness again after this ordeal.

Negative experience: Think twice before transferring to this location. Sure its a convenient location but not worth being dinged $56/fortnight. I can see I’m not the only review who got dinged with this new membership fee. They will not budge either on price and to be honest not worth it for a smaller gym facility.
Positive experience: I love this gym! Location, staff and layout. I do get really frustrated about the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It seems over the last few months, the bathrooms have not been cleaned properly or regularly. There’s been a lingering smell and just the showers, they really need a good scrub!

Negative experience: Not happy. My gym, AF Riverstone closed for 2 weeks due to renovations. I decided to go to my next closet being AF Rouse Hill Town Centre. I did my 12 days there then went back to Rivo. In that 12 days I adopted Rouse hills fees. At Rivo I pay $33 per fortnight. I now have to pay their fees which are $55 for a smaller gym. I called Rouse Hill and spoke to Sarah who said I wasn’t supposed to adopt their fees until 2 months of visits. So why have I after 12 visits??? No one has been able to give me answers yet. I’m never going back to AF rousehill town centre. Come to AF rivo, everyone. It’s cheaper, bigger, more machines, with friendly PT’s and gym goers. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.
Fantastic experience: Great gym , a real friendly community , staff are great and always down for a chat or there for help if in need . One of the cleanest anytime fitnesses I have been to.
Negative experience: My contract was ended with them and they still charged me for one extra month, i had also letter from doctor that i will not be able to do exercise. If you want to leave they will give you a headache. Not a professional team.

Negative experience: Cramped, very small, overcrowded and no classes run...but location is great and staff are nice. The womens comfort kit near the bathrooms is a nice touch.
Negative experience: It's not recommended at all. Cancellation of membership is a nightmare and you have to pay a lot which is a rip off.

Negative experience: Pathetic service despite calling numerous time from overseas no body bother to cancel the membership . Gold gym is the best where they Listen update in there crm. Stop telling lies I have called numerous time to cancel my membership but you guys want me to come physically .

Positive experience: Gym is really good, great atmosphere with friendly staff who are willing to help you with anything. I wish more classes ran, only class that seems to run is boxing which is good and highly recommend but preferably would like a bit more variety. Amazing vending machine that works.

Fantastic experience: After a very negative experience in my hometown I hadn’t stepped foot inside a gym in 5 years, recently because of a medical condition I have had to start losing weight and decided to join here, the staff have been hands down the best and most supportive people I have come across, I was given a tour when I joined and the equipment is all top of the line and the facilities are great! I can’t wait to continue my journey here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for 3 months and I can’t say anything negative about it! Yeah it gets really busy during peak hour times but that’s expected for any gym; but that doesn’t matter here because everyone is so friendly that every session goes by in a flash. Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness Rouse Hill is probably the most elite gym I’ve been to throughout my fitness career. My personal trainer Brad takes me through great workouts, which helps me feel confident and overcome the solo gym anxiety! Definitely recommend you check the gym out anytime!

Negative experience: A headache if you want to cancel your membership. I have signed their cancellation papers and they informed me that I’d get a refund by Wednesday at the least. It’s been almost a week, and I have made multiple efforts to contact them via Instagram (where they are most active), email, and even phone (their office hours are severely limited). I have received no response and feel as if I’m being ignored, while being left on seen and read. These people will gladly help you if you are willing to spend an outrageous amount of money on memberships, but will not help you with cancellations or anything else. I am disappointed that I have to come on here to receive any type of response from them. Also, do not give out details of your friends or family as they will pretty much ‘harass’ them into joining the gym…multiple phone calls and text messages, they all reflect badly on me. I am very dissatisfied with this service. I was also not informed about the cancellation policies upon joining, and was later told that I couldn’t get a refund for the mob key.
Fantastic experience: Located in such a great and convenient spot! Can easily get a gym sesh and a grocery run all in one go! Always so clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I came in to sign up today, and Sav, one of the staff members was extremely helpful, she was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. After training, I can say it’s such a great gym, the equipment is fantastic, recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: A bit annoyed. I wanted to cancel my membership and I understand there are policies but one I felt like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge on contracts. He mentioned I would still have to pay a month after my end of minimum term but my friend told me after the end of the tern they can't charge you, unless there's a new contract. Second, the person kept telling me not even 30 mins to come to gym. I'm sorry, I am working 7 days a week currently, I travel around 4 hours a day sometimes, got shift work and going to gym is not gonna be only 30 mins. Be kind to people, sometimes a valid reason to someone might not be valid to you and that's fine, don't make them feel bad about it.

I can speak for myself and my staff when I say, hearing that you have lost the time or motivation means we would always to hear your feedback on how we can improve on our end to keep you consistent and at your highest motivation level! I am sorry to hear that you felt this way or uncomfortable in any way, we do understand everyone has different circumstances and we always hope that our members who do sadly leave our clubs still have a good relationship with us. unfortunately every gym that you will encounter will require a 30 day notice period upon requesting to cancel, this is a period of time in which you can still use the facility, change your mind and re-activate, and this is a cool off period for your membership to completely stop in our systems so I hope that you now understand why this is put into place. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know :)

Positive experience: Single session price of $30 is pretty bad considering you can get into one like world gym for less, which is probably over 4x the size and way more/better quality machines and equipment. This anytime is one of the smaller ones of the anytimes I've been to. It's nice and clean and has the general things you'd want for any type of gym sesh.

Negative experience: I just want to make one request to anytime fitness rouse hill i workout about around 12:0 am four nights a week please can u turn the music off at night or give us option to play punjabi songs i have couple of friends we workout together so its a humble request Thankyou

I struggle with gym anxiety, which has caused me to avoid gyms for well over 10 years.
