Fantastic experience: I love plus fitness Gordon because everyone is respectful & lovely. The staff are so friendly, encouraging, polite & always helpful especially Georgie at the reception. She is e face of the gym & personifies all of the above characteristics. My gym instructor Samantha is exceptional. She has helped me to understand my body & to move it in ways that are specifically beneficial for me. I have a lot of lower back, pelvic & knee issues. The gym is pretty clean, all the users are very respectful & stick to the hygiene measures of the gym. Although the demographic is very young there is also a good balance of all other age groups. It also has a variety of equipments to target various parts of your body, so there is no excuse to not come here. There is a big car park behind the gym so parking is not an issue. I feel welcomed & never out of place in this gym. Please don’t feel shy or keep putting it off. See you there

Positive experience: The changing rooms always have rubbish left on the bench or under the bench, and the towel in ladies' session is always quite dirty and it should replaced with the paper towel for hygiene reasons. Hope these things can be improved. Thanks.

Recently renovated, 2 levels equipped with numerous & variety of gym equipments & space to do your own workout , clean and ventilated, specific area just for ladies if they wish to have more privacy, friendly & professional staff especially Georgia, plenty of parking spots just at the back, affordable & also available to Fitness Passport members. Fantastic experience: I've been body-building and going to the gym for about 18 years and have never been to a better gym than Plus Fitness Gordon. The pendulum squat machine is my favourite as it supports great legs gains while supporting appropriate form and looking after your back. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable helpful and friendly.

Only one complaint regarding the front door not always unlocking with the app. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I stood outside with other members on the weekend with all of us repeatedly trying to unlock the front door with the app. Is this being looked at?

Positive experience: PF Gordon is a great gym, but it has one key fault. Pros: - great selection of equipment, cleanliness, facilities, space and great staff. Has everything you need and more. Cons: - it gets way too hot on summer days, especially after hours when the new air con units they installed are turned OFF. I understand the cost savings of turning off the aircon units after hours, but some nights it is ridiculously hot in the gym, much more humid that the outside temperature. Luckily there is a door open downstairs, but it gets really tiring to workout. I hope the management would attend and train at the gym in these hours to see the issue from their own perspective. If they are able to keep the aircon units running after hours, that would be amazing. The gym would be perfect. I’d also be happy to provide a 5 star review! I really hope the staff take this into consideration and action a change - not just reply with an automated response.

Fantastic experience: Best value for money gym in the area, with mostly new equipment and nice people. Just don’t come after school hours on weekdays cause the kids pile up and sit on machines for 2 hrs scrolling on Instagram

Negative experience: During summer that place is hotter than a sauna, they are never willing to turn on the central air con even when it’s 38 degrees. Even if they do turn on the air con, it’s those small one that only impacts a small area and places near the machine feels like I’m breathing in a hot spring. I hope they can turn on the aircon like their previous gym when it was small.

Fantastic experience: I love plus fitness it’s got a very good environment, there’s never any fights or anything and all the people are very friendly, I never have to wait long for machines which is y I come to Gordon in particular

Fantastic experience: Best plus fitness in sydney. It has all the equipment that you need if you are a beginner or an advanced lifter. They have 25kg plates which is nice and they have multiple squat racks. But due to the equipments that they have and the really good environment it is a bit pricey 46$ per fortnight but in my opinion it’s worth it

Fantastic experience: I enjoy training at Gordon + Fitness. Their equipment is modern and comprehensive. The place is spacious, tidy and clean. The management team is friendly and helpful. Since joining membership for almost a year, I've got to know many others, young and old, with similar objectives. I am pleased to say that I haven't met anyone unpleasant, unfriendly or discourteous there so far. I treat training at the gym as part of my healthy lifestyle and I intend to continue coming here for the long haul. I strongly recommend anyone to try out this gym. .

Fantastic experience: Great equipment, friendly staff, friendly community, clean bathrooms, and it’s 24/7.

Negative experience: Fully decked gym, plenty of bodybuilder specific machines which you won’t find your everyday commercial gyms. -2 stars because the gym is like Sauna. Multiple complaints from myself and i’ve seen over 15 other members have frustration on how ridiculously hot it is. Multiple times i have left mid session only to go Anytime or Fitness first as they provide proper air conditioning and cooling within the gyms. Its ridiculously hot and humid and it seems like there’s No plans by management to look after members in this case which is disappointing as its such a good gym. Update based on Response: Thank you for responding, as mentioned in my original review, I train at other commercial gyms where I do not have this issue around humidity and heat. Despite having Top grade equipment which is very much appreciated, it looks like I will continue to opt to use my other gyms on warmer days to avoid heat and humidity which has been hindering my performance as of recent. As leaving from Gordon to another gym i find the cooling significantly better as they make use of timers in their air conditioning.

Fantastic experience: Been to lots of gyms across Sydney and Gordon plus fitness comes in 1st by a long shot. They’ve got a ladies section, countless machines, clean bathrooms, chilled water stations and a variety of boxing bags for those who enjoy MMA. The staff are super friendly and always nice to chat to. 100% would recommend this gym to anyone interested in working out.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. Moved here from another gym and its been a huge improvement. Has a massive variety of exercise machines and plenty of benches and squat racks so you're rarely waiting, even during peak hours. Staff are super friendly and always happy to give tips both in and out of the gym. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness Gordon has every piece of gym equipment! They even have 3 different punching bags and a punching bob! I personally love the tear drop bag. Staff are lovely and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Really good selection of equipment and really big gym, even with a separate corner for boxing thats a surprise. The only thing to complain is lack of signage for direction. Also, the floor is extremely slippery due to the use of concrete floor without padding (which also gives friction), you will need to leave a plate in front of your feet to stop yourself from sliding. This is a weird spot that i found kinda scary
