Negative experience: I used to think this was the best gym on the Gold Coast, but over the past two months, I’ve noticed a significant change. The welcoming, friendly, family-like atmosphere that set this gym apart seems to have faded. It now feels sterile and clinical. Sadly, many of the lovely staff members who created such a positive environment are no longer there. While I mean no disrespect to the new team, the level of engagement just isn’t the same – even a simple "hello" in the morning seems too much to ask. I’m not sure what has caused this shift, but something has clearly changed. I genuinely hope the gym can return to its former glory – a place where members felt a true sense of belonging and were inspired to pursue their fitness goals. Please, bring back that special atmosphere that made this gym so exceptional.

Positive experience: It’s not the best World Gym I’ve trained at but it’s also not the worst. I do think with the growth of the Coomera/Pimpama areas that the gym has reached capacity and isn't aging very well and it’s perhaps time to find a new and bigger site. During peak hours it’s impossible to find a park let alone train here, it’s that crowded you can barely move and it’s kind of a hazard. Machines and cables really starting to show their age and need some love or replacing. But overall it’s ok.

Fantastic experience: I had been a member with another gym for years. I had heard about the gym kindy staff at Coomera Worlds from a friend. I brought my son into the kindy for a trial. I quit my gym membership that same day and joined World Gym the next morning, specifically for the gym kindy. The staff members Kayleigh, Taylor, Sky, Belinda, Naomi, Letitia are always lovely and happy to see my boy. It seems like they really enjoy their work. The kindy hours are fantastic and much longer than I’ve experienced at other gyms. Cannot recommend higher!

Fantastic experience: Cally Ruahe is one of the first staff member from World Gym Coomera that went out of her way to make me feel like I had a new friend in the gym. Her customer services goes above and beyond and is an extremely friendly staff member which everyone that has been in her presence could agree with. She has introduced me to many people inside the gym and made now have made plently of new friends & acquaintances. Overall rating is a high 20/10! Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Worlds Gym for over three years and I absolutely love it. They treat my babies are their own. I absolutely love reformer. It has changed my life. I have lost so much weight and toned my tummy. I used to be able to fit three fingers, with separation now I have one and I'm nearly completely free of the gap. They have been wonderful support postpartum and I cannot rate the Staff enough. They have all been absolutely fantastic and made me feel very comfortable in all situations. I highly recommend Worlds Gym Coomera and it's a five star from me. They are amazing ❤️

Fantastic experience: World gym has been a second home to me for years, and for the past 2 years Cally has been my gym mum, she's super supportive, always happy, always up for a catch up and a debrief about life and my workouts, she turns the happy atmosphere up 10 notches every time I walk in the door as soon as she sees me and my day in the gym never feels complete without atleast a wave from my favorite person

Fantastic experience: Every week I look forward to Reformer Pilates especially on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon with Cally. I started only a few months ago and how lucky was I to have Cally as my first teacher, her warm out going nature made the class not only feel welcoming as a first timer but a fun space to learn and grow with so much knowledge. From start to finish Cally engages you and guides your mind to focus on what you are doing in that very moment, she guides you through each movement and is not afraid to critique you (which is awesome as this helps growth) I also think it’s awesome she records parts of the session, it’s something to look back on and also super awesome she is so inviting to everyone to join the classes! Thank you Cally for all that you do and all that you are.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! I had a week where everything was just going wrong... I found this gym and decided to try it. The reception, child minding/creche ladies, the instructors and even the members are so kind! The vibe is incredibly welcoming and very, very helpful. Nothing short of 5 stars for this wonderful gym!!!!

Fantastic experience: The World Gym Crèche / Kids World is amazing. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for over a year and she absolutely loves it. She always asks to go to the Crèche and see her favourites (the staff) plus the other kiddies. The ladies in there doing amazing work with our kids, always fun and exciting plus they genuinely care for them. Special thanks to Kayleigh, Tesh and Naomi for all your gifts, snacks and additionals you give and bring for the kids.

Positive experience: Great gym, but after paying top $ for the membership you have to pay extra to use on site stretching bands. Which is not fair. As I believe it should be part of the workout as you stretch -workout and stretch for better performance.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how valuable of a team member Cally is to World Gym Coomera. Cally consistently greets me by name with the biggest smile. There have been times I’ve walked in feeling pretty average and she has totally turned my mindset around with her positivity. I have never met a person like Cally in a customer service role, where the good vibes are authentic and genuine. Today I tried Callys reformers class and wow I loved her vibe and messages of empowerment. Keep up the great work Cally

Negative experience: My 16 yr old daughter joined, then when she realized what she got herself into they did not make it easy for her to cancel and kept charging her and making it difficult! Not impressed!

Fantastic experience: So many different machines to choose from. A really fun atmosphere. I have been a member for just over a year & I feel so confident & welcome. My favourite thing is the crèche facilities. As a single full time working parent, it's great to be able to take my kids with me after work & on the weekend for a very small fee.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending for 3yrs now and absolutely love my time here, I have met some amazing people, trainers, staff and members. My little one has been attending the creche for 5 months and the team in the creche are amazing, inform me of my babies activities, feed him and take a real interest. Fantastic experience: Our boys love coming to the crèche at World Gym Coomera. Our littlest one asks to go to the gym because he loves the ladies so much and has so much fun! The wonderful team of ladies always have fun experiences planned and take amazing care of our boys. ☺️
