Negative experience: Very unclean, untidy no hand sanitizer and no wipes. 1 assault bike that isn’t faulty, even then my seat kept dropping whilst in use. It was my first time here and had to pay 25 for a single use, no free trial offered. I won’t be returning, this gym has so much potential but unfortunately it was no way near my expectation.

Positive experience: Easy free 2 hour parking below. Zumba class was fun. Lots of equipment. There is a bit of a sweaty stench as you enter tho. And no wipes.

Negative experience: They need to ban this gym- Stench Sweat Pit of very poor people seem to be walking into this gym with poor hygiene or what or the gym aren’t changing fans, ACs and Vents not working ? Also there should be a sign to say, we have hidden fees , & fans are not working , no safe locker & people who don’t clean seats or smell bad must stay away !!! Their lockers are unsafe and don’t lock ? What a dreadful dreadful experience ! Nightmare of Rockdale

Positive experience: The gym is nice and big. Quite run down and the patrons have bad etiquette in terms of tidying up after themselves, using towels, wiping equipment and they can hog machines. It meets my needs and I get what I need from the equipment available. The part that irks me consistently is that the staff aren't informed of changes when the gym is updated. I was happy to see that some equipment had been moved out of the stretching area, but I couldn't find something. I asked the staff member who said that no one tells them about changes and he had no idea if the machine was still in the gym. I felt like I was annoying this staff member by asking for help, as I had to walk around the back to hail him out. It's a shame to keep having these small annoyances at the gym.

Negative experience: Staff at this location is soooooo arrogant, no whatsoever customer service skills and most important they are misleading costumers. I signed up and asked SPECIFIC for any cancelation fees which they confirmed that they don't have any other fees beside 4 weeks payment after cancelation to end up that they have this, "ANNUAL FEE" on top of that 4 weeks payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Negative experience: Irritating as hell. Signed up for a quick chat about the gym but they are so aggressive with how they chase you. I was no longer interested, blocked their number and they called me from private numbers. I get constant emails and texts from multiple numbers. No option to unsubscribe on their email. I did try but it doesn't lead to any link. You reply STOP to the texts but they keep coming and coming. Honestly infuriating and aggressive marketing tactics which on my opinion are borderline harrassment. Y'all need to fix it asap. It's off-putting. I recommend you go into the gym If you're interested, don't give your number or your email unless you want to get spammed and harassed by their marketing tactics/ client prospecting.

Negative experience: The gym looks promising with space and lots of machines and equipment. Unfortunately my 3 day pass was cut short and wasn’t able to enter on my 2nd visit. Some bogus claim that some point in the past I had used a trial pass. In any case, the pass should have been honoured once it was issued, really poor customer service. I don’t want to be a member of a gym that treats people like that.

Positive experience: Been going to this gym for 10+ years. The staff here are great and the equipment is good for its value. However the air conditioning is very poor and the placement of fans are poor (not enough) there’s one fan that’s been broken for over 3 years. The place is a sweat pit on warmer days I’ll remove this review once the air flow is fixed

Negative experience: It's a cheap gym - you get what you pay for. No 24/7 access, curious allocation of resources (eg. twenty thousand treadmills but one leg press) and machines constantly out of order with no urgency to repair (I'm looking at you both hamstring curl machines that have been out since the start of the year). For $8/w I can deal with hunting for weights that haven't been reracked/are put in wildly wrong positions but can't imagine any higher membership tier would be worthwhile. Worst gym culture out of anywhere I've ever been a member but hey - it's cheap!

Negative experience: 6.20 and no one shows up to open the gym. Wake up early for nothing. Very irrespecteful. Most gyms opens 5am. Last day in this gym

Positive experience: This gym is awesome early morning. But at night some people can be messy which is becoming fustrating and some also leave their sweat behind. Only a handful, others have been very respectful and wipe stuff down. Please turn aircon up too if possible it can become very hot in there. Staff and gym otherwise are amazing

Negative experience: STAY AWAY! DO NOT FALL for the "Cheap Memberships" And SAVE your money!!! It's all a SCAM!!! They take absolutely no Accountability for Anything; Random charges, Nonsensical extra charges, made up fees like Cleaning/maintenance MADE UP annual fees (What a joke) That no other gym in Australia has ever charged. Child like/lazy counterarguments to get away with: Dirty facilities, higher rates, sweaty/greasy all over the place equipment. You'll be constantly offloading big plates off the equipment that lazy, too strong to lift big weights but too Crybaby kind of guy to put the dumbbells/plates back on the racks... people with no culture, training in flip-flops, or taking their sweet time on their phone and resting for like 5-10 min. between sets, Hogging over the machines for up to 35minutes or even more adding up an extra 40 minutes to your training. God forbid if you’re in a rush, as your day will be behind. Almost definitely... Forget the staff helping or even implementing some "culture" here. Cheap, very cheap paper and cleaning products very unprofessional Management. At Alexandria they bought more equipment just to make the place to look like a crowed beach in a Summer hot day! HA!!! Thanks for nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
We notice your feedback has come after you were warned (multiple times) about your aggressive behaviour towards other members. The safety of our members is our number one priority and your threatening and confrontational behaviour is not tolerated. We also pride ourselves on being No Judgments – we never refer to anyone, let alone our valued members, as “people with no culture” and do not support this judgmental behaviour. Crunch is a communal gym – sharing is caring and no one member takes priority over another. The behaviour of other members was noted to be grossly exaggerated on your part when our staff went to verify, and it was in fact your behaviour that was deemed to be the issue. In regards to your other feedback, we certainly do not “scam” anyone and you received and acknowledged all our terms and conditions which are easily and clearly found on our website here https://www.crunch.com.au/terms-conditions/ as well as in our FAQs here https://www.crunch.com.au/faq/. Crunch always provides a fresh and clean experience, and we’re really not sure what expensive cleaning products you’d suggest we use as we’ve never had a member complain about the sanitary equipment not doing the job! Lastly, one of the aims of our club upgrade was to provide even more equipment to our members, and to alleviate any wait times during peak periods (something you’re complaining about). Negative experience: STEER CLEAR! THIS GYM LIES ABOUT HIDDEN FEES AND THEIR PROCESSES AND THEN STEALS MONEY FROM YOU VIA DIRECT DEBIT. When I came to sign up, I asked repeatedly and was told repeatedly that there were no additional fees other than the membership fee. I was also told that I could put my membership on pause at any time, with no fees or penalties, by calling the branch over the phone. I specifically asked this question as I have been caught out on this before. When I called to ask to put my membership on hold (due to a shoulder injury), I was told that I would be charged a fee and that I had to go into the branch to request the hold in person. I objected and asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back the next day. I didn't get a call back so I called again the following day and was told again that a manager would call me. Once again no call back. THEN... they took the next 2 week installment out of my direct debit and took an additional fee out at the same time (total of $89.80 for 2 weeks)! I had no idea what the fee was and called the gym. I was told for a third time that someone would call me back and no one did. I went into the gym and asked for a manager. The girl at the desk said she wouldn't call a manager until I told her what the situation was. I explained the whole thing to her and she said 'I can't deal with this - I need to call the manager'. I asked her to explain the story to the manager so I wouldn't have to repeat the whole thing over. He (Samuel) came out 5 seconds later, looked at me and said ýep'. I asked him if she had relayed anything to him and he answered 'nope - what's up'. I explained the whole situation to him and he explained that I was charged an annual fee. I had no idea about this fee and I had only been with the gym for a few months by that stage. He said Í tell all my guys to tell customers about the annual fee and sorry if you weren't told'. I told him that I was repeatedly assured that there were no fees other than the membership fee and he said Í don't know what to say'. I asked for a refund of the membership fee (since I had called repeatedly to put it on hold) and a refund of the annual fee and he said he would be happy to do it but couldn't physically refund me on premises and that I would have to email him to request for member services to contact me. I emailed him right away and didn't hear back. I followed up and finally got a team member to call me. I explained the whole thing to her. She was lovely and apologised several times and said she would speak to her manager to get him to process the refund. That was several weeks ago and I never heard back. I followed Samuel up again and he responded that they decided not to give me a refund. No one contacted me to tell me this! I asked to escalate and he said no! I have left a message for head office to contact me so let's see what happens! UPDATE - 2 weeks later and no response from head office. They’ve read and responded to positive reviews left after my review but ignored my review, my contact form on their website and the several requests to have them contact me for a refund. I hope my review helps others stay away from this gym.
Fantastic experience: Great gym and atmosphere. Been to every gym in the rockdale area including fitness first, anytime fitness and jetts and plus fitness. Crunch is the best so far by far. The range of equipment is great and the size and layout of the floor is better than the others.

Positive experience: I moved from a fancy gym to this one, at a third of the price. It has everything I need, *except* reformer Pilates. Could also do with more yoga. Other than that, I love its diversity. Young, old, multi-ethnic… no tacit battles with gym bros; no hipster attitudes.

Negative experience: The manager of Rockdale branch Sam is absolutely unprofessional ,rude, a bully , verbally aggressive with zero customer skills . He is extremely disrespectful with lots of attitude. Please stay away from this gym because the manager behaves in such a hostile manner and treats customer like they are piece of garbage. Little suggestions to crunch fitness team please provide appropriate customer service training to all your staffs specially managers.How are they are supposed to manage the gym when they cannot even manage their own anger and attitude . Thanks for the reply . It is extremely disappointing to see your reply after hearing one side of the story from your staff only rather than from both parties.The whole situation arises because the card issued by you guys was not working and other staffs could not fix the issue for few days hence they were letting us in due to the card issue . However on that particular day we were doing the same when your manager Sam yelled at us .He was extremely rude ( must have been on a power trip for being the club manager )the way he approached us was extremely unprofessional and accused me of sneaking people in which was not the case . He would not listen to us and speak over us . I agree there is zero tolerance for verbal aggression I would suggest you to check the camera to see who was actually verbally aggressive . He yelled at us and told us he was sick of us and we can go to other gym if we were not happy when we questioned why the rule is inconsistent. All I told him is that he had really bad attitude how is that verbally aggressive? And also if you read the other comments posted by the customer there are so many comments complaining about how rude your manager Sam is . He treats the customer as piece of garbage and when we refused to be treated that way then we are verbally aggressive? I would still suggest you to check the camera to see the whole situation rather than listening to your managers side of the story and come to the conclusion. I would still repeat he needs proper customer service training and I hope rather than covering your staffs rudeness your actually check the camera even I’m happy to talk to you in person and last thing he needing welfare check after he yelled at us is beyond me and also Crunch should have zero tolerance policy towards any abuse directed to customer as well just because he is a manager does not give him right to treat us the way he treated us his exact words were “ I’m the manger what you’re gonna do “

After speaking to our Club Manager and Staff and also reviewing your membership record, we noted that the situation arose as you attempted to bring in a guest into the club without following our standard Crunch Guest procedures. For the safety of all members and guests, we require that your guest signs in with you every time you visit, and you were aware of this procedure as you had followed it before on occasions. Unfortunately, this is not the first time you have attempted to bypass our Guest procedures, and when our staff explained the procedures to you in a professional manner, you became aggressive and argumentative. Crunch has a zero tolerance policy towards any abuse directed to our Staff and you were advised accordingly, something other Crunch members were witness to and who even later checked on the welfare of the Staff who served you. We hope that you abide by the rules and procedures that Crunch has in place to ensure all our members and guests can safely perspire to greatness.
Negative experience: Manager of the establishment called Sam was totally mannerless, unprofessional, rude person with zero customer service shills. I would recommend everyone to stay away for this dump where the manager mistreat and misbehave with the members. After reading the reply. It seems like you believe in Blaming the customers for your staffs incompitance in customer service skills.. I don't think it is just a coincidence that every other reviews mentioned how rude and unprofessional your manager Sam is. I totally believe there should be zero tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour, what about yelling, buyying behaviour I was subjected to by your manager. Why wasn't my welfare checked by any staff if they were so much concerned after being verbally attacked . I believe zero tolerance should be applied towards both side.

Negative experience: Crunch fitness at Rockdale charged me incorrectly twice when I had informed about that to the team member. they always tell that will call back on few hours and resolve but after 5 days still with no response. I then called and spoke to Sam who they have informed me was a manager and only he can refund apparently he said he can’t refund too . I then asked sam to fixed in for the next payment he then sounded like he was blaming me if I had a double account why would I have double account ? He was rude and he didn’t sound like he was there to help me . I had email all the screenshot as required . I will be logging a complaint as this is a bad service and this should have not happen in the 1st place . I will be waiting it to fixed asap .

Negative experience: Please be careful when joining this Gym. they had promotion $10.95 / week, I asked to join and pay for 4 weeks and payment should be $44 instead the man on the front desk asked for $62.70 , I said Ok and paid by card. the same day I received an email asking me to pay the outstanding fees,I checked my bank statement it showed that payment was made. I went to the front desk to clear this problem, the boy told me you did not pay the fees. I told the guy I don't like this type of dealings and need to cancel my membership he replied you can’t cancel before you pay the fees. Please do not give them your credit cards

Negative experience: * I've been charged another $9 for no reason on 10.08.2023 and I am yet to receive my refund after 42 days, 3 visits, and multiple emails. The Crunch service team is a joke and useless. Please avoid Crunch Fitness. I've wasted my time, don't waste yours And I believe I am not the only one having this issue, many just haven't shared their dilemma online. by the way the email address from the response from Crunch "only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list." Don't waste your time * • Whole Gym only 1 Chest Fly Machine • Sometimes they have Class in the common area and occupied 3-4 racks/machine + weight • Empty racks without a barbell • Some racks don’t have enough Weights • Confusing Weights, Some weights in pounds some in KG. • And Based on my experience, you have to wait around 40days (maybe more) to get a refund if they make a mistake I canceled my membership on 29.06.2023 due to another price increase, but they double charged me on the final payment and I raised the issue the next day. But after multiple visits (every visit they confirmed they’d double charged) and after multiple emails back and forth. No one seems to care about the mistake they’ve made, as I’ve heard every kind of story such as we’ve emailed the member service team, we’ve escalated to a higher level, and the service member is on annual leave. On 19.07.2023 I received an email that I still have to wait for another 20 days. Whether I can receive my money still remains unknown. • Instead of including all of the fees in the per week fees as they advertised, they hide fees in TnC when you sign up. Please read carefully Sign-up back in 2022 was advertised as $9.95 per week, but they will charge you another $1 per fortnight for so-called “pay as you go” and you still need to pay another $39.90 a year, so-called annual fees. And only a week after my start date, they send another notice regards they are going to increase their fees to $10.95/week and $44.90 annual fees. You also need to give 30 days' notice before you go (only 12 months a year), so there is not much advantage to an additional $2 for base membership. FYI: if falls within 3 days of the billing date, your termination will be processed the following business day after billing. This means most probably you need more than 30 days' notice.

Positive experience: I recently checked out Crunch Fitness Gym in Rockdale, and I've got to say, it's got some great things going for it. The gym offers an impressive selection of cardio and weights equipment, which is awesome for those looking to mix up their workouts. The staff there are friendly and helpful, and the locker rooms are quite nice too. Most of the other patrons I encountered were friendly and willing to lend a hand if needed. However, I did notice a few areas where Crunch Fitness could improve. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of flow within the gym layout. It seemed like everything was scattered and far apart, making it a bit inconvenient to transition between different exercises. It would be fantastic if they could organize the equipment in a way that promotes a smoother workout experience, especially for those who prefer a structured routine. Another issue I noticed was the absence of a dedicated warm-up or cool-down area. Not everyone relies solely on cardio for their warm-ups, so having a designated space with proper mats for stretching or lower-impact exercises would be beneficial. It's important to cater to all fitness needs and ensure that members have a well-rounded experience. I also found it a bit frustrating that the benches were bolted into the floor. While I understand the need for stability, this setup limits the flexibility to use them with other equipment for workouts. Unless the two free benches on the other side of the gym are available to wheel around, it becomes quite inconvenient. Providing benches that can be easily moved or repositioned would be a great improvement. Furthermore, the lack of variety in modern attachments for the pull-down equipment was a bit disappointing. It would be great to see a wider selection of attachments available to cater to different exercise preferences and target specific muscle groups effectively. I know people also misplace and mistreat attachments, if you had a rack on the wall people could collect / hang them after use might help stop people leaving them all over or losing them. Another small issue I encountered was the placement of the t-bar, which seemed to be inconveniently tucked away in a corner between dumbbells and other equipment. Additionally, the only bar available to use with it was from the bench press area, and it was smaller than a regular barbell. It would be much more practical to have the t-bar located in a more accessible area and provide a standard-sized bar for its use. It is a great piece of equipment you can do so many exercises on, it’s a pity it isn’t allowed to be moved and is basically useless if someone is using the machine by the dumbells. Could this be put in the deadlift area? Lastly, I noticed that weights were scattered all over the place, even though I visited shortly after the gym opened. It gave the impression that the equipment wasn't being properly placed or taken care of. Ensuring that weights are organized and returned to their designated areas would contribute to a cleaner and safer workout environment. Finally, I'd suggest having more spray bottles available, especially in the deadlift and squat areas. This would encourage members to wipe down equipment after use, as the closest bottle being way over by the far dumbbells might discourage proper hygiene practices. All in all, Crunch Fitness Gym has a lot of potential, and with a few tweaks, it could become even more enjoyable and user-friendly. By improving the flow and organization of the equipment, providing a dedicated warm-up/cool-down area, and ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness, the gym could better cater to the needs of its diverse members. Keep up the good work, and I hope these suggestions help make the gym experience even better for everyone involved!

Negative experience: Was told that there was no joining fee and ended up with an extra 90 dollar amount when signing up. The staff even stated the membership cost had no extra charges prior and when I ask to explain the extra fee, he only then clarified that it can't be taken back even when you cancel but only allows you to go to access for an extra month before getting cancelled fully. Very dissatisfied with the misinformation and staff even assumed my mother couldn't speak English and asked me to translate for her. Very rude.

Positive experience: Good facility but no shower..
Fantastic experience: Great gym in many ways , depending on times you like training you’ll find your type of crowd , never imposing with all age groups. Machines are constantly available and the staff is extremely friendly helpful and polite.
Positive experience: Big place , properly maintained weights , best place for parking . I went there for a year still there is no sign of trainer . Receptionist are really friendly .
Negative experience: Not sure if the staff have a lot of pride in their gym. Free weights are left all over the place, plates strewn everywhere. Need to hop over so many plates to get to the squat rack. Staff seem busy chatting with each other.

Negative experience: I almost broke my finger there with one of the equipments that was in maintenance a few weeks before it happened. The manager didn’t do anything about it, when that happened everyone started blaming the staff as that equipment broke a couple of times before that and they didn’t do anything to really repair it. Because they didn’t do anything about it I de decided to cancel my subscription and moved to Anytime Fitness where I’m happy. Nice equipments, nice staff. Been there for 2 years and none of the equipment have broken. I don’t recommend that gym for anyone!
Fantastic experience: We are regulars for the last 3 years to Crunch Rockdale very convenient to us and great place to train! The gorgeous staff starting from Manager Sam, Laura, Fallon and and the rest of the crew always greet us warmly and are super helpful. Any concerns we may have a simple chat is always welcomed. Negative experience: Keep in mind that if you try to cancel they are gonna to put you to complete a form and charge you 2 more weeks. So it's not 1 month notice it is 1 month and 2 weeks. They don't tell you this when you sign in. Really bad customer service, the staff is ok but the policy is not fair.
Negative experience: The place is not cheap because it's not 24/7 and there's all dirty people walking in including thieves that steal...the locker rooms are not secure with lock pads which makes stealing easy...The staff are rude AF and also enjoy stealing....it's the gym for 3rd world country...false advertising because they do charge more than 11 per week...I will report them to fair trade thanks
Negative experience: Staff are friendly if in person however over the phone or via email is terrible customer service! I've been calling during the last few days to make sure the gym reopened. No one ever picks up the phone and in fact they cut it off when phone rings!! They also barely respond to emails, never mentioned hidden fees, misleading marketing. It's frustrating not to get hold of them and this happens quite often even when I first joined my membership! Since no one has been picking up the phone and my call keeps getting cancelled, I went to the gym to find out what's going on and called them when I was near the entrance! There were two staff members doing nothing and there I saw the incoming call get cancelled by the staff! It was just unbelievable!
Negative experience: I've set up a direct payment, except that it doesn't work. Today, after the 6th time updating my payment details I've had enough. The girl at the reception told me she's raised the issue with management hundreds of times since she's started. She was told to keep updating customer's payment details. Rather than getting the IT people to fix the problem, management expect paying customers (like me) to waste their times everytime before going to the gym. That's just not good enough. Next time I go the gym if this problem still hasn't been fixed, I'm cancelling my membership and I'll sign up with another one. Absolutely shocking.
Negative experience: Memberships fees weren't frozen during NSW lockdown while most other gyms stopped direct debits. Management doesn't even bother answering queries sent via website. Worst customer service ever.
Positive experience: The workout floor is pretty small with no mirrors to check your posture while working out. Hence the 4 stars.
Positive experience: Crunch own-brand pin weighted gear is different to any other gear, in an Aldi Good Different way. Someone has designed in better kinematics, with a moving seat resulting in longer and more even time in tension in a longer range of movement. You encounter this equipment at any Crunch, but no-one else in Sydney seems to have it. The house music is high energy and consistent, the free weights area is (just) big enough. Needs a better torso twist machine and a second pec deck. I always get better pump at Crunch than any other gym, it's almost certainly due to the better kinematics.
Negative experience: Huge gym with plenty of equipment and friendly staff. Gym seems to be kept clean and toilets are not bad. Unfortunately at this price point, it can get really crowded. The worst thing is lots of people smell horrible especially in the evening making the weights feel like they are twice as heavy. And you also have more chances of coming across the chatters and phone-users who spend hours exercising their tongues and fingers (unfortunately while using the popular machines) so if you do decide to sign up, better go on off-peak hours. Also the air-conditioning seems to be not working. Most people already smell bad, imagine it being worse on a hot day. Suggestion to management: It's obvious that certain machines and equipment are more popular than others (and some are not even used) so would be good to add more of those machines like leg press and squat racks and reduce some like those ellipticals. The AC and ventilation needs work as well!
Fantastic experience: It looked good from the outside. Lots of good machines inside. Great underground parking available.
Fantastic experience: Easy 5 stars right off the bat because of the friendly reception staff. Equipments are good and well maintained for my standards. Toilets are well kept as well.
Fantastic experience: Superb, realy nice and relaxing place
Fantastic experience: Crunch fitness is the best value for money gym experience you will find in this side of Sydney. Their basic package of $10 a week it's almost too good to be true considering the massive gym space, variety of equipment and even ample parking. The only catch is that they open at 6am close early at 7pm so it's not a 24hr situation but if the hours work for you they are a clean gym, staff are quite friendly and motivating, they have all the amenities of a great gym - free lockers, showers, vending machine with protein drinks etc. They also run regular promotions and have personal trainers who are quite good.
Fantastic experience: Nice place, friendly staff, good equipment
Positive experience: Pretty good spot for a workout, particularly if you come for a free workout weekend (who doesn't like a free gym pass?). The Crunch chain was supposedly established in the US several decades ago so they use pounds in an attempt to maintain an atmosphere that is true to the origins of the gym. Sure enough, it's quite motivating to be there and the staff are very helpful. A good vibe amongst the gym community, too. No judgements (as promised by their slogan, I suppose). I took a tour with the gym attendant as you can tell. They have an optional customisable 10 station whole body workout on machines designed with input from a team of psychotherapists and sport scientists. The machines put less pressure on your joints due to their structural features, including the seat moving with you in a way that enables greater core engagement. I personally recommend this routine. I sometimes get a bit of a twinge in my knee and this circuit takes the pressure right off. The carefully selected exercises and the order means I don't have to evaluate my routine so much. I know I'm not missing an important muscle groups.
Positive experience: Could be excellent see this gym with all the installation crunch Alexandria. Here have a amazing team. But all the others crunch are better in infrastructure.
Negative experience: The Gym is so poorly managed. Staff are unprofessional, not trained properly and rude. The guy named PETER was so rude. He has no sense of customer service. Charged me $100 during lockdown even tho I freezed my account. Better to stay away from this gym.
Fantastic experience: The staff are lovely and the facilities are always so clean. Slightly busy sometimes but definitely worth the price.
Fantastic experience: 10/10 the best service and gym I have ever been too! all of the staff are so friendly and are able to answer all my questions. The gym is constantly being cleaned during COVID which makes me feel comfortable. I recommend anyone to train here.

Negative experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my dad - VERY POORLY MANAGED!!! I was charged during lockdown and I was told by the manager in Rockdale that it was a mistake. I was told to send an email with a screenshot of my account and I didn't receive any reply. I went back personally after a week to ask him and he said that he was "on top of it". He should've replied to my email in the first place. It has been almost two months now and I still haven't received a reply. My membership is on freeze and at the moment I am thinking of quitting because of this incident. I won't be recommending this gym to others. What a rip-off. For members, please check your account as this could happen to you. I heard from a friend who is also a member in Rockdale that this happened to them as well.
Fantastic experience: Crunch Rockdale is great. Lots of equipment and they are being so good with cleaning and instructing users to bring towels and clean equipment after use. They said some people left because of the insistence on towels. Good riddance to those who don't understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Rose Bridge
