Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve seen by far hygiene standards are appalling staff members absolutely disgusting behaviour poor equipment I would never recommend this gym to anyone customer service also disgusting also to mention mould in the bathroom absolutely horrible Also the female at the front with the glasses is very very rude and DEMANDING when it comes to fees ITS BORDERLINE HARASSMENT

Fantastic experience: There was no doubt that this gym was spacious. It was simple to get around and locate the equipment I required because there was enough of room between each unit. Compared to other gyms, where it is occasionally a problem, I never felt crowded or claustrophobic here. The huge amount of natural light that entered this gym was among the features I liked best. The huge windows enabled a lot of natural light to enter, which made working out more pleasant. The gym's stunning view of the area also contributed to the positive experience.

Fantastic experience: been at quite a few gyms and none do it like snap yagoona. the team are always energetic and full of enthusiasm when i come in and get greeted with a hello and a smile. they offer protein shakes to purchase which go well with a training session. the gym always has good music to go with your workout and the community is friendly and almost family like. Speak to Rachel about signing up, you won’t regret it.

Positive experience: Had a very good experience with a massive gym and lots of machines compared to my local gym in Melbourne however lost a star because staffed hours start really late and the weights are ALWAYS everywhere and never returned to the weight trees. Other than that a very pleasant experience and would go again when I come to Sydney!!!

Positive experience: There was no staff today;every other Snap fitness I’ve been to allows Crowd Dj on Spotify but for some reason this crowd dJ machine never works and they always play some designated playlist that’s the same old songs it gets a bit boring .other than that very clean venue and large space but it can be improved

Fantastic experience: This is lit place no cap the machines are good quality and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend new people to join.

Negative experience: The manager exhibited a highly hostile attitude when I invited my friend to briefly visit the facility over the weekend out of curiosity. To my dismay, the next day, the manager called and rudely scolded me, causing my entire day to be tainted with negativity. Furthermore, the staff members were not particularly friendly either. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Positive experience: Staff very helpful. Machines are all pretty new with all the bells and whistles. A little disappointing that they don’t have a free trial period so had to pay $20 for a casual visit. Would have possibly became a member if I could have used it a few more times for free before making a decision. It’s not like there’s a shortage of quality gyms in the area. UPDATE: the owner got in touch and apologised and explained the confusion with free trials. I’ve already joined elsewhere but strongly recommend checking this gym out and seeing if you can get a few free visits before making a decision. Customer service and state of machines all great.

Negative experience: I made an enquiry about membership. The information I received was dislocated. The gym is ok but the staff seem unprofessional and it seemed obvious that they just want to sell a membership.
