Negative experience: Poor management. I already cancelled my membership month ago still they are deducting money from my account. When i tried to contact them staff members use to say we are really sorry for that. Will contact to our manager as we are not enough qualified to sort out things. And never get reply back from manager. They are just stealing your money.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! Apparently my membership had expired but I had not received a call or email to say that my 12 month pay up front term had expired. I’d been using the gym for a month plus past the apparent expiry date (which was wrong anyway) and just all of a sudden doesn’t work! When I went to enter the gate didn’t open They said it is because it was expired I asked if I could go in today and pay when I next came back as I didn’t have any payment method on me, the response I got back from the manager was pay as a casual visit (I don’t know what part of I didn’t have my card on me they didn’t understand) There all happy to take your payment upfront but won’t work in with you when your not at fault.

Negative experience: My wife had terrible experience at this franchise .unexplained rules and just trying to steal your money. Hidden fees And zero customer service.They don’t care about their customer they only worry about money and how to steal more money. Me and my wife went there tried to talk to the manager he refused to talk and receptionist told us he is sorry his manager very rude he doesn’t wanna talk to us. Negative experience: The gym has all the required equipment. However, it is messy. No one put the weight back and there is little effort made by the workers to remind the attendees to leave the equipment clean and tidy. Everyone used the plates, dumbbells, machines and cannot be bothered to leave it properly.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I hoped I could rate a 0 atleast here. No one at the club knows what they are doing. You never know until you are in a position asking for their service about how terrible they are. The assistant club manager Jade accused me of saying stuff that I didn’t. And I was blamed on for stuff that I didn’t say and asked to be careful next time. Her actions were backed by the club manager as well. Everyone in this club thinks there are doing a favour to the customers. I had in writing that they would make up for their late actioning. But instead got told that the club was doing a favour by owning to their words. I would never recommend this club to even someone I hate.

Fantastic experience: If you are going for personal training, go with “Be”. He is good. We did group sessions with him and he knows the right techniques for someone who is starting up or doesn't have much strength. He went with our pace but also kept on motivating us to exceed. 5 weeks of training we feel the difference already.

Fantastic experience: I find Be Phan incredibly professional and efficient trainer. He tailored a specific training program based on my goals and abilities. I did see change in my body in just 3 weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works. I would definately recommend Be if you are looking forward for personal trainer.

Negative experience: Run very poorly, zero stars if I could. Have been in contact since the start of October trying to cancel my membership and pay off fees. Have called 3 times, emailed twice and contacted head office with no replies or correspondence. Was not told to come into store until my third call, during which I was interstate. Had my card stolen and had late fees I was more than happy to pay, and have stated this, but two different staff members promised to have certain fees waived, all staff members told me they sent off emails to sort this out as well. I’m still being charged to my account. Absolutely unacceptable, zero communication, female staff member I spoke to hung up on me, very rude and condescending. At least the other two staff members I originally spoke to were kind and understanding. Still waiting for issues to be resolved, obviously dragging this process out so they can steal more of my money. Would never recommend this franchise. Hidden fees, zero customer care, unexplained rules and just trying to steal your money

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived well before their listed closing time, but they refused to serve me, citing that they were closing in 50 minutes. It’s frustrating to visit a place expecting service, only to be turned away early. Additionally, the customer service was poor, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping. I would suggest they either update their hours or ensure that customers are served up until the actual closing time.

Negative experience: The staff that worked on Saturday midday and Sunday midday needs to be trained in gretting members and smilling. At least don’t look angry to be at work. Get a person who wants to be there.

Negative experience: Crunch fitness is a good gym with good environment. But there was a receptionist on 12th October was very rude and disrespectful towards the customers. We were there to freeze our membership but ended up in cancelation due to her behaviour and unprofessional customer service.

Negative experience: Plenty of equipment, worst customer service ever, subscribed yesterday, went this morning for a session, only to find my access card doesn’t work, and of course no one is at the front desk! Once they get your money that’s it!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, I’ve got the summit membership and bring my stepsister along with me whenever I go. The facilities are well maintained and are very clean. By far our favourite part is our class with Natalie! At our first class we came into it with a lot of nerves as neither of us had ever done a gym class before, to accommodate us she started with only body weight activities and has been pushing us more and more throughout the weeks as we have started to use more equipment. She is always happy to adapt exercises if you have any injuries or troubles. We were a bit upset to hear that the Tuesday morning class, has been canceled due to low numbers. Wish we could have classes with heron more dates if the week, she is awesome!

Positive experience: I find crunch fitness confusing. I love their power racks. They are awesome. Hate that more than half their weights do not have a KGs printed on them, makes it really hard for me to know proper weights without getting distracted by maths. I love their lockers and changing rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Hate that there is always someone sitting on the chest flying and crunches machine and chatting. But generally, just a little better than marriage.

Negative experience: they charge you $44 every year for direct debit fees(never heard of this fess any where else). which they never mentioned at the time of joining. Scammers check your account and you will fixed extra $44 charge from 3 months of ur signup.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever joined. The counter staff do not have any moral ethics. I was promised that I will get a free month and never got one yet even after 3 month commitment. Fantastic experience: Paige helped me sign up for a Summit membership despite assisting multiple gym members and guests. Although I already told her that I made up my mind about signing up and yet she still showed great customer service and made a great on the spot presentation about my perks Might I add, she not only did she go through quickly go through the perks I will be getting, she tries to get to know you and see what’s best suited for you… and of course, I am a sucker for a good Pilates and Yoga class hehe. Though I had a great understanding what I was signing up for, Paige made sure she went through everything rather than compressing everything she needed to say within 1 to 2 sentences. Been a member for less than a week, but I have been visiting other Crunch branches as well and attended a few private classes and booked a few private classes. I look forward to them!! The place looks overall clean compared to other well known gyms in the local area

Positive experience: Joined recently and the front staff are very respectful when entering and leaving the place. The gym is nice and clean and has a good range of machines. Only issue is the air conditioning as it is always hot in there.

Positive experience: For such a big gym, they only have one reverse fly machine (which is always in use), one plate loaded leg press and one smith machine (angled). Please get rid of that hack squat machine, it's terrible and no one ever uses it. A different hack squat machine would be awesome. Pease get more equipment!

Negative experience: Very hot in crunch hoppers crossing the aircon hasn't been working for over 3 months. Gym equipment always broken. The pads Material is really bad. They want everyone to put our weights away and wipe down equipment but they don't even look after the customers. The people at the front desk are trying to be really helpful. But head management don't give rat's about hot customers. There's better gyms around. Fix aircon I'll take my post down

Negative experience: You really don’t get value for your money at this gym. There is not enough gym equipment and the equipment that is there is either too old or just plain broken. There is leaking from the roof which is hazardous with the type of machines that are in the gym. If something is broken or not functioning in the gym, it takes at least 3-4 months before it is fixed and it’s only an inconvenience to you because nothing else is organised in place by the gym. Many of my friends have cancelled their membership from Crunch as the “commitment” contracts put in place do not abide by the terms and conditions highlighted on them.

Negative experience: DO NOT get a membership for crunch hoppers crossing at any cost or any deals that they may offer which they call “commitment plans”. My 12 month contract was from 08/01/2023 to 08/01/2024. Terms and conditions of the commitment state I have to give 1 month notice prior to cancelling, which I did and I was told I don’t need to do anything your membership will run out by the 08/01/2024 by 2 separate team members. However it was not the case, it doesn’t just run out as per team members there is a cancellation process which I was not told about. Come 08/01/2024 no contact about my membership from them. Then I check the crunch app it showed that I have to pay again (after the end of my 12 month commitment) that’s when I had to ask them a third time whether my membership is cancelled or not, they had no clue whatsoever. Then they said because I didn’t give them a months notice to cancel I have to pay again, however I already asked them to cancel my membership a month prior and they had told me twice from two separate people that the membership will just run out I do not have to do anything. If this isn’t enough the deter you, the maintenance in this gym is awful. Once a machine breaks down forget about it for another 4-6 weeks, torn seat paddings which can cause injury, worn out equipment and the list goes on. Now customer service, one of the worst customer service experiences ever, today I had to wait 1+ hour to get a hold of the manager when she was just in a room refusing to come out and speak to me, whilst their clueless team members scram to her every minute to ask what to do next about this situation, they have no problem solving skills, the manager you’ll hardly see on the gym floor. The only thing team members are trained to do is set up new memberships and giving tours around the gym , and talking to each other at the front desk. In the last year the water machine was broken down for 4-5 months so water from home or else nothing. Male bathrooms had blocked urinals filled with urine reaping bad smell for 3 months. This review will probably get an automated apologetic reply because they definitely don’t care enough to address customer issues. One of the worst staff team, untrained. Do yourself a favour, and stay away from crunch Hoppers crossing, unfortunately I can’t give a 0 Star review if I could I would.

Negative experience: A lot of padding on machines is ripped or worn out. The water filter on the water dispenser has not been changed for 5-6 months. Management refuse to contact me regarding my concerns. Many on my friends have cancelled their memberships. I feel the only way for crunch to take notice is to cancel membership and not recommend crunch to nobody. Hopefully this review gets some attention. I’m a disappointed member.

Positive experience: Well sized gym at a good price, however nobody puts their weights away and you’ll commonly find squat racks loaded with 100kg+ with nobody using it. Staff do nothing to address it, so have fun unloading every machine you use.

Negative experience: One of the worst facility. The door of the training room is broken for 3 months, still not fixed with continuous follow ups. A few month ago, drinking water stations was broken for months didn’t bother to fix and they insist to bring water from home. The roof leakage is there for year now, they just don’t care. Negative experience: Very bag management and services. Every time you call the reception they forward enquiry to there head Nina in hoppers crossing who is very unprofessional and don’t response to emails untill and unless you run after her. Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years now and their staff are usually the nicest bunch! But today (15/11/23) from 12pm - 1pm when I arrived I had a terrible experience because of one of the staff members (she’s short and chubby and white). I scanned my card and it didn’t let me in because of a missed payment. I found this odd because if I do miss a payment I receive a text message from crunch but I didn’t this time. So I logged onto my crunch member portal and it didn’t say anything about a missed payment. When I asked the lady at the front if they could retry the payment on their system, she gave me so much attitude our entire interaction and aggressively said just pay in person to make everyone’s life easier. In normal circumstances I would have addressed her rudeness but I didn’t want to cause a scene as there were other customers. I can’t believe that this is the type of customer service I get for simply asking her a question. Crunch you need to teach your staff to speak to people with the bare minimum decency! Absolutely disgusting.

Negative experience: I was many years member, I was paid fully 12months fees in last two years, and give me 15 months member, but this month when I back to crunch and want to pay fully 12 months fees ,the staff tell me I only can get 12 months no another 3months bonus member, not happy

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this gym 3-4 days a week. There is a wide variety of gym equipments to fulfil my fitness goal. The staff are very friendly and will go extra mikes to help me when I have a need. The gym is conveniently located close to my place and there is ample spaces in the car park.

Negative experience: Too many Indians with disgusting personal hygiene, creepy Indians staring at my partner, staff do not tell ppl with little man syndrome to not drop weights, something is always broken and just a slum atmosphere, yuk...bye bye Crunch!

Fantastic experience: We have been taking Personal Training sessions with Be. It has been 3 weeks (8 sessions) and this is one of the best fitness training experience we have had. Be (our PT) is amazing. He is a wonderful trainer, extremely passionate about coaching us, knows where to stretch and where to pause, so well. Negative experience: Crunch fitness hoppers crossing I once was a massive fan of this gym the low prices, adequate equipment, friendly staff and a relatively clean space for a gym. I recommended many of my friends to sign up but I am now ashamed to say I recommend anyone. With the new change of management a lot has changed and nothing for the good. All of the staff where always lovely and knew us regulars by name it was always a safe community and really “no judgement” but now with the new manager, the atmosphere is definitely different she picks and chooses who she enforces the rules to and doesn’t remind you nicely of the rules but TELLS you the rules very disrespectfully, dosent know any of the regulars or bother to even try to chat to anyone, she is barely even working at this location, as soon as she starts working the other workers are instantly uncomfortable, the filter on the water fountain always says it’s dirty, I never see her workout in the gym when I have seen many other workers outside of there shifts work out including the old manager / 2nd in charge, members are pushed with promotional information and asked to review the location on google reviews, the bathrooms have become disgusting and they have just added a bottle of air freshener in there to solve it, and theft numbers have definitely gone up and to prevent this it’s $15 to RENT a padlock for a locker. Crunch fitness I would really reconsider your change of management as you do have some great staff members working at this facility but a horrible manager.

Negative experience: New Gym Manager (Redhead Woman) is bias against particular people when it comes to enforcing the rules. Myself and other gym members feel put off from coming to the gym in fear of having the manager single us out to everyone else. As of recently it has not been welcoming and friendly environment anymore and will not be recommending this gym to anyone until management is changed very unfortunate.

Negative experience: Been here for ages, never had any issues. UNTIL NOW. New management are enforcing absurd rules very strictly and disrespectfully. Only My partner and I were asked to put our bags away, quite rudely I might add, while there were other gym members that had their bags on the floor. It was very prejudiced and we felt very discriminated. Never had this happen before, I’m sure the new lady manager with the red hair (not sure of her name) has something to do with it. She has never greeted my partner and I respectfully whenever she’s at the reception. Please try acknowledge the negative impact she’s had as being manager. Many of my friends feel the same way and we are seriously considering our options to leave this once great gym

Negative experience: I’ve been here for the past two years. today we were asked to put our bags away straight away (with the excuse that this has always been a rule) but it is surprising when it is expected to be enforced straight away without any understanding. Crunch Used to be good with chill staff and a healthy environment with Jesse as the manager but the new management is awful. With absurd rules being strictly enforced such as no bags and constant announcements every few minutes. Would it not make sense that an individual has a place to put all their belongings such as straps, belts and towels in a large visible bag. Apparently not cause we’re now expected to let them lay around which is more of a tripping hazard/ our belongings being damaged as they can’t be visible. The new manager with the red hair(don’t know her name) isn’t nice and does not communicate appropriately to the gym goers, she has a rude attitude, never greets us if she is at the reception as the other staff members do and just has a very negative aura in general. I used to love this gym, the members and the staff but with the way the new manager is leading it, many of my friends and me will be made to move gyms

Negative experience: Last Saturday when I tried to enter in the gym gate does not open I asked to girl on the counter she straight away said payment denied.i said let me check my account same time I showed her my account statement and then she checked on computer and said our system didn’t work for some reason we couldn’t no process payment can you pay here on the counter then I paid on the counter the girl even didn’t not apologise for inconvenience. Today gym manager told me aggressive behaviour not accepted . Any one can tell me where is my fault .very disappointed with unprofessional behaviour.

Negative experience: I am beyond exasperated. What is the point in paying $10 to downgrade a membership, if you're not actually going to do that? It's already been a month & change should have been in effect by now. And the emails - saying you're gonna charge extra $2 but charge $4 instead, where is the transparency in that? You guys are exhausting. Seriously.

Negative experience: They don’t even deserve a single star I don’t why they got 3.3 . Worst experience ever i put then cancelation request via email like 2 months ago then they send a email from different name with cancellation foam ( and it goes in spam) if someone send you a email with registered email account for cancellation than what you guys want but they don’t care like reception staff also don’t care they live in 2010. They have a app but its seem like someone make it for try there skill. Bcoz there is not any option for cancellation Very disgusting
