Negative experience: Don't believe the reviews. The gym is grossly dusty and machines are broken and not marked. Real safety issue. Expensive. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Most friendly staff and great facilities. Even in their busiest periods they have ample equipment and the floor always tends to be clean and well maintained with the right weights always accessible. Clean sauna and bathroom facilities! Can't fault them!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service. Super friendly staff specially the manager Ammar who is very approachable. Plus It's Convenient because they have Creche, I was able to leave my kid and enjoy a peaceful workout!

Negative experience: I recently experienced the loss of my personal property at a gym, and despite numerous attempts to seek assistance from the staff, their response was inadequate. They provided various excuses and, ultimately, were unable to offer any meaningful support. Instead, they requested that I obtain a formal permission letter from the police in order to access the security camera footage. The staff’s lack of helpfulness appears to be a recurring issue at this facility, which reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and security.

Fantastic experience: Started at Bodyfit Auburn a couple months back. The gym is big, plenty of free and machine weights. What I like is that even during busy times of the day there are machines and exercises you can go to.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying this gym, classes are good, abundance of equipment, great having the sauna available and 24/7 access to the gym. I'm a fitness passport user and it's also accepted here with a very small fee for an access fob, much less than other gyms.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to, close to home, massive gym area with all amenities and equipment, the gym is constantly growing with new equipment. The customer service from staff is really good and they are so helpful. I would really recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I have been working out at this gym over 3 years. Due to change of my schedule with work and other personal issue couldn’t be able to attend any more. I have try number of times to cancel membership via email and phone call it was impossible. Payed membership over 8 month without setting a foot there. Eventually I went in the gym to discuss the issue they can’t find the email I have sent even though I have the proof. As a result of their failure to see my email now I have to pay another four weeks fee to terminate my membership. Extremely disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here on and off for about a year now, I can say I have had a pleasant experience, the PT's there were nice and so were the staff, extremely helpful regarding everything and gave me a bag, towel and protein drink free on my re sign up, in me they will have a returning customer in the future. They also have deadlift platforms and given you go at a empty time you can spend comfortable time in relative silence whilst doing your set. DL platforms are rare to come by, near by anyway. To me they were the pro's. I during my year long attendance never had a issue. I did have some cons, be they menial. During peak hour I came, really for the sauna and not a workout but the body odour was bad, the locker rooms can get really dirty as-well, mud from outside mixed with the water on the floor. I think the lockers could also be fixed i remember some had a broken level/floor. Overall, I believe this gym to be a fantastic one, The gym-goers were nice and talkative, the staff and PT's were awesome. They get 5 stars in my book.

Negative experience: Worst gym in Sydney, waste of money, most of equipments are out of order, the water tape is out of order, the toilets are filthy, don’t sign up to this gym, you will be regretting big time, stay away better elsewhere better and cleaner gym

Positive experience: Good gym, usually packed. Need to be a little flexible and patient with workouts since machines are usually unavailable depending on the time you go. The protein bar and vending machine are nice in a pinch but expensive.

Positive experience: This place need some renovation (e.g bathroom, crooked stairs), replace broken equipments, recalibrate machines and a cleaner to wipe down dirty equipments.

Ample parking adds to the convenience. Personally, I’ve had the privilege of enrolling in personal training sessions with Harry, whose motivational approach and expertise as both a trainer and massage therapist have truly assisted my fitness journey. His deep understanding of the body and extensive experience ensure that he brings out the best in his clients. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Bodyfit and highly recommend it to anyone embarking on a new health journey.

Fantastic experience: Bodyfit has a modern, sophisticated and clean atmosphere which makes you motivated to exercise often. I enjoy working out with our personal trainer who has extensive knowledge about anatomy, fitness and overall individual health. I would love to join the group yoga and pilates sessions sometime in the near future.

Negative experience: I like the gym itself. But is it me or does this gym attract the loudest people? Dropping weights and running so loudly on the treadmill like they are almost jumping on it… Hey bruh, you know there is a technique to running right? You slamming your feet into the ground is going to damage your knees. Run like a ninja, your core gets engaged more and so does your leg muscles. Changing it to a 1 star ⭐️ now until this is addressed. On the 8th of January 2024 10pm evening. You actually have members in the evening bringing in their sound system speakers drowning out the gym. You have two different music blasting off in all direction it’s terrible

Fantastic experience: Amazing club!! I visited a week ago as I was in the area. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, I was shown around by the general manager Sandra. The equipment and layout were both incredible- everything you could ever want and extremely well maintained they even have a private sauna in the locker rooms, oh and crèche for the little ones!!!!! It doesn’t get better than this

Fantastic experience: Heard really good things about this place, but I’m more impressed with the PT’s they have in their mighty arsenal. Once they got ACE on board, that was all the information I needed to sign up. This guy is a walking, talking reminder of how good you can look and feel if you apply and discipline yourself. This guy is a BEAST and unlike other PT’s I’ve had in the past, he actually walks the walk not just talks it. Once you’ve jumped on the ACE train, know that you will become the best version of yourself in both body and mind. I’m delighted that he joined your ranks and will be the reason I join this gym. Shout out to the PT’s like ACE out there that actually change peoples lives. 12/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Bodyfit Auburn is the best bodyfit hands down. It’s Huge! Heaps of different machines, and large group fitness rooms. The staff are fantastic. Joanne, Maria and Zach (it’s his second day) are all really welcoming, friendly and keep this place in tip top shape. I really love the sauna - there is one for each change room, and staffed till late. Perfect way to decompress after my workout.

Fantastic experience: Recently back into my fitness and Body fit is my local centre, many facilities avaliable and friendly staff. SHOUT-OUT to Ace the PT he has been outstanding! His guidance has helped me achieve my fitness goals during my postpartum. Highly recommend to any mums who want to get back in shape.

Now for a more positive review about ACE the PT , couldn’t be happier with him , worked with other pts in the past they don’t compare to him, best PT I’ve worked with. He knows his stuff. Negative experience: They must be giving our free memberships for people who leave 5 star reviews. DO NOT GO HERE! Please don’t believe the pathetic 5 star reviews that they beg customers to write. This money hungry gym will still make you pay for a membership even though you cancel it. I simply cancelled my membership and was told it was all sorted, weeks after I’m still being charged for a membership. Then I’m told that I still need to pay the outstanding amount, it’s not my problem “Sandra Dzida” who calls herself a gym manager doesn’t train her staff properly. I’ve had my calls and emails ignored by the arrogant manager also been lied to over emails when I did receive them. When a customer is told something by a staff member, then changing the regulations just to suit them isn’t very professional especially when the customer is always right. Clearly they know nothing about customer service. Do yourself a favour a sign up to a gym else where trust me!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It’s great and the staff are very friendly. Have been getting PT sessions from Ace he’s also awesome >.< the amenities are good - there’s a sauna. Some cons would be the restrooms are usually a little dirty & the cable machines are quite old. Would be nice if they upgraded most of the equipment. Also has good parking :)

Positive experience: I travel 20 mins everyday to get to this gym because I love the layout and equipment, but the aircon hasn’t been working for weeks and it seems like nothing has been done to resolve it. really frustrating to have to come in and have a good workout when it’s too hot to even want to workout.

Positive experience: The A/C has been down for weeks. It's 30⁰ inside and out.Also the men's amenities look like they don't get cleaned well, I can tell because there's debris and marks all over the place that has been there for weeks. Unhygienic at the least. Staff and gym equipment is good otherwise.

Negative experience: This gym is okay at the moment. The staff are lovely. Especially Maria. But I can’t help but feel like a few changes can be made to improve the quality of the gym and experience for its members. 1. Multiple people walking around without shoes (barefoot). This is not appropriate for safety and hygiene reasons. I don’t want to smell bad odors! 2. Not enough equipment to share during peak periods. I have had some questionable conversations with fellow members about use of equipment with most people getting defensive. For example, there is only one straight bar on the cable machines, meaning people are literally fighting over it. This will cause fights. 3. Broken equipment. One of the Lat pull down machines hasn’t had knee guards for weeks. Maybe this has just been missed by staff.

Positive experience: I love this place. The large space with so much equipment always makes me feel refreshed. I also like the sauna and the shower. One thing I want it to improve is the cleaning in the shower room. It is often filty and not cleaned properly. The cleaning team needs to be managed better. It is a shame that gives negative effects to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I travelled to Sydney for work and the team at Auburn Bodyfit were so welcoming and friendly. There’s plenty of good equipment and a huge functional area for stretching and they have boxing bags out front too. The sauna caps it off for me. Will come back here again when I travel to Sydney next.

Negative experience: The communication between customer and staff at the gym is very poor. They don’t even give you notice of and overdue payment and just wait for it to build up with their extra charges and then notify you. Do better.

Positive experience: Good mix of equipment and spacious compared to most gyms. Ample parking. Clean toilets (a minor miracle for a gym!)

Fantastic experience: The gym is really good, well kept and staff are really friendly. Especially the lady who puts away the weights left behind on the floor by very stong bodybuilders. It seems that everyone works out very hard. So hard that at the end of workout have no strength left to put them back on the stand. Today someone turned sauna temp to 110degrees. It will not hurt to check the cctv. Luckily no one got hurt or caught on fire and one of the friendly staff took immediate action to turn off the sauna.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym just recently and have been very happy with it. The are a various equipment options and the place is always tidy and clean. The staff and trainers are super friendly and the gym has an overall good energy. The gym is also 24/7 which makes it super convenient for my day to day schedule.
