Fitness Cartel Health Clubs Tweed Heads - 24/7 Gym

Negative experience: Ridiculously miss managed gym, horribly running kids day care in the gym. I was not aware they run day care with over capacity. My daughter was in the tiny room with over capacity of children, there were only 2 carers in very tiny room and they were handling 9 to 10 children at that time, this is against the Australian regulations, don’t wish this experience happen to any other parent. When I pointed this to management staff was ignoring it and being rude.

Negative experience: Although it’s a nice gym, with a good store attached, they bring themselves down when you ask to not be in a lock in contract and they do it anyway Aswell as the fact that they’re Absolute spammers calling you. If you ask for any information over the phone before you’ve even signed up they will call you every day until you’ve signed up. Once you’re signed they still spam call you every second day to check in. I have 20 voicemails from them it’s excessive.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member for a little while the gym has great facilities and some great friendly staff but that april is the most unprofessional women I have ever seen i don’t know how she got the job has no real knowledge of supplements giving false info and she flirts with every guy that walks in the door like it’s a strip club including my partner and it’s making myself and partner so uncomfortable I really like the club and don’t want to leave but can someone please tell April her flirting is not cute it’s making it awkward for everyone

Fantastic experience: The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The gym itself is always very clean and all the equipment is well kept. Good atmosphere and the layout isn't overwhelming like other gyms. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: They don’t have the parking available to accommodate for the amount of members they have. They hardest and most frustrating part about going to this gym is finding a park.

Positive experience: I love this gym. Great facilities. Temperature regulation is bad, so removing a star. The ceiling isn't properly insulated. The air-conditioning just escapes. Cold air also escapes from the bathrooms. The tin roof radiates heat onto you if you're upstairs. I'm so used to gyms being a cool, highly-regulated temperature. It's a shock to the body to work out when it's so hot. When it's a cloudy and cool day, the gym is quite cold. I don't work out as hard as I'd like to because I'm worried about passing out from heat. They need to fix the water filters and the hold in the wall near the weights corner (could be asbestos).

Negative experience: I have been with this gym since July 23 and in last 3 weeks they found 5 things against me and it was the owners friends that come in and go through things go into the managers office like it's theres so said I slept on the floor walked around with no shoes sat to long on a chair put milk, drink in a fridge and even though he or the girls could have said things about each of them they wait till it hits all at once, I'm moving on but if I have to give ONE advice , Don't say hi or bye wen coming or leaving better put your head down and don't talk to anyone, I broke my own rule being to nice

Fantastic experience: signed up about 2 months ago and i am loving it. The gym is huge and there is alot of space and machines to work out on without having to wait your turn. The staff is friendly and always greet when you come in the door. All the machines are new aswell such a good gym.

Negative experience: This gym is relentless with unsolicited spamming, ive asked for my No to be removed from their database and blocked and reported but they just use different phone numbers to continue to spam my private phone number. As explained to 2 different staff I dont even live in Tweed! Whoever gave my No to this gym give yourself an upper cut. They are worse then overseas telemarketers!

Negative experience: Passed the good equipment, open space to train and the passionate trainers is terrible disingenuous customer service and a non-inclusive gym culture, not helpful at all even after over 3 years training here, trust me, just go to anytime fitness at least they don’t charge for 30 day cancellation period, don’t get sucked in!

They will continuously call you and when you get sick of it they'll have a go, dunno who called me and mentioned my tone of voice when they're the ones calling me repetitively, but if ur reading this I hope u stub ur little roided toe big fella, get that one up ya.
