Fantastic experience: Recently started here, very welcoming and professional staff, lots of equipment and a very nice "recovery room" with a sauna, this feature is missed by many other gyms unfortunately. The gym is not overwhelming with people. Overall a very positive experience so far.

Personal Trainer Jamie helped me to perfect my form which gave me great confidence in my workouts. Gym is very clean and well equipped. Great group classes and 1:1s available.

Owner is amazing always going above and beyond for us providing us with classes, great PTs, and now we have a sauna !!!! Great classes running and Cedric PT trainer is among reaching my goals ...I recommend for you to come down you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a visit from Sydney. Entry fob would not work originally BUT onsite staff let me in, phoned my “home” gym- sorted the issue and was able to train Very friendly, clean and professional. Mix of modern and older equipment and all worked great with no maintenance issues Bonus was a recovery room for premium members!

Negative experience: They give out drink bottles for 5 star reviews so keep in mind that the rating may not be fully accurate.
