Fantastic experience: This GYM is Solid! - New and Maintained Machines and Equipment - Great Variation of Machines and Equipment - Aaron, the gym bob the builder, keeps everything working great. - Kiali working at the front, is welcoming, kind, and professional. - Many regulars, constantly improving, strong motivators - Chris is an experienced Personal Trainer, practically living at the Worlds. He goes out of his way to be a good Man and Beast. - Underground Black and Red Lighting, pre sick. - Good music when they play dub n house. Don't really like the rap - Air conditioned, Clean, Plenty of Bathrooms, Lockers - Brand New posing room. Check these gainz brah - Lots of Yolked Dudes, Chiseled Chicks. A range of starting at a level of experience to some masters. - Bodybuilders and Powerlifters played on TV's for mind juice I've been a Gym dude since 2015. I am here in AUS on a working Holiday VISA for the last year. Checked out Good Life First, nice commercial gym. Worlds on the other hand is where the experienced go. Progressive competition, strong vibes, kind people. Thank you Surfers Worlds for being my AUS home GYM. Get jacked!

Fantastic experience: World Gym Surfers Paradise is an awesome gym with incredible staff and experienced trainers. However, the music selection 80% of the time is rubbish—it's usually house remixes of old pop songs or some random repeating noises that drain my strength before I even hit my first rep. But when they throw on the rare gym trap playlist featuring artists like Lil Baby and 21 Savage, I’m suddenly lifting double the weights! Sure, I could wear headphones, but then I'd miss all the gems my training partner drops. If only they’d stick to a steady stream of trap music to really pump up the atmosphere—because we all know everybody likes trap, people are just scared to admit it sometimes. Aside from the music, it’s definitely the best gym around!! 10 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, reasonably priced casual entry with a towel, good equipment including Hammer Strength plate loaded, has an underground club vibe which suits this area of Gold Coast nicely. I got a good training session in and it wasn’t overly busy at 9am on a Tuesday.

Negative experience: As soon as I walk in equipment all over the floor, dumbells not in the correct order and bench presses were some of the worst I have ever used. Didn’t even have a powerbar on the bench press. Dumbells were some of the worst I have ever used. They rattle when I try press them and are extremely uncomfortable. Don’t come here instead go to the Ashmore one

Positive experience: Cool gym, good equipment, some characters in there training too, (guys who load up the leg press only to do quarter reps loudly) which is always good for a laugh.

Positive experience: Great gym, plenty of machines and has everything you need. Would be good to have more cable machines as they are always busy with there only being a few of them. Friendly staff, very warm and welcoming. Supplements at front if needed. Would visit again.

Negative experience: Signed up for a free trail, got harassed by phone calls even after telling them I will go in and talk to them. 4 missed called in 7 days, what's the point? Don't like how they conduct business.

Fantastic experience: Top quality gym in a great location. Really good equipment, some that I’ve never seen before. Just wish there were more cable machines. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Class variety of memberships for how long you’re visiting for. We went for the 3 day pass. Good variety of pre and post workout & good value for the shakes. Also some decent merchandise too!
