Positive experience: Great gym, awesome equipment. Only issue we’ve found is that we signed up for morning classes to suit our busy schedule and the timetable has changed. The 5:30am classes were unreal and we were out of there by 6:20am, that’s all changed. Looks like it’s back to F45 for us.

Positive experience: Gym equipment, music and atmosphere is great. Equipment is well maintained and staff is friendly. The reason for my 3 star review is cleanness of the gym. I can see and really smell built up dust everywhere as well as see sweat marks on the walls. Vents are also covered in dust. For someone with asthma, cardio in this environment is impossible. There is also a lot of tripping hazards, due to weight plates, dumbbells and cable attachments lying all over the floor. Maybe reception staff could be utilised to quickly clean up the floor from time to time?

The trainers are all professional and amazing, the reservation staff are so friendly, they really do make your day with their massive smiles when you walk into the gym at 5am half asleep. Negative experience: I was pretty confident i was going to join. I'm with Fitness Passport and i wanted to train at least once but hopefully a few times to get a feel of the gym, busy times and clientele. BUT you cannot have a trial. What a joke. Guess I will take my money for training gear and supplements elsewhere.

Positive experience: Trained here for 3 and a half years now. Good facilities and I found the staff to be pleasant. However I recently had to move to a different gym and they are charging me a 4 week leaving fee. Yes, this was perhaps somewhere in the contract I signed. Regardless, I do feel hard done by to have to pay an additional 4 weeks for nothing, after many years as a loyal customer. For this reason I’ve given a 3 as opposed to a 5 star rating.

Negative experience: I've been trying to cancel my membership for two months. on the first visit they informed me that there were 14 weeks left before I could cancel the contract, that is, a little more than 3 months. Last week I went back to the gym to check how many weeks were left before I could finally cancel the contract. and I am surprised by the information that I had already paid for 90 weeks. 12 weeks longer than the 78 week contract. In other words, two months ago when I was there for the first attempt and I was wrongly informed that I still couldn't cancel the contract, yes I could. Which makes me think that the person who helped me either didn't know what they were doing or gave me someone else's information. I don't know if the person didn't understand my name or if they typed my phone number wrong, I don't know, English isn't my first language, maybe it's the accent, I don't know, and I don't care about it. The problem is that now I'm trying to cancel the membership without the 30 days notice, they are accusing me of lying, that they need to investigate the case, what do you mean by investigating the case? Really? Do they intend to analyze 2 months of filming back to find the exact day I went to the gym? It doesn't make any sense. I went to the gym again this week and the local manager said she didn't have the power to make any decisions, the person responsible for this area was busy and could only resolve it the following week... well, I waited one week and went back to the gym again, after I didn't get any response via phone or email. Once again the manager can't resolve it and the person in charge is not there, he is sick, in the meantime, the membership remains on, they continue to be charged. This is disrespectful in so many ways that I don't even know the adjective for it. From what I've read in the reviews it seems this is a recurring situation at this gym. Poor customer care and service. They refuse to solve the problem in the best way. They accuse me of lying instead of a simple apology for the mess and for having given the wrong information to me on first attempt to cancel it. I had to cancel my card so that the charge would stop being made, as no one at this gym is capable of solving such a simple problem. Now I have the inconvenience of waiting ten days for a new card, transferring all my automatic debts because of this gym, that really sucks. My credit score is over 800/1000, I have no debts with anyone. I have already paid 90 weeks, 12 more weeks of the contract, what are you guys are? Hungry for money? I'm not going to waste my time going to the gym again trying to solve this. If you don't cancel this once and for all and continue charging 4 more weeks and put my name in the debt collectors just because I will not pay for the mistake that I did not make, I will take legal action against you.

Fantastic experience: Best gym, doesn’t matter what kind of training you’re into there’s something for everyone. Good range of equipment that isn’t seen in some other gc gyms, staff are always welcoming and happy to help. Might seem a bit pricy but you’re really getting your moneys worth here

Negative experience: The owner is very aggressive!! He was in the car park yelling at a number of people.. I think he needs to use his own equipment and release some endorphins to settle down.
