Negative experience: Not a bad gym. However have some questions regarding the men's changeroom. I have been to the fitness first in St Leonards and they have a different liquid for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Wondering why the gym here for the past 2+ years seems to only have the blue liquid (body wash?) filled and the shampoo dispenser is always empty? Some of the shower heads also have very low water pressure and quite a few of the shower tap handles are faulty too. Would be good to know if they are on the list to be fixed

Negative experience: Gym needs to be renovated badly, AC doesn’t work in summers, It takes them so long to fix/replace machines and equipment. I hope they read this review and invest in the gym

Negative experience: Amazing family swimming until a stupid rule said no family swimming i even spent the 2k at this place and they cancel swimming! I now want to cancel this but there is a fee to cancel how silly is that?

Fantastic experience: Have been to plenty of gyms in my time; this one was a standout. In my only visit, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, Sophie. Had I been looking for a permanent membership, she would’ve sold me! Great experience, if I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to pop in.

Fantastic experience: Am new to the area and have been trying out a few local gyms and Top Ryde Fitness First is no doubt the best gym I’ve been to! Fantastic experience: My PT Ash is fantastic - patient, friendly and skilful. I have gone through trainings at other Club but his training I like to call Magic! I enjoy Group Classes as well. Instructors are not just leading members what to do in the studio but explaining the concept behind it, really great!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience being trained by Clarence at Fitness First Top Ryde. Together, we’ve made significant strength gains, improved my technique and stability, and built muscle. But the most valuable result has been the confidence we built around compound movements and lifting free weights. Now, I feel more confident than ever, and that’s the greatest takeaway. Negative experience: One of the worst gyms in sydney. The swimming pool is only available for general public use in the afternoon, majority of their machines are out of order, 9/14 tredmills are out of order and the gym staff is not concerned at all. They’ll call you time and again pushing you to join the gym and get money out of you but when it comes to the maintenance of the gym it is pathetic

Negative experience: Considering the "platinum" tier gym multiple machines are out of order with long turn arounds to be back in working condition. Staff harass the general public in the shopping centre to sign up however the gym from the inside is not well maintained. Doesn't seem like a good business model

Negative experience: Was excited to be within walking distance to this gym, had a look around but unfortunately it's a non-starter for me. The pool area basically sits in the middle of an atrium, meaning much of the space smells humidly of strong chlorine. It's very unpleasant, and for me makes the equipment closest to the pool area. Ventilation seems to be an issue all round, as humid smell was also present outside the group class room, even with the door closed. Equipment looked surprisingly old and worn out for what is supposedly a Platinum club. Everything is in serious need of an update. There's a large sitting area in the front that gives early 2000s RSL vibes, and I doubt it gets much use. Would be better to have more equipment and space for working out. Sadly I think I'd rather drive 20min elsewhere to enjoy my gym time.

Negative experience: Quite underwhelming for a platinum. For a starter, the changing room was filthy and has a very unpleasant ammonia smell. At least half of the lockers were malfunctioning. The lap pool was almost always full with kids and learners. The cardio section was not adequately equipped. The staff was quite rude and constantly on his mobile phone. This is probably the worst of all Fitness First so far

Negative experience: I've been a loyal member of Fitness First for 3 years, but I recently had an extremely disappointing experience when I tried to join this Platinum gym. I was shocked when they asked to pay $25 just to use the gym for one day. I wasn’t even allowed in for an hour to check it out! The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in welcoming me or inviting me to see the facilities. I expected better after years of membership, and this poor customer service has really left me questioning my loyalty to Fitness First.

Negative experience: Been attending this gym since 2019. The last 12 months have seen a steep decline in cleanliness/hygiene, equipment servicability, and professionalism of staff. - Front counter staff can be a bit abrupt while serving customers or not paying attention when speaking with them, - Never any lockers available - always locked at 6am or missing entire doors. - Equipment always out of order or fraying parts (i.e. 5 treadmills been offline for a week and now it's 6 as of 22/8/2024). - Showers area always mouldy (i note it was recently cleaned away but quickly returning to mould again). - Iron in male changeroom wasnt working for 2 weeks, last i tried it was still broken. I will add, i enjoy the group classes and the instructors are always friendly and motivating.

Negative experience: I am regular member at Top Ryde since 2021. I lost two of my new jumpers at the place. You put your stuff in the lockers then hope and pray, you will find it when you are done with your workout. I still remember when it happened first time last year, the staff looked at a box and told me there is nothing. I bought a new jumper and same day walked into the gym and that’s what happened. This time again, I put my almost new jumper into the locker and went for exercise. When I came back, the locker was open and there was nothing. Upon discussing with the staff, I got the same response as of last time, we are sorry, we know it’s frustrating.

Negative experience: NEVER AGAIN. Search Fitness First overcharging and you’ll find thousands of articles, reviews etc., regarding clients being overcharged. Fitness First’s business model seems to be based on nothing more than getting you locked into a contract and then charging you ridiculously high fees. Even if you think you’re getting a good deal for membership, they’ll make it up in the fees. My partner and I regret ever joining, I could have saved hundreds of dollars in fees. No legitimate business should be run this way. We will be lodging an official complaint to regulatory authorities. As for the gym itself, it is dirty with poor ventilation, old equipment, and weights all over the place. Mouldy showers, most of the lockers broken or locked all the time. SAVE YOURSELF AND NEVER JOIN THIS GYM. Choose a smaller local gym that cares about its customers.

Negative experience: Fitness First’s debiting system seems to be based on overcharging or otherwise charging them with a ridiculous amount of fees to the point that you’ve got no chance of deciphering the reason behind them. You will not get any notifications explaining out of the ordinary debits/ fees. The whole system seems to be more like daylight robbery than a legitimate business practice . My partner and I have the benefit of seeing how much either of us are being charged - we are being charged different amounts yet we are both on the exact same membership plan. They have not provided an explanation of this. Also keep in mind the ridiculous cancellation fee, which is in the hundreds of dollars. Honestly you’ll be happy to pay it in the end just to be free from such a nightmare. Furthermore the gym itself is certainly not up to par for such a price. The machines are habitually dirty and the steam room, pool and sauna are often not accessible anyway due to being under repair.

Negative experience: This fitness first is supposed to be platinum but is nowhere near other platinum locations around Sydney. It has poor facilities and only cardio equipment seems to be up to date. Weights are really old and no good ventilation at all.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, Fitness First Top Ryde has significantly declined in quality. The gym is perpetually overcrowded, making it difficult to access equipment. The pool is practically unusable due to the constant presence of children's swimming lessons. The equipment is very old and often broken, with machines remaining "out of order" for months before being removed without replacement. Additionally, the cleanliness of the showers and toilets is very disappointing; they are often dirty and poorly maintained. The only positives are the excellent classes and professional coaches.

Negative experience: Top Ryde fitness first is neither platinum nor a fitness club. It's a kids' club. This club is charging members for facilities that are not available for them to use, such as swimming pool. The swimming pool is rented out to a "swimming class" for most of the prime hours during weekends and weekdays. Considering the premium price you get charged, you get to deal with messy and untidy facilities, specifically changing rooms that are shared with kids still using nappies. The broken equipment takes months to repair. The steamroom is usually out of service. Try to avoid this place by joining some other nearby clubs. Update: The irony of my complaint here is that a week later, I received an email informing me that they are increasing the membership cost to continue providing "the very best fitness experience " ‍‍‍

Fantastic experience: BIIIIGG SHOUT OUT TO ASH who is my personal trainer. we have been training together for 1.5 years and yesterday I reached my ultimate DREAM of my fitness goals after life got in the way over the last 30 years! before in the past I would never persist past 6 months on my own, since engaging ASHHHH i have found a good friend, a great trainer and motivator without whom I would never have reached my fitness goals. ABT ASH: he is the most friendly and approachable guy, very knowledgeable in his work and the best thing is he keeps you on course with his positivity, never a harsh word or criticism, and his never say die attitude. he has maintained my focus for me with regular check in texts, humourous gifs, motivating words... Negative experience: I don't even want to give it 1 star to be honest....because it really doesn't deserve that. I now have a gym membership that is useless...try to go swimming - can't because the pool is full of kids and there are no lanes open for us. Was told could use at 7.30pm if I wanted - I wanted to use it at 11am on a Sunday! Classes - over booked Equipment (when you can get on it) - old and dirty - some rusty and probably not safe Shower rooms - next level filthy - no way would I be using them Lockers - 99% broken Steam Room - 99% closed - out of order Sauna - 99% full - can't fit in to use Fitness First Top Ryde - 99% clueless

Fantastic experience: Clarence has been my personal trainer for the last 6 months. His enthusiasm and positive attitude has made the experience enjoyable and engaging during our sessions. His willingness to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding my goals and adapting the training to meet my specific needs. Training with Clarence has been very beneficial, and I feel more confident in my ability to apply the knowledge that he has shared with me to continue working out at home. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I feel more confident within myself and seeing great progress in terms of weight loss, strength and muscle gain. Clarence is always punctual with replying to my messages. He has set me up with 2 apps, My fitness pal which monitors my food/calories and self care workout. Fitness app that provides instructional videos of Clarence demonstrating each workout. He documents my progress throughout the week and looks out for my best interest.

Fantastic experience: A key member to this exceptional staff would have to be Ali. Negative experience: I felt violated by the staff, a guy named Peter had inappropriate behavior, he was rude. It doesn't seem right to me that they have a person like him on the counter. I know they must control the entrance but this is the second time they ask me for my card and ID to verify that it is me. Furthermore, the staff must be aware that in this country there are people who are learning the language, which is why I felt discriminated against since the first time he asked me for the information I was not understanding and I had to go to the translator.

Negative experience: There is no customer service. They employed young people out of highschool who prioritize phones and eating over greeting and helping out customers. Most of the reception team are unprofessional. The gym is dirty and the equipment is old. Everything is on the top level which makes it’s hard to move around and perform your work out during the busy times. I do not recommend signing up.i personally regret signing up again.

Negative experience: I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I think perhaps my review could help someone else or inspire better morality/management in this company. When I joined this gym, I was 18 years old and thought it'd be a cool idea to join the gym with my friend. We did go a few times (the place itself is nice) but quickly realised we weren't going to be using our membership as often as we thought, so I went to cancel mine. I was told I couldn't cancel, and I was stuck in a 2 year long contract (which wasn't disclosed to me upon signing up). I wasn't even told I could pay a fee to get out of it like others were. So over the last couple of years, the amount this company has taken from me has probably amounted to thousands.. I learnt to laugh at it 'oh haha, there's fitness first taking my money again, how goofy' but really it's not that funny. I'm really not happy, but I'll pick my battles and learn the lesson. It's unfortunate, like I said, the gym itself is a nice place, you'd think business is vivacious enough to not have to make money off of misleading idealistic people. I hope that others are offered more transparency than I was.

Negative experience: I'm deeply disappointed with the service at Top Ryde Fitness First. Initially, I had joined the gym under the impression I am able to bring a guest, (staff member who signed me up stated I can bring anyone I want and I assumed it was a reoccurring instance as other gyms offer this service) my partner and I were welcomed, but attitudes shifted over time. Staff began making unwelcome comments such as “doing the dodgies” and pressured my partner into a membership he didn’t want, never mentioning the option of a casual fee. The situation escalated when staff confronted my partner rudely, leading to an inappropriate threat saying to “meet me outside” from a staff member. Though this staff member called my partner on his personal phone to apologise for his behaviour, my main issue lies with the management. After an unsettling confrontation, I felt too uncomfortable, threatened and unwelcomed to continue my membership, which was supposed to be canceled without fees. Yet, withdrawals continued from my account. When I inquired, I was told there were no fees, only to be later informed I must fulfill my contract. The manager, Joel, showed no empathy or willingness to address the staff's behaviour, instead blaming my partner and refusing to discuss evidence beyond CCTV footage. What Joel did not understand was I did NOT want to cancel my membership although was forced to after the incident occurred. When signing the contract I was not aware of being unable to leave a contract after being THREATENED and that I had to pay a FEE to leave a gym I felt uncomfortable and scared to enter. Even after pleading with Joel that I am not able to train at the gym anymore the only way I can leave is be forced a $365 fee. Please consider this a warning against joining this gym, where staff accountability is lacking, and resolving issues fairly for valued customers is not a priority.

Negative experience: Appalling service when trying to cancel, staff would not return my emails and when I called refused to let me cancel without two months of notice, never mind that I was planning to join up again after my one year overseas, lack of remaining time on my contract and multiple years of membership. Negative experience: I dont know about the atmosphere inside the gym but I've been verbally harassed by the fitness first workers at the shopping centre on multiple accounts as they were trying to talk people into joining fitness first. One of them (Asian dude) even made comments about my bottom as I walked by. I don't think I will ever set foot inside the gym if the employees cannot conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner

Negative experience: Inprofessional service. Laking of staff. Has personal detail signed up incorrectly. Was a bit disappointed with the equipment which is a bit out dated and not function really well. So decided to cancel the membership after 4 days which is within cooling off period. Direct debit is still happening after 1 and half month and no solution provided from the team. So disappointed and frustrated to deal with.

Negative experience: I will rate 1 star. The staff was friendly, but the management seemed disorganised. The equipment was wet from the previous user, and there was a lack of control over heavy equipment usage. Many individuals were handling the equipment roughly, mash the heavy equipment to ground the whole gym was shaking and no staff or signage stopped, nor there were no staff members or signs to address the situation.

Negative experience: The Fitness First gym in Top Ryde is quite dodgy. I went there for the free trial and asked them how many days we could try, and they told me only one day. However, I later discovered online that they offer a five-day free trial. Interestingly, my friend was rejected for the free trial because the staff said that Top Ryde is not eligible for a free trial recently. The funny thing is that you can still select it for a free trial online in top ryde.

The pool is very clean, steam room is clean , some machines upgraded, the staff are always friendly, my PT is Andrew Chang & he is one of the best, he is very caring & professional . Negative experience: My partner contacted the gym and discussed cancelling on the 12/09/2023 and was told that the last payment would come out on the 28/09/2023 and would still have access to that date - fast forward to the 12/10/2023 and another fortnightly pay was taken out of their account (spoken to gym on the phone today and was informed that the money taken out was a mistake but the gym is still keeping the money) although my partner cancelled their membership on the 12/09/2023. I would NOT RECOMMEND this gym to anyone - poor excuses for human error when playing with peoples money when Australians are struggling enough.

Negative experience: This is probably the lowest tier 'Platinum' gym location you can get for a Fitness First. Free weight placement is uncomfortably close to the machines, positioning of machines are all over the place and not consistent and some are poorly maintained. Leg press machine padding is next to useless as you can pretty much feel the skeleton of the machine press against your spine while you work out. Additionally the lockers all seem to be locked out and a lot of time was wasted looking for an available one. Please upgrade to the standard key card lockers all other Fitness First gyms use. It shows customers what is free and without having the need to fiddle with dial locks all day long. I highly doubt there were 100+ males using the gym at one time on a Monday night. What was also an unpleasant experience is the pool in the gym that leaves a heavy chlorine odour permeating throughout the area. This in combination with other humans sweating is not a pleasant scent. Additionally, the no cap rule was not enforced so I saw plenty of people just swimming casually. Why even have the rule in the first place if this is not governed properly? I would rather drive to another local branch. Cannot recommend it.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Fitness First. I enrolled for just one month, and during the enrollment process, I specifically asked the person assisting me if it was for a one-month program. However, after the first month, I discovered that they continued to deduct money from my account. When I called to address this issue and spoke to the manager, he informed me that I needed to sign another form for a one-month program. Unfortunately, the person who enrolled me failed to mention this requirement. They seem to take money from customers' accounts using these excuses instead of improving the quality of their service. I would not recommend Fitness First to anyone

Negative experience: The most horrible service and personel in all the brakches across Australia. They signed me on a contract term of 18 months without letting me know about it. I thought it’s a 12 months contract. After two weeks I saw the gym dirty and the machine all broken, overcrowded and they never stop registering new members. So, here I am paying the fees for 14 months and still they don’t let me go. Never trust them when you register and read every single word of the contract you sign. Get a copy and make them sign as well. They will not read the contract for you so don’t assume it’s 12 months because it can be 18 or more!

Negative experience: A staff wearing staff uniform named himself Alex M, kept occupying the disable toilet for his own purpose for more than 20mins, in the time of children’s swimming class. Parents have to wait in a long queue. And he asked why we could not use other bathrooms. Simply because a dad need to wash two girls and they do not want to go to males room. He been complained from other parents before and he did not look disable physically, not sure if mentally.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to come to this gym because it’s the closest to my place. I have written a few unanswered emails and spoken to the front desk multiple times about how disgustingly filthy the facilities are and the general overall below standard state of this PLATINUM gym, yet they never reply or provide adequate response in person. The assault bike has been broken for over a month, the aircon has been broken for weeks (so hot in there), there is a hole in the wall that hasn’t been fixed for months, the ceiling in the ladies room is literally falling down, the cupboards are ROTTING with mould, the bathroom floors are mouldy, wet and slippery, the slam balls are leaking sand all over the gym… I could go on. I train 6 days of a week and have trained in many gyms all over the world, I can say this is up there in the worst and they make us pay additional fees for platinum what? Platinum bacterial infections .. This gym needs to be audited by whoever runs Fitness First because it is no way meeting standard. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.

Negative experience: I have been using this gym for more than an year and the last couple of weeks the air conditioner is not working which leaves the class rooms sticky and not able to breath during the work out. It is very dangerous as affects people's blood pressure and I have seen many feel sick during class. There have been several complaints with the staff and manager and we always get empty feedbacks that "they are looking into". It has been 3 weeks and nothing changed. They even increased the membership price in July but no care or investment on maintainance. Very disappointing!

Negative experience: I only went to have a look yesterday and I wanted to start with a trial but they shoved the contract in my face with the wrong date. Manager Josh claimed the right date is on their system and they will send me the renewed contract in 10 mins but I didn't receive it, even after my first trial when I returned home. I was told over the call I'll receive it within 24 hours but I'll see how that goes... Not only that, when the lady first picked up my call, not only did she say the contract will be sent later but also I will be charged $295 if I cancel now. I have not started my membership! Note: its only 2 days I've been there- to get a tour yesterday and start the trial today to get a feel for it. I'm shocked how they talk to you. I've been a member of other gyms before but this is the first issue of its kind I've had 2 days in! I'm happy to pay extra/ travel to find another gym rather than face this again. They keep selling regardless of how many times you say 'no'. Apparently, someone didn't learn what 'no' means in school. Too bad I didn't see reviews before walking in because someone previously mentioned if you look at the contract, they involve debt collectors to collect their "dues." Be careful guys! Update: To cancel my membership (which a team member from another gym confirmed is 'active'), I called a number of times and was eventually helped by the manager Yousef.

Negative experience: The air con is never working upstairs. It makes it difficult to workout in the heat coupled with the overcrowding. The gym is always in a mess and the dumbbells are all over the place. It's surprising how the equipment is always missing, lost or broken and the machines are all rusting. It's very busy no matter what time you visit. They could definitely use the space better downstairs.

Negative experience: If you are thinking of joining a gym, this is not the one. When I sought to terminate my membership, I received incorrect information regarding the option to continue at a reduced rate without a contract. Despite this information, I was charged at the original higher rate. In response, I visited the gym in person and was informed by a staff member that my plan had not been altered and that it was, in fact, subject to a 12-month contract. Consequently, I requested the staff member to terminate my membership, which they indicated would be concluded within a month. Shortly thereafter, I received a text message from Fitness First, inquiring whether I wished to secure a discounted rate for a friend. In response to this communication, I replied affirmatively. Subsequently, I received an email from FF stating that my departure from the gym was no longer taking place. These actions by FF are deemed to be misleading and deceptive in nature. Furthermore, the two personal training sessions promised to me upon initial registration were not provided as agreed. Then received a call from the manager who said everything was sorted and he would email me confirmation. Even FF admitted that the wording of the SMS was ambiguous. Its been 3 days, still waiting for manager to email or even call. No one cares at this place. Everyone gets a salary and goes home happy.

Fantastic experience: Approaching my first gym was quite daunting, but the friendly staff member Ali made me feel comfortable and made the transaction as smooth as possible, giving me very little to worry about. He was very clear and concise regarding the details of the contract which made me feel secure in trusting this fitness first branch. Compared to other gyms I have previously visited, the friendly and clear approach taken by Ali and the fitness first staff is unmatched. Additionally, Peter had welcomed me at first into the gym for the first time in a very respectful yet friendly manner. General gyms must employ more employees to this same standard! I would definitely recommend newcomers along with any other people looking for a new gym to begin at this Fitness First branch.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the air conditioning situation. It is often broken on the second floor. It becomes unbearable after some exercise. Even worse for those doing the classes. Management keeps blaming Top Ryde admin, but this excuse is getting old already.

Fantastic experience: Just started training with fitness first Top Ryde to improve my strength and mobility. Big thanks to Ali for his kindness and dedication during my induction last week :) Top Ryde’s facilities are also very nice and maintained, great gym to go to as a beginner.

Fantastic experience: Getting into the gym was a really intimidating experience at first, id never done weight training in my life until I was given a trial day by Ali (one of the gym hands). He paired me up with a PT of same language and helped me around prices as im a single mother, and got help from the manager and was verh flexible

Negative experience: I don't usually leave negative reviews especially for gyms as I used to work as a sales manager and understand the pressures and protocol. However, on the 23rd around 3pm my friend and I went to this gym to check it out to potentially switch gyms. Initially speaking with the first MSC was a positive experience, he was respectful and went through most of the information we needed. Unfortunately though, after training we spoke to a second MSC who was disrespectful and would ignore our needs and our wishes to discuss the options with our wives. What made it worse was when we arrived we discussed seeing an online free pass and which they would honour today, following training however the MSC got visably annoyed and angry that he didn't sell us the membership in that moment that he said our free pass doesn't count and charged us a casual visit of $32 (this would be less of an insult if it was highlighted to us when we arrived). I used to have such respect for Fitness Firsts being a premium gym. Just a heads up if anyone wants to join this premium club, be ready for benches that have screws missing, falling apart, and equipment that looks like it was made pre 2000s.

Fantastic experience: I went for a trial and found it to be really fun, the employee named Ali helped me out a lot and even spotted me when I was trying bench press for the first time since an injury, the gym is pretty good and the service is even better. Thankyou ali for the amazing experience!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, but more than the place, the fantastic Staff!! Every time i go in everyone is so happy and friendly, especially Ali, he is always extremely welcoming and positive. When i was feeling like i wasnt making progress, Ali took time out of his schedule to prove to me that i am making progress. He didnt need to do that, but he did and I appreciated it immensely!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. I was assisted by a staff member called "Ali". He was friendly, showed great manners and sorted out my issues with no hassle. 10/10 would recommend Ali for future endeavours.

Negative experience: probably one of the most cramped weight section of a platinum FF. hard to breath, crowded even during non peak hours. no idea why you reserve so much space for pretty much nothing functional. why have weight section at some mezzanine level

Negative experience: Gym is very busy most of hours, you have to change your training program based on what's free rather than what you want to use. Most weights don't have a number on it anymore. Machinery is in general very old.

Negative experience: Please do not join this Top Ryde Fitness First, they do not care about the faciliiat all, stram room is out of order for over 5 months , but we are paying the Platinum club pricing. I have asked a few times when will it get fixed multiple times without any reply. I seriously consider to ask ACCC to look into this matter. Inside the shower unit, there is no shower gel, no shampoo ...and it is just the norm, changing room is dirty also.I joined not long ago, staffs there aren't professional. Half of the lockers do not lock. No hot water in the shower, it is now winter. Overall experience is below par, all they want is you to sign up.

Fantastic experience: The fitness first gym at Top Ryde is conveniently located inside the shopping centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The toilet is clean and is regularly checked and cleaned by cleaning staff and sometimes by reception staff An excellent gym with all the variety of machines. Working out in this gym is enjoyable and I highly recommend prospective gym goer to check out fitness first Gym at Top Ryde.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a feral gym facility come to fitness first in top ryde. A place where members bring their washing and use the sink in the bathroom to clean thier clothes. It’s complete infestation hub of diseases and germs. Equipment is always broken down, air conditioning never works. Female bathrooms in a public park is cleanerS The staff think they are so cool cause they have a fitness first shirt on. Sweetheart you’re over 40 and you wear track pants to work. What a pack of losers. Management doesn’t even bother to respond to reviews or complaints. Shows you how much they really care. The gym is far from platinum. It’s mouldy, smells like a chicken farm and the toilets need to be cleansed by the world health organisation.
