Little Saigon Plaza Bankstown

Negative experience: Given 2 stars because we enjoy some of the places there to eat but you are NOT baby friendly. You might as well not have a baby room as the one you have smells, the sink was disgusting, has no light and was full of junk as you can see in the pics. What’s going on?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times, and it’s such a great spot for family dinners or hanging out with friends. There are so many food options—Korean BBQ, hotpot, fresh seafood—and everything I’ve tried has been amazing. I always make sure to stop by Peanut Butter Bar for dessert; their acai are the best. The atmosphere is great, and it’s just a nice place to spend time with.

Negative experience: While some of the food options are great, it's let down by really poor facilities. Don't bring a baby the change room had poo on the walls, no working lights and smelled like a manure factory. The car park don't bother, just park at aldi or if you're lucky a spot on the street.....and if there's a wedding on just stay away.

Negative experience: Very bad plaza to visit, nothing is there or any interesting businesses , empty and looks like an abandoned place. Waste of time

Negative experience: Was not impressed at all by the service I received from Adam, who was working at the time. Very rude and had abit of an attitude when serving people. Also very slow service we waited nearly 20minutes for 2 drinks.

Negative experience: The bathrooms on all floors do not have paper towels or hand dryers. Especially the 5th floor bathroom is very dirty and has a lot of water

Negative experience: Whole place is filthy dirty stinks don’t waste your time

Fantastic experience: I like it, great for dinning out . Lunch and dinner always great at this place

Fantastic experience: Didn’t get food poisoning, didn’t slip, didn’t smell like a toilet.

Positive experience: Layout is a bit confusing, couldn't find some of the shops without going in and out of the mall a few times

Negative experience: Removed EV chargers for no good reason. If cost was an issue, replacing them with paid chargers would be fair and reasonable. But just removing them entirely? That’s not okay.

Positive experience: Convenient and ample parking. A couple of extra EV charging points would be most appreciated.

Positive experience: Usually a good place to eat. Last time we went. A man slipped over. The floor is so slippery. Has multiple people almost slipping over. There was no food majority of the time for our session. Had to wait for plates. Drinks are flat. Major OHS zone. The old lady changing the grill doesn’t care if she holds the hot plate near my 3yr old head. Food is great when it is available. Definitely won’t be going back on a Sunday night.

Negative experience: The wedding function upstairs is great, however, the low stars are for the car park. Badly designed as extremely narrow and also quite dangerous as cars passing by are too close to the pedestrians at the elevators.

Positive experience: A warm inviting place to socialise, relax and unwind with your family, friends or loved ones. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a cold drinks or dessert.

Negative experience: FOOD POISING BE CARFUL WORST PLACE EVER, I got food poisoning from the marinated beef, it wasn’t cooked properly had to go to the doctors after eating here also lazy workers meal took 35mins to be made and other customers got served before me when I came in before them absolutely the most worst place ever if you want diarrhoea and constant stomach aches for a week feel free to come to this place DISGUSTING

Negative experience: The one star is for the car park. One of the worst in the country. Nice to visit for food, but do not park inside. Especially if you have a big car you are asking for problems if you enter it.

Negative experience: Been here many times for a few years, great restaurants and venue but honestly the parking is extremely poorly designed. There are lots of parking spots which is true but the narrow space for opposite cars to pass by in tight corners is a joke. The amount of anger and stress everyone has in this car park during very busy periods is very obvious. It needs a change. If you're coming for a sat night and there's also wedding events happening. I advise not to park here if possible. Street parking if there's one. It's just not worth the stress trying to avoid hitting someone or scratching your own car. However quiet to medium traffic periods, parking here should be okay from my previous experience.

Positive experience: Good food here but mens toilets are probably within top 10 worst in nsw.

Fantastic experience: Very lovely service and yummy food! I did a bad thing a couple of days ago - placed a phone order but forgot to come around to pick it up. I came back tonight to pay but the gentleman refused to take my money even though I persisted. I ordered another bowl of pho and when I have it for lunch tomorrow I’ll remember the shopkeepers’ kindness. It’ll make what is already a healthy, delicious broth even heartier ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for variety of food and desserts, you got the Halal Korean BBQ on the top floor that always busy providing great quality food to BBQ your own restaurants cover every appetite. The pho soup downstairs is Halal The Olivrt Brown always make fresh cherros, and great coffee, plus all the rest are amazing

Positive experience: It's a simple small plaza, convenient for locals. Parking can be either easy or hard to find depending on the time of the day.

Negative experience: All but 1 toilet stall has a broken lock. 1 even had a missing door.

Negative experience: The whole place smells like a toilet, I dunno if it's a problem with plumbing but it absolutely reeks we couldn't even sit and have our smoothies without wanting to vomit. The place does not look like it gets much maintenance/cleaning. Will not be returning.

Positive experience: Hidden gem. Like a shopping centre but lacking a foof court. Has restaurants though.

Fantastic experience: Amazing!! Great service and food. They had a great range of meats and vegetables to choose from, as well as precooked foods. The sushi was top of the line and the dinner manager was absolutely lovely and made sure we were well taken care of. First time here and will definitely be coming back

Positive experience: if you are craving for barbeque, steaks, and seafoods, then this place is for you.. you'll find some great eat-all-you-can restaurants for a reasonable price.. there are also amusement facilities wherein your children would surely enjoy..

Fantastic experience: Very nice place. Easy to park. But it will get bsuy during weekend. It has no paper ticket. But it's automatic car ticketing system. Just remember to park for 3 hours for free.

Fantastic experience: Has everything a centre needs! Best buffet restaurants, grocery shops and clothing shops, arcade, karaoke and wedding function etc..... love it!

Positive experience: There's a variety of restaurants although the plaza is not big. I went around briefly on the ground floor and found a couple of all you can eat places. I'm not sure if there's a lot of parking available but there's a few street parking. Below is a view from one of the restaurant.

Negative experience: Avoid if you have a family. Told my kids to keep quite. Could you believe that? In a Chinese restaurant?. Food was only warm for for a stir fry... WTF?? Never again!

Fantastic experience: I love all the restaurants, great yumcha as well. Great Asian grocery and Asian butcher on level B1, they have everything I need at a very convenient place. Parking is so easy. There's arcade games and bumper car on level 1 for the kids.

Negative experience: Dark and poorly designed parking lot. Avoid.

Negative experience: The underground parking is fraught with problems that are never resolved. This is the third such instance, experienced tonight. We parked for about an hour (it's free for stays under 3 hours), validated the ticket but was asked to pay $6 upon exiting. Rather than helping us, the man over the intercom ignored us, insisted we pay and hung up. So that's what we did - paid the $6 - but we won't be returning again.

Positive experience: Halal dishes at Korean BBQ, very tasty ribs, meat, seafood, chicken. Food delish, friendly staff. Had coffee at Oliver Brown. Took too long to make coffee...meh

Negative experience: Empty feeling food there is ok and not the best parking is very good thought out and views of bankstown is ok there is nothing nearby and the closes station is about 8 mins walk the yum cha upstairs is decent and cheap and overall ok there are also a supermarket and grocery store and arcade which all are very small and don't sell the cheapest stuff compared to other markets on the other side

Positive experience: This shopping centre is new and always clean. It's not fully finished at the moment with construction in some areas. The shops/restaurants that are open at the moment are some of the best in Bankstown. I highly recommend this centre. Well worth a visit

Fantastic experience: From the Korean buffet to the arcade, this place provides amazing cuisine and fun, for a nice night or day out with friends I definitely recommend you visit here.

Positive experience: A fairly new establishment near the heart of bankstown, housing many well known and small businesses although it sometimes lacks crowded rush hour spirit, it compensates with a personal and quiet shopping experience.

Positive experience: Not too bad of a place needs more shops though. Food restaurants are also very expensive.

Fantastic experience: Love the small clothes shop there. Reasonable prices and they have really cute clothes. They also have change room to try on clothes. They also sell preety books, candles, diaries, journals, earrings, necklace, protraits, artworks and bags and other adorable items with a reasonable price. ( Sometimes its a little expensive)

Positive experience: I come here for Pappa Rich. Tried the HotPot City, it was ok but a little expensive for $35/pp for dinner. Carpark is a little tight on turns. Other than that it's not too bad.
