Negative experience: I'm a bit disappointed. I came as a foreigner and had to pay a lot upfront—around 250 AUD—and 27 AUD weekly. I was told there were no active promotions. Not even a week later, my friend showed me an active promotion with zero startup fees, and I saw another one advertising training for 8 AUD for two months. I could train for at least six months in my own country for the cost of that startup fee. The center itself is decent, with some good machines and air conditioning, but I can't help feeling a bit ripped off by the promotions they didn’t tell me about.

Negative experience: I just move to another AF, Nothing wrong with the place, it’s the gym member who yap..yap..yap.. with their friends and hold the equipment, don’t waste your time waiting the equipment, no way you get them in minutes , it’s take hours to get them

Fantastic experience: I have been at anytime fitness now for a year and a half. I am a physically disabled rugby league player with mild cerebral palsy. Since working with Nate(PT) I have gained dexterity in my right side while gaining muscle tone and losing over 20kg in the process. Amazing place, with amazing people. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Bankstown, 3 levels of multi exercise equipment for all your needs to get ready for your summer body or just overawe look the better version of yourself. The community is diverse & in the gym everyone is support & friendly. By the way I'm not get paid for this! Im just saying Lol Anyway but on a serious note the wonderful Rhonda (hahaha) has been helpful since the very first day I stepped in the gym. Answeriny to Every question ive asked of her & her customer service has been on point & immaculate! By far making my experience satisfied & assisting my health journey to hit every target & smash all my goals. She even goes beyond, out of her way to take notes, what is broken & needs to be fix around the gym! Always smiling, cheerful & has a positive attitude making me not to be afraid to ask for anything!

Negative experience: I am a long term member, and I am very unhappy with staff attitude. Specially the manager lady. I let them know that there is no sanitize liquid in the dispenser in the second toilet (the one very end Conner). The manager lady did not let me finish my sentence and just said 'we will have a look' and nod her head. What a attitude? The empty dispenser has been there for long time without sanitize, what is the point to have 2 dispensers not working? the toilet still dirty and gross, and the dispenser still empty. I do not need them to smile all the time, but at least show your friendly instead of your arrogant face. I paid for the service, I do not beg you to come to work. Listening to customer comment with professional is your basic rule. So disappointed. I marked 2 stars because of the facility, the manager lady is not worth a star.

Fantastic experience: It's the 1st time I'm at Af, Bankstown. I've just joined Gym. The girl who supervised me (Ronda) was so nice and amazing. She take me for a tour of the gym and explained about every instrument and facilities.

Fantastic experience: Just had my complementary session with Jimmy and he’s awesome. He is so polite and helpful. It’s been a week since I’ve enrolled but was hesitant to start working out as I didn’t know where to start and what to do (although I was given a tour of the gym when I enrolled). Now I feel confident to go into the gym, Jimmy showed me what machine/equipment to use to start with, talked about my diets, other lifestyle habits etc. I felt so at ease. Thank you so much Jimmy!

Negative experience: I went on the website to use EOFY discount from there I was told to come in to fill paperwork to sign up, upon reaching the gym on time for my appointment, I waited outside for 30 mins for someone from staff to open the door for me. No one shows up it’s a waste of time don’t even bother. I was just going to leave a review but upon leaving a review, I get harassed over text about how my review is ‘inaccurate’ since you like to be so accurate how come you failed to meet your appointments? When I called to ask, the lady over the phone told me she’s getting coffee at the time of my appointment. Is this the accuracy you messaged me about? 0/5 is the review I’d give if I could P.S upon reading other reviews the problem might not be the gym itself but management (Catherine) but don’t mind me as management believes my review is inaccurate just read the other complaints and see for yourself

The 2 girls at the desk were giggling about me, not very professional at all, barely making any eye contact, constantly checking their phone whilst I was talking, if the owners think this is acceptable, maybe they also need a course on customer service, definitely not signing up here, how much more uncomfortable could you make someone feel, atrocious
