Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good range of equipment, easily accessible 1st aid materials. Plenty of options of classes. Some afternoons are busy with school kids, who leave their school bags to clutter up walkways/obstruct other storage. Could do with more storage space for members. Equipment sanitising stations are often out of antibacterial product&towelettes, could do with some more spread across gym. Typed out this review for a free towel

Negative experience: Swimming pool is a joke, always have kids lessons barely can have a spot to swim. AJ Sports center is heaps better than this

Positive experience: Can we pls have the stair machine fixed ? There are two broken and one is not always working. Also the paper towel always run out at night

Negative experience: I was member there, the club was told me no cancellation fee , when I cancel they told me need charge 150 dollars. Avoid this gym

We always offer both options to members , and we also have transfer options if you are still in contract. Negative experience: We signed up to 12 month membership. Shortly thereafter I lost my job and was unable to make payments. This company refused to suspended or cancel my membership and were completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I like this gym because it has pretty much everything you can offer as a gym, from pilates classes, groups without classes, swimming pool, weights to all the gym machines available. The staff is friendly and the membership fee is very reasonable too.

Negative experience: Never join this gym. Waste your money . When My daughter joined gym Staff did not explained full conditions which is minimum 6 month contracts. 2 month later she tried to cancel membership she know about contract and she have to pay full amount of money until contract finished. When she sent e mail for cancelation for memberships, CBJ replied to pay one month fees again cause cancelation waiting periods. I can not understand this situation
Hi , thanks for this review We'd like to take this opportunity to clarify that all gyms have membership options with contract terms ranging from 1 to 18 months , as with all contracts there's a 30 day notice period to cancel and is stated on all agreements. Perhaps next time a shorter term would suit . We still have great options starting from just 5.95 per week and this includes use of our entire facility: Fully equipped gym Heated 25m swimming pool 24/7 use Group Fitness Classes Reformer Pilates Weights Cardio And much more ! Positive experience: I used to love the group fitness class, but all my favorite instructors left earlier this year. The new instructors lack inspiration, and I find it hard to stay motivated during the class now.
Positive experience: Love this gym, but the accuracy of the website of when it'll be busy or how busy it is, is completely wack.. its most of the time, that ive experienced, wrong.
Negative experience: Very well equipped gym with big range of hammer strength and cybex kit. Unfortunately it is very poorly maintained, used towels left lying around, frequently out of cleaning equipment and toilets that are frequently out of order. Only join if you can up with these issues.

Negative experience: Beware of their dodgy membership terms. They try and milk you even after you've quit or past your membership terms. Don't join this gym. Find another one..
Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym. It's world-class. I always am happy to use this place. You know the swimming pool to enjoy is also included in the membership. Recently, I enjoy this place most of the time in my life. now I can lose weight a lot more than before. I will go gym tonight as usual

Negative experience: Poor customer service, staff always on mobile phones. Never received my 1 hour personal trainer and now even with no contract I'm being charged for 30 days extra despite them knowing I am waiting for knee surgery so can't go to gym. Maybe the owner should stop the staff from hiding in the office and do some work
Sorry to read this , I do believe we tried to contact you for your training sessions . There is no 30 days extra it's a 30 day notice period as per all standard gym memberships in the industry. Negative experience: Facilities was great. But when meeting cancellation of membership, they try hard to get your money as much as possible.
Negative experience: Worst gym to go to, it’s always over packed. The equipment are not great for the price your paying. And if you sign the contract term, the only way to cancel it is by having a doctor certificate or live more than 25km away from the gym plus pay $150 fee. They make it so hard to leave.

Negative experience: They won’t let you cancel even you notice them one month prior.
Positive experience: Machine variety and quality is great. However the plates are scattered across the gym with absolutely zero organisation. I have to walk all over the gym to find the plates I want. Also majority of the plates are in pounds which makes zero sense. Dumbbells are very old and majority of them are in pounds too. Also there is only 4 benches for pressing which also doesn't make sense with how big the place is. Honestly if they had more kg plates are they were organised and not scattered randomly across the place I would give it 4.5.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going into this gym, staff are friendly and accommodating, there are a variety of classes too.
Negative experience: i had only 3 months membership as its been 5 months now and I already gave them notice 1 month ago my membership finish.. i have sent so manu emails and calls but still they deducted money from my account instead of cancel my membership
Negative experience: I called them 20 times and I never had any contract. I haven’t been there from last 8 months but they are keep taking money from my account what a ripoff.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend signing up to CBJ Health Club. Especially if you’re a beginner like I was when I joined! The staff are super friendly, they have great trainers and you have unlimited access to the gym. Fantastic experience: Genuinely in love with this gym. The layout is absolutely phenomenal. Never have I come even at peak hour and had to wait for a squat rack or even have a stretch in a variety of space. The team is extraordinarily friendly, the pricing is unbeatable and the vibe of all the locals are very laid back. Highly recommend this gym for someone who loves the space and variety of machines to get those gainssss.

Fantastic experience: I've been to other brands of gyms. But here is the best. First of all, the gym is spacious and divided into several sections, so it can be used conveniently. And having a swimming pool is another good thing. There are hairdryers and irons at CBJ shower room. Furthermore, there is a cafe, if you tell them the calories of the food what you want, they cook it right away.

It’s been super wonderful and would definitely recommend him if you’re are looking for a trainer as well. The gym has more than enough equipment and space so you can basically do everything here.
